I haven’t actually tried the dip powder yet, I accidentally checked out when I wasn’t ready to and panicked. I emailed their support team to help me get refunded and/or cancel my order and faith responded to me immediately. She was so understanding, kind, helpful and responsive. This conversation alone made me want to come back and be a loyal customer! I can’t wait until I have the funds to buy from them! 🥰💕

I purchased 3 packs of their nail adhesive tabs in January and was billed on February 20th for a subscription which I never signed up for. Lei in their customer service resolved the issue immediately and credited my card. This type of customer service rarely exists today, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Amazing products with lots of tutorials that make it impossible to get it wrong. Great free gifts and I was platinum tier before the membership was introduced. Now I have the membership. Quick and easy delivery and if you leave something in a cart, they find discount codes for you. Great great product and the longest my nails have ever been in my life. I have about 800- 1k dollars worth of products and hated the salon. The products are well worth it.

I’ve tried their nail dip and press-ons. Dip only stays on for about a week, I can’t seem to get it smooth enough at cuticle and it drives me nuts!! The press-ons, I love the look of these nails, to test I tried 3 different shapes. Unfortunately they are too curved to stay on my nail beds. Using the adhesive tabs and doing all the instructed prep, I can only keep them on 3-4 days without them lifting off. I had to switch to a more flexible type nail from a different company.

I absolutely love Nailboo! I love that there is an at home system where I can do my own nails without the damage of salon tools. I love the Nailboo dip powder system, and I have also used the press on nails and gel polishes.

I am enjoying using the dip system in my home manicures. They last longer. There was a mistake in my shipment and the process of reaching out to correct it was smooth and professional. I developed an allergy to the salon systems, so this is a welcomed alternative. I hope to be able to use it for years to come. I love the variety of colors.

So happy I made the transition from regular nail polish to dip powder! It stays looking great until I am ready for a change. It is a great way for busy people or people who work with their hands too much to actually have nice nails that last, when it is convenient for them. Absolutely recommend!

Nailboo has great products and great customer service. I had two shipping issues, not on their end of things either, but they immediately offered to reship my products and found quick resolution. The customer service team members I had spoken to have been really nice and helpful with immediate fixes to the issues.

If I could give no stars I would. The nail polish was practically clear even though the color was blue. Tried 3 coats, terrible. Getting it off was a terrible experience as well. Has to soak my hands forever. I didn’t know I had signed up for a subscription, canceled it after I found out. A month later I’m being charged again. Never again!!

I started with the Ultimate At-Home Dip Manicure Kit. There was a learning curve but I’m on my third color and just received several more colors because I loved them so much. One tip is to store the base, activator and topcoat upright and definitely wipe off the bottle threads when you’re done.

Me and my daughter's love this product. We use the dip powder. I had issues with my last order, only received part of the order, but one quick email and they replaced the missing items and gave me a new tracking number. I wish there was a way to keep track of the colors that have already been purchased. I keep having to look at what I have when I am looking to order new colors.

Nailboo customer service is always amazing. I received my recent order and an item was missing. They immediately shipped out a replacement. They are always responsive and diligent in making things right. I love Nailboo products and am a loyal customer.
