I love NAIL BOO. Their customer support is always friendly and answers my questions. Love the product too.

I did my nails for the first time last week and they lasted 8 days without chipping or breaking them. I got a great selection of colors too.

I was surprised how fast it arrived

I was surprised how fast it arrived. I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it. It really does work. Helps your nails to get stronger and grow better

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous, I am still in a back-and-forth battle with customer service since I received this order all because of 2 duplicates from a mystery bundle. That could have been easily fixed. Not even having to apologize to me, just sending me two different dips and giving me a return label. All I've gotten is sass and adding on extra things each response. I think I've personally responded to their emails >8 times now without a resolution. I keep repeating things that I've already said in prior emails. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never purchase from you guys again and plan on fording these emails to publicly be posted on Better Business Bureau for false advertising of 30 day returns because you neglect to mention that you're going to continue to add hoops to jump through to get it. IF I do what they ask now, then they're gonna add something else again. And then back-and-forth back and forth. I really hope you continue to sell on Amazon because I'd rather pay extra for the product there than have to deal with you guys. I think I might start looking into other dip Powder companies that are advertised more. Hopefully they have better customer service than you do.

Update: it took calling them out on their public reviews for them to do something. But don't let their response fool you: they did not give me a "full refund", they refunded part of the order for the specific item I was initially trying to exchange that was duplicates on the mystery bundle. I've been trying to address the duplicates since 4/6 (the day i recieved them), its now 4/18. All I was trying to do was getting exchange because their mystery bundle says "no duplicates", and they sent me 2 duplicates of the 3. Then I just wanted to return the whole bundle because I was tired of dealing with them and they just kept adding more requirements before they would do so.

Update 4/19: they continue to be argumentative and want a pat on the back for doing exactly whats posted on their website. They also are further trying to get smart with me and asking if I just want to return the whole purchase. Why, so I can jump through more hoops?

Final update: after >20 back and forth emails they have finally refunded the duplicate mystery bundle (partial refund, see edit to their comment below) and taken ownership.

Have seen the ads for awhile and decided to try. The kit did not come with a way to remove the product (which really should have been mentioned if not included). After several attempts found that the application was very messy & my nails looked terrible. I had difficulty & pain getting them back off. I decided it was not for me and requested a return. The link they sent is not available once clicked on. The return process via the app is ignored and customer support continues to ask why I want to return before processing. I respond with a detailed explanation of why and they ask why again. Its like they're purposefully stalling and playing games. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Polish was a disappointment

The ordering was expected and fine. I tried the kit the first night. I followed the instructions and they finished polish looked messy, not consistent in all locations of the nail. Less than a week, one nail is chipped and I use gloves to wash dishes. Too much money for a product that does not deliver. I will be requesting a refund and sticking to my gel manicures.

Wow - AMAZING!

Wow - customer service is out of this world! I bought this for my daughter for Easter (the dip kit) and there were 2 top coats but no base coat. I sent an email and in less than 24 hours they responded and shipped the missing base coat! Kind, fast & courteous! Would definitely recommend!

Fine product but removal difficult

The dip nail product was fine. I did not realize that to remove the polish, I needed to soak my nails in acetone for 10-20 minutes. That's not something I'm willing to do.

Membership Fee I Didn't Want!

Received the product, it works just fine and once you get the hang of it it's easy to use. However, beware that they sign you up for a monthly membership for $29/monthly. I did not want that. So, I paused it. However, it's impossible to use the $29 they originally charged and show on my account. When I try to use it, they automatically resign me up for the membership with no way to decline it. Very aggravating. I'll find another product or purchase somewhere other than their website!
