Up to this point i have purchased two items,on two seperate occasions. Where as the funds were taken from my bank account instantly... I am still yet to receive my items. This is day twelve, and i suspect that due to a dodgy courier service my items are being marked as delivered then taken away again. This is just a theory but on the 11th june, items were due to be delivered between 14.30pm and 16.30 pm. The items were marked as delivered even though there is no proof of delivery. I was in all day so all they had to do was knock... Am very disappointed

Ordered the Nicce black tracksuit as a birthday present for my husband , great quality, quick delivery, will definitely be a repeat customer.

Absolutely disgraceful company, I didn't receive my item. Contacted the company, first email went through and after over a week I Eventually got an email back asking if I wanted to sent again, I said no a refund please but my refund email wouldn't send and I kept getting a post master email back saying undeliverable. I then started a dispute with the bank, this has now been going on for nearly 2 months. I then get an email from NICCE, they won't accept the chargeback because they don't want to be charged by their bank. Absolutely horrendous company, stay clear. Still waiting for my refund, I've had no email back in the last 2 weeks since they told me they won't be accepting the charge back but happy to send a refund if they chargeback is cancelled, the chargeback can't be cancelled once it's done. As a company they should be taking responsibility and accepting the chargeback weather they get charges from their bank or not, that is not the customers problem.

The last delivery was really good.But I'm still waiting on one I put the wrong address down. 11 a L

I haven't received my order!

I try emailing customer service and and they only replied once saying a replacement order was sent, but no tracking number was given!

I'll be contacting the CCPC if I don't get my order by next week!

Horrible service!

Appalling conduct falling way short of trading standards so make sure to seek legal advice if you are one of the many people on this site having been scammed by this company . Please don't give up , I sought legal advice and did get most of my money refunded albeit after 5 months consistent chasing .Beyond appalling that companies like this are allowed to trade at all and heart felt sympathies to the many many people on this review who have also been stung

Great quality pear green sweatshirt purchased for a birthday present. Prompt delivery too.

I bought online in January and waited for weeks for delivery — they didn't respond to my emails and messages.
Over a month later I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled.
I then filed a dispute. And now (in May) I'm getting a message that they are denying it and saying the order has been shipped!
Worst online shopping experience, not recommended!

I orderd a tracksuit, i have returned the tracksuit and still havent received my money, please dont buy from here and end up like me

Order hoodie and trackies for my son bf xmas for Xmas pressies....took ages to come and when finally arrived..I received 2 ladies cycle shorts (much less value to what i ordered)....kept sending emails to rectify or get refund etc for 2 month ..no answer at all!!!no refund!!!...Will never order again from NICCE

I know you only reply to nice reviews, but thought I would give it a go. Never know you may reply (but doubt it).

Scumbag company has taken my money and blocked my email. Trying to say I've received my order when it was only partially delivered lated January. It's now April 2024 and still no update and half the order is missing. The app SHOP has it even stated that it was partially delivered but these numbskulls at nicce seem to think they can get away with half orders at full cost. This is by far the most disgusting company I've ever bought from. Reporting them for fraud

finally got a reply after weeks of waiting, they offered me a replacement for a damaged item, all I had to do was reply to them saying "Yes", funny enough I can no longer send them emails, I have tried on all 3 of my email accounts and all 3 get this error message when i try to reply! This is an absolute joke of a company!

why is none of my emails sending to nicce now! Guessing they've changed there settings after all the complaints they are getting!

Ordered goods back in November and have been chasing a refund for 4 months now. No response whatsoever - absolutely terrible company. Please avoid ordering with them to ensure you don't waste your money

Good quality items on a website very easy to navigate and order. Delivery is quick and easy to arrange.

Ordered 5 items in December, only got one. Have tried multiple times to contact them, still no answer.
