I absolutely LOVE this dip powder.
My mom was a nail tech, so I was spoiled with her doing my nails for years. And I can't justify spending $70-$100 every few weeks on nails.
I have tried SO MANY products, acrylic, gel, polygel with and without the nail forms, and gel x.
The gel x was not bad with the first set. Then not good for the next set.
Initial set took me an hour to put on, some minor issues as I think I was pushing to hard in the dip so the base coat pushed back.
Lasted for a week, which is way better than the other products! Some only lasted a few hours, and I know how to do the prep!
On my second set, can't remember how long it took me to file the nails down, maybe an hour or less.
No damage to my nails what so ever!! I was in shock!!
Same time to apply, figured out some tricks and this set looks amazing!
Again I am really happy with the product and kicking myself for trying everything else before trying Nailboo, which I have seen advertised for years!

My order arrived super fast! Ordered on a Thursday night arrived Saturday which was awesome! Product comes with clear instructions and videos which I love. My first time I actually did better than I thought with the help of video instructions. Overall I’m really satisfied and I love their color selection as well!

I love this! I wish I would have purchased it sooner. I’m so proud of myself for now being able to do my own nails. This is going to save me so much money. It’s so much better than having my nails damaged with scary grinding tools. I also love the removal kit so now I don’t have to deal with the impatient nail salons using the grinder tools in a rush to remove them. I highly recommend this product! Feels a lot safer and healthier for my nails. 💅 thank you!

Update: I did finally receive all of my order. It took longer than expected and I was not satisfied with the amount of time it took customer service to respond. It seems they waited until I left a bad review here to try and fix the issue. That aside, I did use the product and liked it. It was easy to use and the results looked nice. I wil continue using it and hope I do not have to contact their customer service again. After using the product, I am editing my review from one star (which was based solely on their poor customer service/slow response time), to 4 stars, because I love the product. If customer service would have been more responsive to my original shipping issue, I would give 5 stars for the product itself.
Original: I ordered a dip powder kit (base powder, 6 color powders, the essential dip liquids, brush, essential tools, and mani guidebook), 5 additional color dip powders, and the removal kit (prosoak acetone and remover bowl). I received all 11 color dips and the removal kit. But I did not receive any of the other items that should have been included for the dip kit: the base powder, essential liquids, brushes, tools, or guidebook. The order shows it was included but it was not. My order was $152, which I have already been charged in full. I have 11 colored dips and the removal kit and I can’t use any of them because I didn’t receive my base powder, dip liquids, brushes or tools. There is no phone number to call so I had to email. I’ve sent 4 or 5 emails back and forth with them and then they requested pictures of what I received. I sent pictures and a detailed list and am waiting on a reply. After spending so much, I’m kind of upset that I’ve received some items that I can’t even go ahead and use because I’m missing items that I have to have to use them. I submitted my order on 10/21/25 and it is now 9 days later and I still don’t have a solid reply from them about how they are going to correct this. I’ve been growing my nails out in anticipation of using these and I broke one yesterday and now I’m going to have to let that one grow back out again or cut the others shorter so they’re not uneven. I am just extremely disappointed in this experience considering the amount of money I invested in it. Also, checking my order in my account, it showed the dip kit fulfilled but didn’t include any tracking information with that item like with everything else. Until I emailed them about it and then they added tracking information to that item to make it look like it should have been included in the second box, even though the Shop app I used for tracking shows it should have been in a 3rd separate package, which to me seems pretty damn shady.

Great product.
My order was messed up, I only got part of it. I asked for them to expedite shipping, they said they would but they didn't.

I received my box and powders and I absolutely love them. I did my first set of dipped nails and had zero trouble. They turned out great. I beautifully shiny finish! I can’t wait to try all my powders.

They worked with me to get replacement parts.

I honestly love your product. I’m just not good at doing nails, which is why it didn’t work for me. But the product itself is amazing and the customer service is absolutely outstanding.

I LOVE all of my Nailboo products and I simply CANNOT believe how fast, and easy, my entire mani came off using the Magic Manicure Remover…LESS THAN 15 MINUTES!!! And absolutely no damage to my natural nail!
