I paid over £900/month for one-to-one…
I paid over £900/month for one-to-one training.
In October 2024, I was mocked and physically mishandled despite disclosing my disabilities.
The police viewed the CCTV and recorded it as a non-crime hate incident, perceiving the trainers’ actions as motivated by hostility towards my disabilities.
The footage will be stored with the gym’s details.
My formal complaint was dismissed, and the trainer responsible is still employed.
Watching the CCTV has been extremely difficult; disability charities expressed shock and concern.
I cannot return, and I have lost trust in what is promoted as a supportive environment.
I share this so prospective clients, especially those with disabilities, can make an informed decision.

Works for me
Due to hormonal changes, I have been having trouble sleeping. Since I bought the Magnesium supplement from UP, I have been sleeping much better. I was also impressed by how fast it was delivered!
