I wouldn't give this scam company 1 star if possible. Total rip off. Items are cheap, nasty rubbish!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from NATURSTEP UK as you will not get a refund unless you return items to CHINA (probably a bogus address anyway)!

Wat went wrong the shoes were rubbish something like out of a bin sent to me, squashed into a small bag, no way did they fit properly in fact saying on website could walk all day in them I couldn't even get them to fit round my foot probably, asking for refund I have to pay for postage if I had my way wud put in bin, but cost me £39!!

How are they getting off with this .Reviews all fake - if I’d spent £5 on these sandals they would still be overpriced .Unfortunately I spent £40 and no way of returning them. Surely there’s someone who will shut them down ,as they must have conned people out of thousands of pounds as theses shoes are unwearable .Surely this is a crime and someone will shut them down .

I wish I had check trustpilot out before ordering, I have lost £70 on what can only be described as complete and utter rubbish,
and not fit for purpose.
I am stuck with shoes that are only fit for the bin. Sending them back to China is not an option as it would cost £28.75.
I wouldn't trust this company to refund.
If you are thinking of buying from them, don't you will only be disappointed, out of pocket and a whole lot of hassle commination with them.

Very poor sizing, misleading information about returns, very poor quality.

What a load of rubbish! Shoes bare no resemblance to those shown in pics, they are paper thin and absolutely deformed and unwearable. Only fit for the bin.
They market them as a UK brand, but actually come from China. And the cost of attempting to return them is astronomical. A rip-off and an insult.

Scammed the same as everyone else. Ordered size 5 got a size 3. They’re cheap and nasty and when I tried to get an exchange to the right size I was offered 20% discount on my next order if I kept them!! They’re too small! Absolute rubbish. As I paid by credit card I’m now trying to get my money back through them, meanwhile I don’t have sandals and I’m out of pocket. AVOID this company.

This company are SCAMMERS ordered size 8 UK Red shoes received were small not size 8 and pink paid £39.90, they refused a refund until shoes were returned to an address in Hong Kong postage would be £25 so not viable. Buy same shoe from Amazon for £5.50 and save your money. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!

I’m so cross I didn’t follow my gut. Poorly made from plastic- no leather to be seen. I should have come onto Trustpilot itself rather than read their own made up reviews. As others say they make it impossible to make returns even though allegedly a .co.uk company. Total scam

I consider this company to be completely fraudulent. The sandals I bought from them are terrible quality, flimsy, not fit to wear and unlike the picture on the website which make them look quite substantial. There is a money back guarantee but they have to be insured and returned to China at my expense.

I would have given this a zero if it was possible.
I ordered sandals in May, due for delivery on the 19th by Yodel. I redirected this to my local pickup point but alas it never arrived. Yodel couldn’t find it and suggested I would need to get the seller to raise it with them!
I did this and on the 3rd June got a response stating “ thanks for reaching out, important to us, please allow time for us to investigate, response in 1 - 2 business days( blah, blah )”
To date - no response - but am getting stuff from their mailing list!!
I would never buy from them again and my advice would be to AVOID

Ordered size 6 sandals, recieved size 3 , quality 0 plus no way to return or receive your money back. Why are they allowed to advertise such rubbish, The pictures are fake , lovely leather pics , you recieve plastic crap Don't purchase . Also use fake names like Emma re customer service 🙄. These people should be behind bars .

I ordered a pair of sandals costing £39.90
They arrived in time but the quality is really bad. The finishing looks as if done by hand, with loose ends of thread visible where they have knotted the seams together. The sandals are no more than £5.00 worth and don’t resemble anything like what is shown online.This company is robbing customers. Returns are not easy and they have an online template where you can fill in the form saying you end the contract with the company and ask for refunds.
You have to send the product back to china, using a tracked and traced service and pay for insured mailing. This in itself costs about £20 with no guarantee that they’ll refund you. I tried to find the CEO of this company so I can lodge a complaint. But there are no details of this on their website, which has minimum information about the company.

Absolute rubbish quality plastic, badly made and sizing is totally wrong, not worth £1 never mind £39.
Ignore everything on the website all fiction don’t even waste time trying to return as they come from China and I think the responses to contact emails are AI generated. You will be asked to return them to China at your own expense.

DO NOT BUY these sandals nothing like in photos cheap crappy plastic definitely not worth £39 !!!!!!
