I’ve always had such positive encounters whether it be with customer service or their products. Absolutely love Nailboo!

The dip powders are great. The color is vibrant and they are easy to use.

The only thing that I don't like is when I order a free mystery color. They send the same colors every time. I've learned that I will not order any mystery colors anymore.

Love Nailboo! Great product and customer service. I do wish the website would allow you to store what colors and products you’ve purchased in the past. Twice now I’ve duplicated colors I already had.

I heard about Nailboo from my sister. I thought this is the perfect gift for my daughter and best friend. They both don't trust the nail salon so they do it themselves. From start to finish the website made it so easy to purchase a wonderful package. Such a wide array of colors to choose from and what a deal they had for the holidays. I mistakenly signed up for membership, but these were gifts. When I reached out with an email it stated I would hear back within 48 hrs....they got back to me in hours! No hassle they gladly refunded me for this fee. Both my daughter and bestie are enjoying the product and quality. Thank you Nailboo

I love the Nailboo products. I use the dip powder and the products that go along with that.
There have been a few times I’ve had difficulty with an order but it’s always been set right in a timely manner. Customer service has always been helpful and very polite.

I didn't get what was advertised for my order very disappointed

Once I got the hang of the product and what works for me, it’s easy. (Thin layers, patience, keeping a thread of space from the cuticle & let the product fully set before buffing.) I’ve gotten a few compliments. I reply “thanks, I have a new girl, she’s always available when I am, fixing any issues without an appointment, she is Me.”

I didn’t get all of my order. I’m missing the whole kit.

Everything is great except the discounts.example in order to get the best discount you have to sign up and be billed. Not cool but the powder is great

It was great receiving a quick response from customer service. To be exact, it was Faith who responded to my concerns which resulted in me feeling relieved about the status of my order. I always appreciate quick engagement and receiving accurate/updated information.

I just want to say how much I love this product! It really is salon quality at home. It is easy to use and looks beautiful. I am not one that enjoys going to the salon and getting my nails done but love the way they look when they are done. This is a win win!!

Nailboo is an awesome company. The products live up to their claims.
Delivery times are great.

I love being a Nailboo member, yes you have to pay for it but every month you receive a gift for the value of your membership.

I am new to the powder but I really like it. The products are very high quality.

There's a great selection of colors. I wish there were more autumn/darker orange options. Darker and mid tones in general. Not all of us wear glitter and pastels/brights. The products themselves are great. My nails are growing in better than they do on their own and I feel better about the way my hands look.

This store felt so scummy and unprofessional with all the railroading. Not to mention all of the pop ups and last minute add-ons. If I didn’t know this was legit because I was directly asked to buy from it, I never would’ve bought it based on the urgency with the checkout process. It feels like a scam. Also, please for the love of god include a keep shopping button.

I’ve only just started to try Nailboo as I’ve only made one prior purchase but so far I’ve been happy with everything.

I just LOVE the product! The video instructions really helped me get started. The courses and inspiration sections are very helpful and have great tips and ideas. Thanks!
