Most items are properly described, but some items that have been used are not pictured correctly are they only show the box and not the mangled contents.

I absolutely love Nellis Auction. I am so hooked. I just don’t like the extended 30 minutes. It’s kind of unfair.

I have been shopping at Nellis auction for over two years. IT IS a great resource for buying products you need and sometimes don't need but can use. You have to be a smart shopper. Everyone at this location is great even Damian!!!
I will keep shopping there and look forward to great Christmas presents. Keep up the great works

I have been participating in Nellis Auction at the Mesa location for over a year now. I have never had a problem with the bidding and have gotten some excellent deals. The process has always gone flawlessly for me and the pickup process is amazingly fast. I have yet to spend more than two or three minutes max before my items are delivered to me.

Purchase several times from Nellis and was satisfied. I like the ease of doing business with with Bellis and Also Nellis does not charge your account until you pick up your items.

I have found a lot of great deals at both mesa and Phoenix Nelis locations. I find it easy to maneuver on the web and easy transactions. I am not a real fan of the restarting of the time clock at the end of the bid of an extra 30 seconds. I like it better when the bidding ended at the posted time. all in all, I have found some good stuff.

The people are nice and helpful! Service is great at both Arizona locations. I love shopping here as I get great deals!

Nellis auction it's so easy and fun love the Bidding.. The staff is very quick at bringing out your items very promp, polite and professional.

I stopped going to Nellis Auction because 75% of the items I won are garbage and missing the main pieces. I live 45 minutes away and I can't go running back and fourth to return items that they listed wrong. Also, they were good at first and I trusted their descriptions. I sell on eBay and 80% of the items I sold had to be returned. they were car parts which I know nothing about. After the 5th or 6th return, I canceled all of the parts I bought off of them and gave them away on the free app. They were not cheap either. So, A month or so ago I got a text from Nellis stating that they missed me and if I would go on social media and give them a review and they would give me a $10 credit. So I figured maybe they are trying to clean things up. I took a screen shot of all of the social media accounts I gave good reviews on. No $10 credit they totally ignored me. Also, I read some google reviews where they did the same thing to them. Now they have these mystery boxes that they claim are worth $300- $700 they are garbage. whatever they can find on the floor in their warehouse they stuff in a box. Check out Glassdoor their employees will tell you when they are first hired on it's all about the money, customers last, money first. but always have a smile and get there things in there car fast to get to next person. Try HIBID.com if you want to get quality merchandise. its 75% cheaper thanNellis. You can choose which auctions you want to bid on that are close to you. They have the same set up as Nellis but most will only sell items that are complete and new in original box or if you like vintage they have tons of estate sales online. you can get good quality stuff cheap

We have been customers since you started up in Phoenix. We have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. This experience today is horrible. We waited almost 10 minutes to get checked in and we had to initiate the check in. We are now over 25 minutes waiting without out items. Several who came in after us were iyt before us and we had given a 2 hour notice of pickup and items were not that big. This is going to cause us to now be kate gor another pickup at the other Nellis location near us also.

Many times the seller would know they are advertising an expensive item and in the box is a cheaper one. They just hope the customer do not return it when they find out. One out of 5 transactions are like this.

Very good auction place when u win you get what you pay for worth it. If not working right u get your money back it's a win win situation.

I love bidding on nellis, it’s become my favorite thing to do. I have gotten some great deals on things I have wanted. I actually get excited about it. I save money on everything I have won. Easy to do, easy people to work with. No complaints here.

My new addiction! I love this place. You have to read the descriptions well and not get too carried away but the website is easy, communication is first class and the staff pleasant and friendly. I have made some very nice purchases here. Its a good drive but it only takes a couple of minutes to pick u once you are there. Plenty of parking. Fun experience.

Nellis is a great opportunity to get amazing deals on items. The customer service is excellent.

I’m a frequent shopper and overall I enjoy shopping from Nellis until today. I waited over an hour and a half for my items. The manager Krystal Ortiz approached me with a bad attitude to inform me I can get a credit or I can leave her alone. I was also on the phone with Nellis customer service to address the hour long wait and Krystal walked away and again giving a rude attitude and look. This is very unfortunate to write a review about a manager that shows little to none compassion for the long wait. Honestly the employees were much more helpful and nice than the manager. Customer service had me on hold for 25mins, I did not receive a credit or an apology for the way I was treated. Nellis should reconsider who is the weekend manager due to the unprofessional attitude and lack of compassion coming from the current manager Krystal Ortiz during busy hours like the weekend.
My pick up time was scheduled for 1130am and you can clearly see I was on the phone with customer service at Nellis Auction past 13mins. I was on hold for over 20mins time stamp at 12:39. The customer service agent who answered that called said all my items were ready and no items were being live picked since I had a scheduled pick up for 11:30am which was confirmed to the in house staff as I put my phone on speaker. After arriving at home, the customer service manager also confirmed I had 3 scheduled pick ups for 11:30am.i have texted confirmation of 3 pick ups and screenshots of how long I was on the phone with customer service with date and time well passed 1 hr of my schedule pick up.

I’ve been having trouble with Nellis’s description of the items being auctioned. They have been incorrect. I bid on a 8 cube stacking metal organizer & received a metal cat cage. I also have received items that have been broken or dented & the description did not state as such. I bid on a certain baby gate & received an entirely different one. I have been very disappointed with the items lately.

Nellis Auction is great! They are fair, upfront and straightforward when it comes to describing an item up for auction. They describe the items as best as they can. If your item is any different from the description, they will gladly accept the return for a full refund. The facility is nice and clean and pick-ups are very easy. Friendly staff as well.
I enjoy the excitement of bidding and even more, winning! Prices do not get too high. You always save on the cost of your item whether it is brand new or slightly used. I feel happy whenever I use an item that I purchased from Nellis Auction because I know I paid a good price. Retail prices in stores or online are so high these days. It's nice to have Nellis as an alternative.
