The most horrific returns service I have ever dealt with!!! I've been waiting for a refund for weeks now for items that I returned, paid for a returns label that wasn't sent for ages and now the items have been returned nothing, and now all my emails are being sent back as 'undeliverable'; such a shame as the clothes are great but I will NEVER order from them again!!! I'm out of money and surely it's fraud or just plain theft!!

I have emailed NICCE three times now about a query with my order and still no response. This is the first time I have ordered from you and I am not impressed with your customer service. Please can someone contact me about my three orders asap. Orders 416222, 416220 and 416221 and one of the emails I sent to you came back with a response number of 41354. If I do not hear back from you I will be raising this with trading standards. Also do not ask me to email you using your customer service email as you do not respond to this.

First time ordering, received a mercury ‘oversized’ Jumper in a size ‘L’
Well, for starters, the size is definitely not an L, and it’s for damn sure isn’t an Oversized L!
Then, let’s move onto the sleeves… One is smaller than the other, and not by a margin, but by around 4 inches!
I’m hoping I can attach photos, because you have to see it to believe it. I’m wetting myself laughing at the fact someone took their time to make this item, and another person took their time to package it up for sale LOL!
Contacted customer service for a refund, will edit the review once I have heard from them with an outcome on this

The company is fantastic
The company is fantastic. Answered my e mail about a faulty sweatshirt and they answered in a day. The swiftness they solved the matter was amazing. A refund was issued right away. There was no hesitation.
Thanks to Holly who kept me informed. Brilliant customer service.

Having bought a pair of nicce trainers…
Having bought a pair of nicce trainers for work thinking that the soles looked very durable. Within less than 6 weeks of purchase the soles split. I still have the receipt from tk maxx showing purchase date 24/07/25.

Overall very happy with NICCE…
Slight delay in initial response from NICCE customer service, but once they did make contact, they were extremely helpful and resolved my issue without any fuss or hassle. So big thank you to them!

I’ve ordered over 20 times from NICCE never had any issues, if I’ve needed to return it’s fast and simple , there customer support reply very fast, shout out to Holly in the customer service team aswell, clothes arrive fast and are always great quality. Think the people giving one stars must have 1 bad experience and forget about there other orders that went though fine. Nothing less than 5 stars from me, also Holly in customer service should get a raise.

No customer care
I have been s long term Nicce customer with no complaint until recently. I raised 2 returns using their new portal and it charged me £3.99 and sent a self-printing label but no QR codes so no service will process the return. I have emailed them 3 times with no reply.
They have no phone number or complaints process.
I cannot buy from them again.

Ordered arrived very quick
Take your money and then ghost you
Need to return a tracksuit.
Put in a returns request which you have to wait to have ‘authorised’ so they can send a returns label.
It’s been weeks and no one has responded. I darnt just post it back as it’s £80 and I’ve had issues once before when they kept the item and never refunded me. I swore then I’d never shop again and should have trusted my gut.
@nicce if your cs team read this please reach sort it out and authorise my request so I can get my money back as I am LEGALLY ENTITLED TO otherwise I will report to trading standards.

The worst customer service ever
I’ve ordered from the website a few times never had a problem, even when an item was damaged it was sorted quickly, but now needing to return an item that doesn’t fit I was told I’d be provided with a QR code to give to the post office to print the shipping label, only was told ‘there’s been an error’ so no QR code and here’s a label to print off but I don’t have access to a printer?? So emailed for a new code and have waited a week for a response which is just a link to the returns portal which is not what I’ve asked for and am no further forward it’s a joke

Do you not order from this company!
Ordered months ago never arrived. Customer Services are an absolute joke. They don’t want to know! they took my money and are not interested in the fact that I haven’t received it. Now just totally ignoring my emails after trying to initially fob me off with it’s on its way! Do not buy from this company. You’ll be lucky if you receive the goods because I did not. There’s no way to get my money back either. Total rip off. Don’t even deserve the one star should be minus.

Awful customer service
Placed an order on 5/6 still yet to receive it. Parcel was delayed by evri then all of a sudden was listed as delivered on the same day it was delayed?? Tried contacting both evri and nicce and had no joy. Emailed nicce yesterday to say I still haven't got the parcel and all they came back with is they have checked the tracking and it has been delivered? Absolutely useless. £50 order that I still haven't received and between the two companies they can't sort it out

Wish I read here before ordering! I made a mistake on order, sent 3 emails, as directed in website, to change size and totally ignored. Sent wrong size so immediately returned. Customer still have not acknowledged any email I sent. Avoid at all costs
The wrong item received - no response for 3+ weeks (and counting)
The wrong item was received (a sweatshirt instead of a hoodie) and despite emailing the customer care email address with all evidence on 12 May 2025, I’m yet to receive a reply, let alone action to provide the correct item or provide a refund. Dreadful and won’t ever be using them again
Terrible terrible customer service
Terrible terrible customer service. Same problem as everybody else. Had to send back a pair of shorts which were too big and reordered a smaller size. Never received the new pair of shorts and haven’t been refunded for the original pair. So I’ve paid £60 for nothing basically. I have contacted them so many times to be completely ignored. Will have to contact my bank to refund me.
