No reply from customer service.
My son got a hoody for his birthday in August. 2 months later the beading is falling off after only wearing it a couple of times. Have emailed customer services twice and no reply has been received. All info sent including photo but it seems nobody actually works in customer services going by other reviews.

I’m actually laughing at myself because 10 months on, I’m still being ignored.
Ordered Christmas presents last year, was for my friends and my brother in law, so a big order. It came and I wrapped the presents for the people I’d see before Christmas and on Christmas Day I wrapped my brother in laws. To my surprise half my order was missing. I emailed Boxing Day, got a generic response; emailed a month later, generic response and now in September, 10 months later, I still do not have a refund or my clothes. So all in all, not a fantastic company haha.

Good, but......
Great clothing at reasonable prices and fairly quick deliveries. However their Customer Service when a problem arises is appalling - after several emails, photos etc of a faulty tee-shirt I gave up and have not heard from them since. No replacement, no refund and no explanation. This has happened since Covid so they can't even blame it on that.

Leuke spullen maar retourspullen worden niet vergoed.
Leuke spullen zolang je ze niet retour hoeft te sturen.
Is dat wel het geval dan is Nicce te beroerd om 40 Euro terug te betalen terwijl de goederen retour gestuurd zijn.
Op de site staat: Geef ons 14 dagen, ik wacht nu al 5 maanden op mijn geld.
Het is nu email 24 en ik ben er mee gestopt.
