Picked up a 5 piece patio set, listed as new. Got home and after spending a couple hours on assembly realized I had only one item of 5, and two items that didn’t belong in Set. Incredible!!!!

The pictures that they post indicating new in box, is a lie! The pictures that they posted looked nothing like what I found in the box after picking it up. It seems as though maybe the employees helped themselves to the contents because you never know what you will get when you pick up. It’s better off paying for some thing outright knowing what you will get. I only discovered this website two weeks ago and I am not convinced whatsoever.VERY misleading and dis-trustful organization. I’d rather pay the price for something else and get what I’m paying for, always remember you do get what you pay for, if it’s cheap, it will be cheap especially from them. I’ve returned 80% of my items! Not worth my time effort or mileage to deal with this c r a p.

The staff who bring things to your car are nice and professional. The wait is always longer than what they claim on the site, no matter how soon before you make your appointment.

The BIGGEST issue is they consistently mislabel products in the bidding. So you bid, win, go to pick up and "it's lost" or it's supposed to be a 2-part bundle and they only have 1 of the parts; or they find something close to tag it as even though it is not that thing.

Then it's up to you to decide whether you want to waste your time and gas or settle for the similar/mislabeled thing they sold you. Bait and switch. I don't know how much of it is intentional vs incompetence but either way... the issue is real.

I have been a Nellis customer/bidder for many years (even pre-Covid); I have bid on numerous things and won many items. Back then, bidders had to stand in line to pre-pay and then wait for an employee to take your name, phone number before they were able to retrieve your items. Back then I was also disappointed on the way items appeared for bidding on the website (no real pics of certain items; there was also incorrect/wrong descriptions or no descriptions at all; certain pay options/return policies, etc.) Because of this, I stopped visiting the website and didn't bid on anything for several months. Then I recently received an e-mail from Nellis saying "Todays Trending Items" so I visited the website to see if any of my concerns had changed. To my surprise, I was amazed to find that things were much better. . .and the way to pick-up purchases at their location/s were so much more efficient than before. I have never had a problem with any employee (they were always friendly and very nice); even the quality/quantity of items were so much better. I guess you could say. . .I'M BACKKKKKK!

I love Nellis Auction! We have bid on, and won so many great deals that I always check Nellis before I need to buy anything. We have bought hundreds of items and have never had any problem returning an item if there is a problem. I also want to mention that the employees are GREAT. They are always nice and really try hard to get your purchases out ASAP no matter how busy they are. I always tip because they provide great service, rain or shine. I would highly recommend Nellis Auction.

This is overall a good outfit. One caution is that items are sometimes not correctly identified. I purchased a product that was listed as new and no missing items. I got it home and the two main components were not included, making it useless. Their return policy is good.
I would recommend to all who purchase to check your item before leaving their pickup lot.

I went to pay for my items and was declined. The card I use I have used before. Nellis says its a bank problem. The bank says its a Nellis problem. 14 calls between them and nothing has happend. I just want my items. I have went through web site shutdowns. Online problems and a slow site. I like the auction but I cant pay for anything so I cant do this anymore. It was working before last night. So I am back to the local small sights. They still take my card.

The site is very alluring, but there's also some wacky things going on and a bit of "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" going on.

Twice I bid on something where I received actual web code errors during the live auction. My bids weren't recording but it said I was the winner while simultaneously showing I was outbid. It artificially inflated the bid amounts and I was stuck paying a higher price than I anticipated and wanted.

DON'T FORGET to add 25% on to any bid you make. That will be the *real* price you pay for items. Their fee is 15% and your local tax is likely somewhere between 4% to 9% depending on where you live. I live in a high tax state so I'm really paying 24% (I round up for ease of calaculating my real cost). DO NOT BID without adding this percent to really understand what you're paying.

Finally, make sure you check the items real price on Amazon before entering a bidding war. Many times the "suggested retail" on Nellis is actually higher than the new price on Amazon. It will cause you to pay MORE than new on Amazon for a potentially faulty return.

Amazing prices on items. I got $270 worth of tile for $9. It was a super easy, fast and friendly process at warehouse picking items up. I will definitely be using this site over and over.

I’ve picked up from the Katy location several times, and returned an item once. There has always been someone standing outside to retrieve my packages, and the refund was processed same day. So far I’m very happy with this location.

I don't know who is setting the actual price of some of these items (ex: $559.00 for a PVC folding table $60 on amazon, $1245.99 for a $34 wine rack, just to mention a few).
I have notified CS on occasion, but no actual response.
please inspect your item at pickup location, I have won bids on new items only to find they are damaged upon pickup.
Other than these issues I have saved a lot of money on some great items.
In the long run, do your research, overbidding the value of an item you can get from amazon for less is not worth the frustration of a bidding war with an unaware bidder. I always set a percentage of the actual price as to what I will pay/bid, ex 30%.

Unprofessional, closed your account without notifying you after I spent several thousand dollars in the past

Nellis Auction is so amazingly willing to assist the client in any way possible to ensure you receive what you buy. In the past I used Nellis Auction, and Auction Nation , both in Nevada.....Auction Nation has become a very obvious scam....but Nellis Auctions remains honest, courteous, and a great place to buy.

PERFECT EXAMPLE of a Las Vegas Company that does nothing to be credible.

Bought an Air Conditioner for about $140.00. It was listed as "NEW", Damage: "NO", Functional: "YES". But it was USED, DAMAGED and NON-FUNCTIONAL. Now I have losses due to this transaction. When I contacted Nellis directly, they said “returns are accepted for 7 days”. But this is clearly a false advertising issue, not a time to return issue. So I am filing a suit, not sure what type yet, to cover the costs and losses directly related to this transaction.
