I have been trying to sort out a return which came dammage packege and no return note,its been six days since i herd from you,so tommorow i will be returning the parcle with a letter before the 14 days runs out, i hope this can gets sorted out before the end of the 14 days because i canot aford the lost , thankyou

I am not happy at all I have only received 2 out of my 3 items since mid Jan and not arrived I have emailed and received no response this is awful service and want my money back asap my order number is 394824 please look into as I would love resolution

Tshirt arrived damaged, I have emailed customer support to ask for an replacement and prepaid label to return the original, no phone number to contact, 5 days later still no reply, terrible service

My order came with tracksuit with holes of cigarette. Zero answer from their customer support. My girl returned item and did not receive money back.

Refund given after almost 3 months of placing an order for several items. I didn't cancel the order, I waited patiently following a recent email explaining the delay. Really rubbish service, I wont bother with this company again.

I emailed them in regards of cancelling an order and it has been 2 weeks and still no response. I sent them another email to send me a returns form as it did not come with one, and still no response, so how can one expect to return a parcel within 14 days, if the company themselves are taking long to respond and resolve an issue. Pretty disappointing, as I buy clothing from this brand often.

My son placed the above order on the 9th Jan for 4 items. Money was taken straight away and nothing arrived in the 5 days the website suggests delivery should take. But as we thought Nicce were a reputable brand didn’t worry about it too much. After 10 days we emailed asking for an update. Somewhat surprisingly from some of the reviews I have now read we actually got a reply. This said there had been logistical issues along with lots of orders hence the delay. The next day half his order arrived. Since then we have emailed again only to receive the generic automated reply. Here we are 42 days after ordering with only half an order, no communication and significantly out of pocket. It’s a shame really as the clothes are great if/when you get them.

It’s May now and still nothing. Downgraded review to 1 star as there is no lower option.
Will not be buying/recommending again. Will go to sports direct and buy off the shelf in future

New update. Thought we would try one last time. Sent a short email yesterday asking for a refund. Had confirmation today they have issued a refund. No apology or explanation but fingers crossed it’ll all be over soon

Ordered from them 3 weeks ago - no delivery no correspondence - they need reporting as they are fraudulent company

I made an order well over a month ago and I’m still yet to receive my order. Sent multiple emails and no response.

Bunch of scammers!! I placed an order for Xmas for a few items, but the never arrived. Sent them countless emails with no response so had to go through my bank for a refund. Eventually 3 months after the purchase I got an email stating they didn't know what happened bla blah blah & issued me a 15% discount off my next order WHICH I WON'T be using!! The cheeky buggers then tried to denied the claim through my bank!! PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!!

I have ordered 3 times in a short time. 1 package has not arrived. No response to emails had to do a claim through my bank. Other 2 orders came eventually but delivery was extremely long and I had emailed them about these too with no response.

Ordered a Hoodie over a month ago and still have not received anything. Emailed them a few times and zero response. Heard a lot of other people have had the same problem. No clue how they are still going.

To think I was a big supporter of this brand...

Awful experience, placed an order on 18th Dec, parcel did not arrive until 3 weeks later. They only sent me 3 of the 6 items. All which were part of a full tracksuit.
I have requested my money back as I no longer want the products - no reply.
I have requested to return the items - no reply
I have sent 2 complaints - no reply.

I will not longer use this brand, therefore if anyone has any suggestions.. please let me know :)

A message to all potential buyers.. avoid and choose a brand that actually send the products! If i could give this 0 stars i would!

Placed my order 2.5 weeks ago! No delivery information and no response from multiple emails after placing an order for a gift it’s now to late! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Really disappointed.

Where is my order I have been waiting since the 2nd of December from when I placed the order. If you cant provide me with the goods I want a full refund. I have also sent emails to your company with zero response this is awful how your taking peoples money that they have work hard for and not giving them a their items or a refund. You have the nerve to send promotional emails to encourage others to buy more but you haven't yet sent out orders from early December. You should be ashamed of your company absolute scam. Will be reporting to trading standards!!
