Found food unpalatable
The food arrived on time and was nicely packaged. Unfortunately I found the food that I tried was not to my liking and I am requesting a refund minus what I have eaten which isn't much. The snacks were nice. I look forward to seeing how this company deals with returns, I do hope they are professional

Terrible wish I had read the reviews…
Terrible wish I had read the reviews first. Packets of greasy slop nothing like the advertising. Basically watery soap with a few chunks of nasty meat in it. Not quality food in the slightest.
You want to feel like you are eating healthy food but With this you are not. You are just eating very very small portions of soup lol

Following on from my review I have now received my refund accordingly.
So I ordered the 28 day plan. I stuck to the diet for 1 1/2 days and decided it wasn’t for me. I used a total of 3 food packs a snack bar and 2 portions of breakfast granola. I contacted the company who were more than happy for me to send the items back for a refund. Great, until I got my refund! They claimed I had used 10 packs of food basically meaning I am just short of £30 out of pocket! Why I would use 10 packs in 1 1/2 days I don’t know. Whoever checks the items being returned needs to more careful! Not good and definitely don’t recommend.

I love my diet plan w this company
I love my diet plan w this company. You've made it incredibly easy to just eat my selected meal and add in some green beans. I have a hectic busy life and it works perfectly. The first like 3 days wasn't good as sugar and carb withdrawal but once I was over that I felt fine & just got on w it. The diet does provide enough food and meat and I ensured I was on a calorie deficient diet prior to starting so I wouldn't be craving things etc. If you really want results then just follow the plan! I've been on it a solid week now so mo cheating etc and my mum said my legs and arms looked smaller. Measured and yeah I've lost fat! Cannot believe it so I think I'm going to continue w this company. Amazing work you guys and the meals taste so good!!!

Delicious food
Delicious food. Delivered in attractive pouches that I needn't store in the fridge.. 👍 they are proving to be a healthy quick fix meal to have on hand for those times when I just can't be bothered! I just microwave some vegetables of choice for five mins, and then a pouch of choice for two minutes, and pop the saucy stew onto the vegetables. Eh voila! A healthy delicious KETO dinner in seven minutes 😋 What's not to love?!

It has been 2 weeks and I am still not…
It has been 2 weeks and I am still not in a state of ketosis. I decided to check and calculate the macros and the fat macros are inadequate in comparison to that of the carbs. If we are consuming approximately 20g of carbs, an appropriate amount of fat would be 90-120g. Instead, with natural ketosis, our breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner combined only totals to about 50-60g of fat. I have done keto before and this is definitely not enough fat, rather this just puts us into a calorie deficit as the food lacks fat ( fat is high in calories) which in turn makes us lose weight, rather than weight loss from ketosis. 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs is what is needed to achieve an effective level of ketosis. I have now been adding olive oil and extra fats to my meals in an attempt to achieve ketosis. I am highly disappointed and saddened.

Hi thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Whilst the true Ketogenic diet used to treat medical conditions or for maintenance of weight is a high fat diet based on 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs, a Keto diet for optimum weight loss is slightly different.
The Natural Ketosis plan is not based on macros and we do reference this on our website. The Natural Ketosis plans are based on moderate fat, moderate protein and low carb intake.
The reason for this is that the more fat you consume in your diet, the less that you body needs to burn for itself. So by adding additional fats you may actually find that weight loss slows down.
You mentioned that you are not in a state of Ketosis - can I ask how you are measuring this?

So far so good
On 3rd day now , it’s always hard making changes and I have a terrible headache, but I m keeping hydrated and grabbing a small amount of cheese or nuts to curb hunger, I’m sure it will get better I’ve lost 2lbs already, delivery was quick and all the order was correct, I ordered the 2 week plan , hopefully this will give me the kick start I need .

So me and my wife picked there 14 day…
So me and my wife picked there 14 day kick start plan.
The box was massive, we checked everything was there when it was delivered and was all present.
So food is just enough to survive on but not really enough the lunches are only soups and they are not very nice - all of them we have had to add chicken or pork to them to make them more filling as it’s impossible to get through to dinner without doing that.
The dinners are better but still lack in quantity but look it’s a keto diet so what should I expect?
I was 113kg and am now 105kg
My wife was 60kg and is now 56kg
We have 8 more days to go we really don’t like the food but it is working.
Not sure if we will order again?

Thanks for your review Carl. I am glad to hear everything arrived on time and as planned. Great results from the plan so far, really encouraging that you are both responding so well to the Keto diet and seeing great changes.
The meals we offer are portion controlled as this is designed as a weight loss plan. The meals are designed to be balanced for the correct carbs, protein and fats to help you see the best results. We tend not to recommend adding more protein to the meals as this throws off the balance.
That being said, there are times you can feel a bit more hungry especially in the first few days so we suggest that if you are still hungry 30-60 mins after eating your meal that you have something from the list of optional extra snacks in your guide.
Once your body reaches Ketosis and starts to effectively burn fat for energy you should benefit from feeling less hungry and be able to reduce the extra snacks you are adding.

Updated Review:
As the weeks have progressed I have realised that the pouches I had with very little protein in was an exception rather than a rule. I have increased my review to 4 stars based upon this but there were still some pouches that didnt have the full protein portion in compared to the same meal on a different day. I also lost 9lbs in the first 2 weeks and that was with normal diet on the weekends.
Old Review: Currently in my first week of using this product. I have done the keto diet previously and found fast800 effective. A convenient approach that was ready made seemed amazing and perfect for me. At a little under £10 a day it seemed reasonably priced for the convenience level.
First impressions were good, the box was heavy and full and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner plus some snacks too.
The meals generally taste nice, with good flavour but it does feel like being on a soup diet as its all liquids. The quantity of protein in the soups and stews varies massively too for the same recipe, a few already in my first week have literally had one tiny piece of meat in them and just a liquid, whilst others felt more generous with protein and vegetables as I'd expect. Today's lunch had plenty yesterdays was disappointing.
When you are on keto and reduced calories, consistency in portions is really key or it gets tougher to maintain. I am sorry to say its just not there with these meal pouches. Padding out with much more veg helped me stay on track. When you are already hungry finding a single tiny piece of meat in your dinner is very disheartening. I was also surprised to learn how many of these recipes have cream in them.
Convenience and delivery 5 stars - next day amazing and food can be stored outside of the fridge amazing.
Taste 4 stars - pretty great
Portion/protein consistency - 2 stars.
Packaging is very convenient but too much plastic pouches which there is no indication it can be recycled - 1 star.
Will update the review as I do more. Current plan is 2 weeks of keto and then a break, followed by another 2 weeks.
Edit: Week 1 with 5 days of keto already lost 4lbs so very effective. Just as an update when I say the amount of protein varied I was talking about within the same recipe not between different ones.

As this is designed as a weight loss plan the meals are all portion controlled. Of course, different meats contain a different amount of calories & protein so the amount of meat can vary slightly but the meals are all the same portion of 250g. When you are in Ketosis and burning fat for energy, a smaller amount of food is enough to satiate your body and it's needs. If you are still hungry 30-60 mins after eating your meal there is a list of optional extra snacks you can add. If you are finding that you are consistently hungry when following the plan it indicates that this is not the right plan for you and this can be for a number of reasons. For those who have a smaller amount of weight to lose, they may need to add more dietary fat to help supplement the plan for example.
We use cream in our meals as cream is a great source of beneficial fats when following the Keto diet.
At the moment, the pouches are not recyclable. We are looking into changing this however, as we pressure cook our meals at high temperature we are finding it difficult to source an option which will withstand the cooking process and also be suitable to recycle. We will continue to search and improve this option.

It's the putting right that counts
It's worth reading this mini-novel because it says a lot about the service this company likes to provide. The company use a reputable courier for delivering their goodies - certainly not one of the cheaper ones and since the cost of delivery was waived due to my purchase amount, I was happy with that.
On my first (and so far only) dealing with Natural Ketosis, the courier decided to deliver one day earlier than the originally scheduled day - this worked out to be a Sunday. I was home at the time they claim to have visited my block of flats but I never heard them ring the doorbell (which is very loud and can't be missed) or knock on the door. Nor did I view their pre-delivery text msg until after the attempted delivery. I was simply all set for them to deliver the next day.
The cardboard box (and it was quite a big, heavy one) was left at a local 'collection-point' location that the courier company uses - I found this out from the delivery notification message that the courier sent electronically. I visited the store on the Monday and on realising the box was bigger and heavier than I expected, I went and bought a very large carrier bag - even that wasn't big enough to lug it home in though - I don't have a car.
Fortunately there was a taxi stand nearby and a quick call to Natural Ketosis had this whole matter resolved - entirely to my satisfaction - hence the title of this review. Courier companies, even the best and/or dearest of them, will make mistakes on occasion and it's how the seller deals with the odd mistake every now and again that shows their true colours.
I'm still starting out with the meals supplied and its early days but so far it's not just the meals that have left a pleasant taste in my mouth. If I could give them 6/5, I would have done so!

Main meals are very watery
Delivery was prompt and so far what I’ve eaten is tasty BUT the main meals are very very watery with a lack of meat. It works out quite expensive given you have to add vegetables or salad to your main meal and probably more protein but I wouldn’t mind that if the main meal wasn’t like a very watery soup. It’s great for convenience but I won’t be placing another order unfortunately.

We do say on our website that perishable goods need to be added to the meals - a portion of dairy and berries to breakfast and a portion of veg to the evening meals.
In terms of portion size, the meals are designed to provide optimum nutrition. We don't recommend adding more protein to the meals as this could lead to overeating and slow results. We recommend that you eat the meal as we have suggested but if you are still hungry 30-60 mins after eating then you should have one of the optional extra snacks if needed.
We do understand that meals do have a lot of sauce. This is due to the way the meals are cooked and the fact that we will not use any thickeners due to the ingredients. Some people find that heating their meals in a saucepan helps to thicken the sauce a little or by stir frying them with their vegetables.
