No certification for orthopaedic so they are lying
Do not purchase from them
They don’t reply to support emails

Do not Trust that company, the shoes is made very of poor quality and break very easily, try to send them back and they refuse to send me the address and offered me £12 in compensation for a £72 shoes and I have only one shoe I can to use???. The person called Emma lies all the time to not send the return address for returning the shoes. Now I m taking legal action.

This firm advertised a pair of shoes and a free E book but only the shoes arrived and I have been totally ignored when I asked about the E book. I even sent the invoice showing this item on the receipt but no response.

One of the bullet points describing the orthopedic hiking shoe is:....
*Optimal fit for wide and narrow feet.
Then lower down their advertisement, it says.
"Important- This model has a slightly narrower fit- we strongly recommend choosing1 size larger than your usual size"
That completely contradicts the bullet point.
Also, it's not a UK company when they come from China.
This is a scam, please don't waste your money

Definitely do not use this company. They market themselves as a UK based however when you look into their website, they are based in Hong Kong China. Their service is abysmal. The quality of their shoes is poor. And their delivery time is totally unacceptable. Highly un recommended.

Average postage time line from order to arrival when buying online 3 days. Lots of very lovely emails from them using an English name of my ‘personal’ order handler. She doesn’t actually exist. Not even waiting for them to arrive from China I’m simply contacting my card provider and cancelling the payment. I just know all I’m going to receive are two pairs of cheap Chinese slippers!

This so called company sells cheep not fit for purpose rubbish from china, they are part of Hike uk these have many websites all selling the same tat, they will not refund your money the only way to get it back is to complain to your card company and ask them to charge back.
All items are sent individually from china so as they do not pay import taxes another little scam they get away with, address they give for refund is a bogus address in another country so it then gets lost along the way then they say they never got it so no refund, all these websites associated with hike are scams, save your money buy from a responsible seller.
Beware when one is closed down they set up another.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company naturstep.co.uk. Looks l like it might be in the UK -yes? Actually -NO.
They do advertise a returns policy so I was happy to order.
When they arrived after about a week, I decided they did not suit me so I set about returning them.
Reading further into their returns policy I find that I have to pay the postage.....TO CHINA! postage costs as cheap as £30. They have to be sent tracked or they will not refund.
So just be aware of this before you buy..

Further to that... I DID post them back after much argy bargy at a cost to me of £22.50. They were posted on 28th March International Tracked and Signed for.
They just arrived back.
So at great expence to me I have two pairs of shoes that I don't want which cost me £22 0dd.
