My wife couldn't tell you if the shoes are comfortable or not - she didn't receive them! And - despite telling them - by e mail as it's the only way - and multiple requests - has not had a refund. 'Emma' the 'Electronic Mail Management Assistant' doesn't even respond to her e mails any more. She was conned by the claim of comfort fit for narrow feet but says she would not be so stupid in future! She does wonder if they do really exist or if the whole company are a con?

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered red sandals,they must have a problem as they were the cheapest looking BLACK plastic sandals I've ever seen,unwearable!!I await a response from them at the moment,but they shouldn't be allowed to advertise.

I again requested they accept my return as their website claims this to be the case, I requested a returns label and reminded them I would be returning them well within the time stated on their website to be acceptable.
I heard nothing, chased again, then again, reminding them that I’d initially contacted them in time to claim a refund. I even said I understood I’d need to pay to return them, which would still be preferable to keeping something that is of no use and would at least enable me to claim some of my money back.
Today is 1 month and 16 days since I originally bought the trainers and I’m being totally ignored by what it appears to be a completely non customer centric company.
Don’t let them take your money, you will not only end up out of pocket, you will also lose faith in the human race!

Wish I had read trust pilot reviews which I usually do because this company is terrible,haven’t received my sandals yet,I paid through Clearpay and have contacted them but they can’t do anything also several emails to naturstep but to be honest dreading them coming according to reviews probably won’t fit me!!! Why are these people allowed to trade,steer clear anyone considering using them😡an update of my order my sandals arrived today and oh my god they are cheap plastic and not the same as in pictures I wouldn’t have them given never mind pay almost £40,why is nothing done to stop them trading what is happening to this world

Please do not purchase from this company.I ordered UK size 7 sandals and was sent size 38 which is an American 7.The sandals look really cheap and horrible. I contacted customer service as there was no return address.Their reply was I could keep the sandals and receive a discount of 20% on them and a £15 voucher off the next pair I purchased. I replied this was not acceptable as the sandals didn't fit me.Received an identical email in reply.Eventually was sent an address to return them which is in China.I will have to pay for the return even though they sent the wrong size. I will not bother and will bin the sandals.I should have looked up reviews for this company. I have definitely learned from the experience.

This company is a complete scam. I waited three weeks for the product even though I told them on numerous occasions that I needed it soonest.
The trainers arrived today and they do not fit the description of the ones that I ordered.
I have requested a return and refund .
I would strongly advise avoiding this company

This Company is a complete scam. The shoes are cheap and nasty, they send you incorrect order, make you a ridiculous 'offer' to purchase the correct pair at a discount. Returns are to China and at your cost (even if their mistake).
I've had to go through a charge back via card provider in order to get my money back.

Wish I had checked on trust pilot before ordering sandals. Looked lovely in the ads and all 5* reviews on company web site. Cheap rubbish. Poor fit and sole is hard as concrete. Offered 20% discount when I complained. Declined offer as I would not buy from this company again. Was advised to return them to china for a refund. What a joke!

The sandals took weeks to arrive and were squashed flat, spolling the leather. They did not fit, being far too narrow to do up the velcro ankle strap. The company tried to fob me off with a discount and then when I insisted on return, they now want me to pay to return to China. I'll never see my money again, and urge you to NOT purchase from this company

This company is a Chinese scam and nothing but a disgraceful seller l paid £50 for mens trainers and they sent me a cheap pair from temu who have the exact same shoes for £9.6p.This company should not be allowed to trade .Returns you have to pay returns payment to China yourself approx £37.00 nothing but fraud .Do not use this company Philip E Boswell.

A good fit but each time I take them off the insole comes out. definately not worth the money I paid.

DO NOT order from this person/ company it is a SCAM…I received my £49.99 orthopaedic trainers apparently reduced from £169.00 ….they are terrible, they are clearly made in china they are definitely NOT orthopaedic. I have ordered cheap walking trainers like this before from amazon but at a cheap price eg £15.
These trainers from Naturestep are exactly the same quality…definitely NOT worth the money…..and I have to pay for returns to China myself so returning is not worth it and I doubt I would receive my money back .

I received the sandals size 40, on 12 th May,I ordered size 9. As everyone else says, they are rubbish and will cost as much to return them to China! a total scam. I paid with PayPal but doubt if they will refund me £39.90.

The company is pretending to be a UK based outfit, so one expects to be able to return unsatisfactory items.

It's a Chinese company pretending to be UK based selling a dreadful product for many times its worth.
If you want a refund or have a problem,,,well, that's just too bad, tough luck.
They generously offer to allow you to send the goods back to China, at your expense. That'd cost almost as much as the junk they sold you in the first place. I would expect that if one were foolish enough to try this route that they would mysteriously never be received.
The whole thing is a dishonest waste of money.
Avoid them like the plague!

What a terrible experience.orderd a size8 uk.42.sandals arrived size39.three sizes smaller than ordered.contacted customer services.only to await robot response email.telling me to pay for return to china package.no paperwork awfull so called company.keep well clear

It is shocking that this company has not been banned from advertising in the UK yet. My next job is to contact trading standards and Radio 4 to ask them both to take a stand against these crooks. I feel really stupid I didn’t research Naturstep before ordering sandals for mum. They arrived after 3 weeks and they’re at least 2 sizes smaller than marked and they’re dangerous, made from the cheapest nylon.
PLEASE TRADING STANDARDS STOP THESE VILE PEOPLE TRADING
They have advertisements all over the internet and have scammed so many people, they have to be stopped

14 day return policy is nonsense! no returns allowed from UK and must be returned to China at buyers expense. Goods were not as described and we are left totally out of pocket. proper scam. The item cost £39 and a return to China would cost £25, pointless! Use this company at your peril.

I wish I reserached the website naturstep dot co dot uk before I paid them. Website is set up to look like a UK based company but they are scammers based in China.

Website promised three day delivery and when I quieried shipping I strated receiving very strange emails from them. I do not expect that I will ever receive items I thought I was buying. Have reported my payment card as compromised and reported website to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice website.

This is a website set up to scam elderly and disabled people searching for orthopdeic footwear.

Checked tracking for my £45 shoes, originates in China, exact same shoes on Temu £11 - £15
Appears the take your order and payment, then they buy from Temu with your address, making a decent profit. Unscrupulous trading !!!
