What a load of rubbish ! Different colour, cheap plastic material , no memory foam soles and Velcro fastening is white on a navy shoe!! They don’t fit anywhere , please avoid this company, I wish I had 🤨.

Their website says 30 day return and replies to messages within 24/48 hours DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF IT. I emailed requesting return as soon as items received due to poor quality and fitting. They responded immediately at first offering a different size for an extra payment which i declined they then offer 50% immediate refund or return at cost of £23.00. Since I said I would take the 50% offer they are just ignoring all messages. I SAY BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY

The velcro fastener doesn't meet either around my ankles or across my toes. And I DO NOT have wide feet.

I ordered a pair on 16 April. £39.99 was taken from my account the same day. I have heard nothing about delivery, no receipt of the order so have very little hope of receiving the shoes or a refund of my purchase. I am extremely disappointed.

This company have no idea how to run a customer service department. I have contacted them numerous times trying to return sandals as they are not wide fitting so I'm unable to wear them.

They haven't had the courtesy to acknowledge my emails. They are so unprofessional and I wouldn't buy anything from them. They are a bunch of cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

This product is rubbish DO NOT BUY. They arrived in inferior packaging with an address label covering someone elses label and they are cheap plastic. Poor craftsmanship with inferior stitching. There isn't an invoice with a return address. You can buy better and cheaper sandles from the Temu stores. They are NOT made by Podiatrists and my consultant didn't rate them. I would say that they are a size 5 instead of a 6 as they definitely come up small. In todays climate scammers pray on people like myself who are in desperate need to buy anything that they think could make their pain more bare able. I usually read reviews and check Google and I don't know why I didn't on this occasion.

I only wish I had read the reviews before I bought 2 pairs of sandals. Not fit to wear, not fit to be sold. I honestly thought I was buying from GB supplier and it wasn't until I received tracking information that I realised they were coming from China. Absolute rubbish when they arrived one pair - one foot bigger than the other therefore my toes overhung the sandal. The other pair - the leather on the inside was so rough it was rubbing my toes. When I tried to return them it was then made very apparent they really didn't wish me to do that. If I return them I have to pay postage back to China and this may involve paying customs duty too.
Its about time someone sorted these companies out just ripping us off.

I read 'verified reviews' which rated these podiatry sandals as 5 star. I purchased them and it was only when I kept receiving tracking information I realised they were coming from China. They are utterly crap, poorly made, very poor quality materials and not worth £5 let alone the £40 I paid. How on earth do they get away with putting on false reviews that are allegedly verified by GOOGLE?? Save your money and do not buy, as the cost of returning these scam items is prohibitively expensive.

£39.99for supposed comfort sandals AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are rubbish. No refund because they are too big just send us £15 to ship you another pair and you can keep the ones that are too big! Why would I want them?!

Absolute rubbish. Duped into thinking I was buying a GB product but actually came from China. Rubbish goods, unfit for purpose and obviously cost of return to China wouldn’t be worth the cost. Money back if not satisfied is a joke. Yet still places allow them to advertise on their sites.

Please do not buy these shoes!! They are advertised as “the most comfortable shoes you will ever wear” they are not!
They are the most cheap and shoddy shoes made from cheap horrible materials. I thought I should wear them yesterday just to try them, they rubbed my feet they constantly squeaked as I walked around the house! So I didn’t wear them out! I did try to send them back to the company but they wanted £23.00 to return them. They are now residing in my bin. The only place they are fit for in my opinion. Complete waste of money.

Only got myself to to blame forgot to read reviews. The sandals 4 pretending to be a 6 made with cheap unwearable material, plastic sole base false advertising. Wrong colour, utter cheap rubbish from China they are happy to insult china by selling these. Its not a uk company but it's uk prices.!! I have received the return information.I will be passing onto trading standards. The uk government is working with China to prevent flooding uk with these fake goods and companies. I will pass the information about this company everywhere to include Include social media. I will check the return cost. Let you all know. I will also let you know the address and if i get my money back.Marketing Is false,product utter cheap crap could make better my self, it's not even fake leather it's worse uck cant say anymore . People beware. They are advertising as soft faux leather for people with need for comfortable shoe for orthotics. Pictures are fake. Based in Canada but obviously now using Chinese imports and palming them to us in UK. Tried to return but would cost more to return. No free returns. I at least got half my money back but watch out for keeping your details for subscription.

Sandals arrived royal mail. Returning this 'rubbish product': it has to be posted to China and tracked! ( to get a full refund!)
This is sharp practice. I've been duped into parting with £32.
Offering a full refund as long as you pay for postage and packing to China!!
Luckily this review site allows us to warn others not to entertain any purchase.....or say goodbye to the money!

The sandals received are shoddy and sub standard. I thought I was buying from a company in the UK, but the sandals came from China. There is no shipping label in the package. I have emailed the company 3 times but no response. This is appalling.

Very poor quality product, does not fit the description, misled, cheap product for relatively high price.
Advertisement does not match the sandal received. No box, no delivery note.

They arrived from CHINA - these shoes cost me £40 and honestly they are complete rubbish - if they cost £3 to make thats being generous. The stitching is diabolical and they reek of glue - I followed the guidelines on the website to return them and emailed the company - I have now emailed them 5 times and NOTHING no reply, automated or otherwise. So this company is obviously a con - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM
