If you follow the guide book that accompanies the meals you will loose weight. I have lost 1 1/2 stones with natural ketosis. If I put weight on I go back to the plan and I will loose it. Some days are difficult but if you stick to it you do gradually loose weight 2 or 3 pounds every week. You have to commit to it. There’s no one else quite like them for keto. Staff always helpful, deliveries always on time.
I would love for them to sell the sauces for each meal only and then provide the grams for meat/fish required. I would much prefer to add my own.

I started using Natural Ketosis last September and I was thrilled! I lost about 2 stone in about 4 months. I don’t buy the dinners anymore just the soups and snacks as I am now maintaining. They provide you with lots of Keto information too. The soups taste very nice, most of the dinners were nice too, some were a bit watery but generally I enjoyed them with grilled veg. I have been pleased with Natural Ketosis and their customer service has always been spot on! Would defo recommend

I have used this company several times and I have never been disappointed. I have followed their diet and always lost weight. The food is easy to prepare and tasty. Some food is better than others but that’s just personal preference. Delivery is always prompt. Any queries I have had have been answered quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone trying to lose weight

I liked the personal service. On holiday abroad I was unable to take advantage of a particularly good offer but Amanda was so understanding and I was able to deal on my return!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now. The food is varied, tasty and certainly helps me to lose those pounds which creep back on - especially after my holiday. My experience is I don’t feel hungry after a Ketosis meal and if I do then a special snack does the job!

I use the Ketosis method intermittently but it always does the job for me.

The service provided in the delivery department cannot be faulted but the advice given when I spoke to an advisor about the lack of ketosis using their recommended product range was that I was on the right range and to continue. Two months later and I have actually GAINED weight despite following programme exactly.
I have now moved to a simple reduced carb diet and eating all meals within an 8 hour period and am starting to lose weight!

The food is tasty and the concept is great. However, there is no way you can actually live the day on the planned portions. You'll need to add A LOT of vegetables and other things to get the right amount of calories. And the lunches are horrible, they are basically soups with bits of meat in them. This is the biggest meal and it being very inadequate is a huge problem in the whole idea.

Amanda and her team are great always happy to help. It’s nice to get good old customer service along with a great selection of products that do exactly what they say they will. If you are looking for Keto this is the place to go you won’t be disappointed 😃

Very useful breakfast products which I buy regularly.
Speedy delivery which is appreciated but cost is rather high on a small order, hence only 4 stars, as personally I could book further ahead and pay a lower postage cost.

Ordering online was quick and easy. Delivery was as promised with products securely packed and correct.
The meals are very tasty and so convenient - easiest Keto ever!

I have been shopping regularly at Natural Ketosis for almost two years now and have found them to be excellent. The food is ideal as it is very quick and easy to prepare, and is tailor-made for ketosis.

Their delivery is absolutely spot-on too. Delivery is always fast and they also use DPD who in my opinion are the best courier company in the UK at the moment.

Excellence taste, excellent carb levels.

Just need to make a low carb bread that can be toasted now. Please!

Pros:
-Convienant.
-Pretty tasty once seasoned.
-Good variety of dinner options.
-Quick delivery / Well packaged.

Cons:
-Grossly overpriced.
-Needs a greater selection of lunches, or alternatively offer dinner options for the lunch selection, the options are all low calorie / low carb enough for this to be viable in the diet.

For what the service delivers it is grossly overpriced even if you get a bundle discounted, I ordered the 14 day keto rapid burn and got £65 off via a coupon code, which meant it totalled £124. Even with this discount, each day cost £8.86. For this you get a 30g snack bar. 30g portion of granola for breakfast. 250g soup pouch. 250g dinner pouch (which is essentially just a soup with a small amount of meat or veg inside). The diet guide itself recommends you add various ingredients to meals to make them complete which means even more expense. At full cost it works out at £13.50 a day for the rapid burn plan - who pays this??? I would love to know the profit margin of Natural Ketosis.

The bottom line:

Overall I think it's a great idea in theory, the meals are pretty tasty and being able to do keto conviently and easily is a huge plus. However I won't be ordering again. You can get the same results by making your own simple keto plan and tracking your macros + CICO for 1/4 of the cost Natural Ketosis is charging.

Unless they seriously change the value of the bundles, I won't be revisiting the site anytime soon.

The food is tasty. Impressive macros per meal. No sweeteners which is great. Some previous reviews have said the food is watery - follow the instructions, shake for 10 secs. Microwave 2.5 mins with sides slightly torn. then tear the whole top off and microwave for a min. Leave it to stand and the sauce thickens. So far so good.

