Worst company ever
Purchased a hoodie and the writing on the back started to peel off the first time it was worn. Emailed customer service but had no response after almost a week. Emailed again and nothing so a few days later Emailed again and still no answer after 2 weeks! have shopped online with many company's years over the years and this is the worst service I have ever had. Disgusting company who I will be reporting to trading standards. DO NOT BUY OFF THEIR WEBSITE

I bought my son in-law a hoodie for Christmas , £55 plus postage . Arrived when it was meant to. The hoodie was also fine but too small , so it needed to be returned
It was returned by 2nd class tracked mail. I have proof of where the parcel was delivered to , which was Nicce returns address. This was delivered on 9th January ,
I have now sent numerous emails as there is not a human to speak to at all. The 1st email was totally ignored . The 2nd email had said there was no information of them receiving the goods , I sent the proof of where the item was delivered to yet again , I have now sent another email with every single piece of information I have , the tracking number , where it was delivered , the date and the time . What more information do they need
I am still awaiting a reply
We are nearly in March , I have given my son in laws the money for the hoodie so that he can buy something else
I will most Definetly not use this company again for any clothing , I wonder how long , or if I will actually ever recover my refund ?

I would not even give this company the one star that I have! Cannot post a review without a star! Our parcel went missing on the day of the red weather warning! I was told to ask the courier company I did they said they will look into it. On further information searching I do not as a customer have to deal with the courier just the retailer. As a family we do not have spare cash I am now £45 out of pocket with nobody replying to my emails!! Would not recommend buying from this company! This has been ongoing for 3 weeks and is quite frankly unacceptable

Shocking customer service. Ordered joggers and when they arrived they were far shorter than previous exact same joggers had purchased and were unwearable.
Contacted Customer service 3 times and no reply.
I had to pay for original shipping and return shipping despite the product being faulty and no support form customer service team whatsoever

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service , wrote a review on here and they replied saying they would help solve this . They emailed asking for order no , so I gave it to them twice ! Then don’t reply to any emails !! No way of speaking to “him upstairs “ who says the top can’t be returned. Lovely receptionist Nicola was very helpful .

Surprisingly good experience
I was really nervous as I purchased a Xmas present before reading the reviews. I ordered late and paid express shipping and was so worried it wouldn't arrive in time. Thankfully it did and the quality was actually really good, my husband was really happy with it. I had a great experience thankfully 🙏🏻

Appalling service turned good!
Appalling service (at first).
And I do mean appalling. Bought a hoodie for my son at end November for Xmas, took it out the package on Christmas Day, wore for a couple of hours and lettering fell off the back.
Sent 2 emails to customer service to be sent a line back saying as it was outwith 14 day return policy they would not do anything.
Not good enough and not something I can accept. (Please see below update).
UPDATE 10/1/24
Was contacted by a customer service agent from NICCE and she requested details of my issue and garment fault. She resolved the issue within a day and sent a replacement hoodie for my son. Far better service! (Would have been excellent if my complaint was dealt with this way from the beginning). Thank you for resolving this issue Holly at NICCE.

I am absolutely furious with the complete disregard you've shown for my repeated attempts to resolve an issue with one of your products. As a long-time loyal customer, I am appalled by the level of incompetence and indifference I’ve encountered.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve sent four emails, posted on your social media, and even sent a direct message on Instagram—all with no response whatsoever. I’ve dealt with poor customer service before, but this is next-level atrocious. I thought I had come across the worst customer service in the past from different companies (and when I say worst, I mean Adidas-level customer service), but wow, you guys have taken the medal for that. It’s unbelievable and makes me feel like swearing!
It feels like you’re deliberately ignoring my complaints to avoid dealing with a refund or replacement. This level of negligence is beyond frustrating, and quite frankly, it’s infuriating. I demand that you address this issue immediately and provide a resolution. If this is how you treat your loyal customers, you’ve seriously crossed a line.
If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution, I will be forced to take further action. This includes leaving you a bad review, alerting my friends and family, and broadcasting my experience on social media with my thousands of followers. I will use every means available—physically and online—to get the word out, including contacting the media if necessary.
I hope this serves as a final wake-up call. I expect your immediate attention to this matter.
