Loved sweater but after 3 months (worn about 6 times) a small hole open up under arm in seam - was told by Naadam that their workmanship warranty is 30 days and the hole was my problem - disappointed but i guess you get what you pay for - too bad, sweater was soft and comfortable
This is to revise my earlier negative review based on the lack of coordination between Naadam and their shipper DHL and DHL’s horrible customer service. But all is well; the package did arrive. Naadam was responsive to my email inquiries and the recipient LOVES the sweater!
Horrible quality! I bought this $225 cashmere sweater and peeled everywhere after 1st wear. Bought another one shrunk so bad after first hand wash. Reached out to customer service and they said it’s my fault that I washed it wrong. I don’t know how they can still in business.
I was drawn in by Naadam's $75 cashmere sweater so asked for a gift card for Christmas. Redeeming that gift card proved to be an absolute nightmare. First the company they use to process payments (Leap) generated an email with a gift card and Naadam's site did as well. They both had different gift card codes and, after three days of back and forth, I discovered only the code that came from Naadam was usable. The person who bought the card for me only forwarded me the first one from Leap which was unusable.
Next, a customer service agent told me the gift card could not be used for the $75 sweater (most of Naadam's other sweaters are 3-4x that price). Thankfully, this proved to be false because once I tried the proper gift card code it worked fine.
I hope the sweater is worth it, it seems to get decent reviews. I've yet to get it, but Naadam has said it shipped after three days of effort trying to buy it. Persistence pays off I guess. The buying experience was an utter and complete nightmare.
Wow, I wish I had checked here before dealing with this company. I bought my wife a cashmere sweater for Christmas and had to guess if the size. It was a little too small so I emailed them and they said all sales are final they can’t exchange it for a different size. What a horrible company. Needless to say we will never use them again for anything and will post negative reviews anywhere and everywhere we have a presence online.
I’m updating this review because my request was escalated and a larger size is being exchanged. I didn’t feel like it should have required escalation but either way it was resolved and the rep (Barbie) stayed calm and helped me even when I was clearly frustrated.
Purchase took 3 weeks to arrive. Out 5 items, 2 were what I ordered. The other 3 were not what I bought. Customer service is horrendous. No phone number and can't get a resolution to my issue. Emails responded to in over 24 hours. All my purchases were Christmas gifts. I will never buy anything from this company again.
First off there is no customer service phone number and they do not respond very promptly at all. If you in fact, even get a response from their emails. Two weeks after an order I made I got an email saying they canceled my order because they did not have enough product in stock. For days before Christmas and this was a Christmas present I did not get an email offering me a different sweater or a different size. They just simply canceled it. I will never buy from these people again. Their products are too expensive for such horrible customer service!!
Last year I ordered gifts for Christmas from Naadam, everything went well until my last order, no tracking and I waited a week, so I contacted the company and was told it will be at my house shortly..when my order Never showed up I contacted Naadam again for a refund and I was told your ordered will be there shortly 3 TIMES THEY SAID THIS TO ME FULLY KNOWING THEY WERE LYING!
on the 4th chat with Naadam customerservice I explained that I was furious and I wanted a refund, I went on further to explain that I regret buying 11 items from you in the first place! Now, the Lady that I'm talking to from Naadam says " how many items did you buy?" Again I said 11, so at that the Naadam customer service rep said your order will arrive January ...22.
Apparently to get anything from the company you have to be a big spender and nobody else
Naadam is a horrible company, I doubt they are even cruelty free!
I have been purchasing items from this company for a couple if years without any issue. I did have one item that was never sent, but I received the item quickly upon reaching out to the company. The quality of the items I have purchased is wonderful and I will continue to shop with them.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would, this place is a JOKE. I ordered a sweater that was not cheap, mind you, and ordered the wrong size initially, but within a couple of hours, I sent an email to support and tried to contact them to either change order or cancel it before it shipped. They told me they would contact the warehouse to cancel it as they cannot change the order, so in the meantime, I ordered the right size to be sure it would get in before the holidays. Then two days later, I got notifications that both orders have been shipped, and then I got an email from them that they could not cancel my order and that I would have to file a return. The problem with filing the return is now (with expedited 2-day delivery that was paid), to return that one sweater, I now lose almost 40 dollars to shipping when all they had to do was go into a computer and cancel an order which they said they were contacting the warehouse to do but did not. Very BAD place, Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, TRUST THE REVIEWS.
Ordered 2 sweaters. Never shipped. It was been over 10 days.
Placed an order in Black Friday Nov 28th, still not shipped after 7 days, but I was charged on 29th, and customer service never respond, the worst thing is that the website shows the order placement date is Nov 11, this is really a high priority bug on their website.
Made an order for Black Friday about 10 days ago and they are just emailing me saying they're out of stock and cancelled my order. No apology, no nothing. Really annoying since I had a couple options I was considering other than naadam but now it's past all the Thanksgiving sales. Should have looked up ratings before purchasing. Don't bother with this company.
Placed an order for 2 items back on 10/21/22, today is 12/6 and have only received one. Inquired with this company by email several times (they don't have a phone) and they keep sending the same generic email apologizing until today. Today's email explains that they ran out of stock 48 days after they charged my credit card.
Also, the item that I did received is awkward in sizing. The sweater's arms are too short. I would return it, but don't need the hustle.
Definitely do NOT recommend this company
Ordered a $469 set for Christmas to ship to France.
Ended-up with a unwarned €286,5 custom duty to pay through DHL, although Naadam's Terms and Conditions precisely mention they will and must inform about any taxes before check-out.
Of course, they didn't otherwise I wouldn't have ordered the set.
I now have to return the package and pay a $35 restocking fee + shipping fees.
Customer Service (Ethan) is absolutely bad, takes ages to answer... Very very bad experience, will never buy again.
Awful custmer service. Keyed in the wrong mailing address and when i requested that they rectify it, what do you know....? sorry we keeping shipping inexpensive so cannot change the address!! too bad, you can try and have it returned for a refund....

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER BE AWARE. All they care about is the sale. Other online retailers provide duty estimates at checkout to help your purchase decision. NOT NAADAM. My recent purchase is faced with duties, fees & taxes equal to 40% of my purchase. STAY AWAY!!