The food is pretty tasty, it would be nice to have some non-soup options for lunch as it gets a bit monotonous. The pork rinds tend to break down during shipping unfortunately, but everything else arrived intact. The meal plans really help simplify keto.

Received my order this week. I'm loving it - some reviewers noted that the meals taste weird but I just wonder if they haven't been on keto for long. I found all meals to be very balanced. Not too salty, not too sweet.
Maybe they expected some Michelin star standard but it's a meal prep delivery service, not a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.
A big big plus for me: No fridge required!
As someone who lives in a terraced London house, fridge space is at a premium. So being able to keep the meals in the cupboard is absolutely amazing!
I am a long term keto-er and a fairly busy business owner who works long days albeit from home. Being able to just grab a pouch, stick it in the microwave with a side of veggies, this is invaluable.
A bit about me: 40-something female, 5'1 height, 48kg, formerly pre-diabetic.
Keto for 7 years, almost exclusively. I was never super overweight or anything, in fact I was quite athletic most of my life. But I got diagnosed as prediabetic in my mid 30s, so I looked for a natural solution to my problem. Keto managed to reverse the condition.

I’ve lost a tonne of weight using this plan and so it gets 4 stars for that… but, some of the food is so shockingly bad I had to drop a star. They do not look like the pictures, the mushroom ones are inedible and the chocolate brownie I didn’t bother eating it all as it was pointless.

HOWEVER, I knew it wasn’t going to be some miracle diet where the food was as good as it looked. I knew the keto fatt bars would be hit or miss (coconut and macadamia one lush - apple cinnamon AVOID) I have done keto in between having my babies and lost loads of weight but I needed a boost to get me going.

I was 15 stone 10 and through fasting and this diet plan in 3 weeks I went down to 14 stone 3. Which I would say is good work, albeit not sustainable. I have 7 days left to do and then I think I would avoid in future.

The pasta for example is the single worst food I’ve ever tried on this earth.

But did I lose the weight I’ve been trying to shed? Yes.

Does my bridesmaid dress fit? Finally?
Yes.

Did I get used to the meals? Yes.

So all in all if you avoid the pasta, brownies, anything with mushroom and the broccoli and Stilton soup you’ll be fine.

Also, unsure if it’s meat or chewed up newspaper? But I lost enough weight combined with exercise and plenty of fluids, so I can’t deny it worked.

I ordered the 28 day kick-start plan and aside from a little confusion over the discount being offered, all my meals arrived safely and everything I ordered was there. No unpleasant surprises with meal substitutions.
Cutting to the chase, I'm 65yo, 5' 3" tall and started off on day 1 at 12st 2lb. By day 28, I'm 11st 6lb so have lost 10lb in 28 days. My husband lost the measurements he took on day 1 so I can't say exactly how many inches I've lost but everything I wear is now so much slacker. All in all, I'd count this as a success.

With regard to the meals, I've found them all to be tasty and, once you get used to the size, reasonably filling. Obviously, some I preferred over others but that's just personal tase. I read many comments regarding the sauces being thin or runny. Can I just say that the best way by far to cook these meals is in a pan on the hob. Firstly, make sure you scrape out all the solids from the pack and then cook over a med/high heat to reduce the sauce. This has the twofold benefit of providing a rich creamy sauce and it intensifies the flavour. Evening meals I generally had with caulli rice or veg (as per the list).

Has it worked? Well, losing an average of 2.5lb a week is a good result for me but strangely, I feel I never went into Ketosis which is the whole point. I used Ketosis strips to measure how my wee was reacting and according to them, I was never in Ketosis and other classic symptoms were either mild or non-existent. Overall, though, very happy.

Chicken & veg soup...loved it!
Received my order today, the soup was gorgeous! Had it with a slice of low carb toasted bread for a filling tea much as soup tends to be lunch! Chicken&veg is a soup I love. Was excited to order this and it was not salty which tinned ones are, or loaded with sugar. Natural Ketosis thank you I love this soup. Yes, not a lot of meat but it's a mixed soup &plenty for me. So glad I've 3 more packets & will defo be ordering more. Did I say I loved it? :-)

The starters and main meals are delicious. Don’t even need to season. Very low carb under 20g per day (as I don’t add veggies) so very happy with that side… where the food fails is the snacks/desserts… absolutely vile.. taste like chewy cardboard and have ended up throwing in the bin. I have a few more flavours to try so hoping I find at least 1 I like so that I’m not totally wasting a section of the meal plan should I order again. If they get the above sorted this would be an incredible company as takes the hassle out of keto with really tasty food
