I was promised a certain price for items based on a mistake on the company's part. I placed my order based on the assurance they would price adjust. Then, they took back their promise to price adjust. Stay away from this company if you are looking for honest business practices.
I mistakenly made another order on Nov 28. So far no shipping even though they told me it sent by DHL

I called HDL they said never received the item i tried many emails they are so naive saying return which i tried. the website is broken immediately said ineligible for return. so I paid but got nothing.

The cashmere $75, now $98, is soft with a good fit. However, after wearing it just a few times the sweater pilled badly. In addition to the one I tried, I bought two sweaters as Christmas presents during a sale. The tags were still on, because it was beyond 30 days, they would not take a return. Be careful of three things:

They are bad! Total fraud, told me the package was delivered, I could’t track it, wrote their customer service, not responsive, no replacement, just nothing and no response, no refund, don’t buy from them
I ordered an original cashmere sweater for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. She sent me a picture when she received it. I had intended for this sweater to be a gift, so I was disappointed to see that a price tag was attached. It was particularly disconcerting since the price was listed as $75.00; I paid $98.00. She says that she likes the sweater, and I hope that’s true.
Don’t give up, folks! If you’ve been mistreated by this awful, (and completely devoid of customer service) company, take it up with your bank card. Tried to return a full price, never worn, tags intact, but wrong size sweater; got no email response after many attempts & no phone number for customer service. Naadam website states “returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days.” But website wouldn’t allow the return. Sent it back anyway, well within 30 day period. Documented everything including proof of return delivery. No response from Naadam ever. Finally opened a billing dispute, which was resolved in my favor by credit card company (Chase Visa) albeit after 4 months. Sad thing is, I’d been a happy customer—bought 6-7 garments & loved every one. Naadam lost me as a customer forever with this terrible experience.
so far so good, I purchased at least 7 sweatshirts, 7 pants, 3 cardigans, and one of the $75 sweaters total so far from this company at various times. I only had an issue once and the company took some time to resolve it because it was during the holiday season (which was a few weeks) they refunded me and told me to keep the damaged item. They also adjusted my past purchase prices to reflect the current lower sale prices. I know this place had a load of bad reviews but I felt I should share mine since it was good.

Les animaux qui sont exploités pour la fabrication de vos produits cachemires sont maltraités, et quand ils ne sont plus rentables / qu'ils ne fournissent plus assez de laine, ils sont tués : assommés à coups de marteau sur la tête entre leurs cornes, puis égorgées directement et bien souvent encore vivants !
Inadmissible de voir ce genre de pratique en 2023 !

Ces pratiques sont actuellement dénoncées sur les réseaux sociaux, avec vidéos à l'appui de ce que vos fournisseurs font endurer à ces animaux (d'ailleurs depuis ces dénonciations, vous avez vous-même bloqué les commentaires sur vos publications instagram.. On imagine très bien pourquoi....).
Can not even give one star. Sweater was made so poorly the inside threads were showing on the outside.
Senbt sweater back, but could never get the approval to send it back, after numerous emails.
Sent sweater back and informed them ..no answer.
Theytold Citibank and said they didnt get it.
I lost my receipt and am out $91.00 plus postage of 21.00. Reporting them to BBB.!
Terrible customer service and return policies.
The product image was different than the item I received. I emailed customer service with a photo of the item and a screenshot of their product page; a representative promptly emailed me, said they were looking into it, and would have an answer for me within 48 hours. I didn't hear back after several days. I emailed again and didn't hear back after several days. I emailed again, said I was going to alert other consumers through TrustPilot and BBB, and then immediately heard back from a customer service rep, who refunded the item.
I've ordered from naadam multiple times. Typically the wait for delivery never bothered me. This time it's ridiculous. Waited for the end of season sale and promptly placed my order: 2 coats and a dress. 10 days later, I ask for the status and I'm told 1 of the items is out of stock and I'll be refunded. The item was still available DAYS after I placed my order. If my items would have shipped promptly, this wouldn't have happened. I have yet to be refunded and my items haven't shipped.... day 12...
I received a cashmere sweater as a Christmas gift all i want to do is exchange it….I received a L and I need an XL….these ignorant people wont even listen - my friend spent $225 on this sweater that doesn't fit me - thanks Naadam crap company- i would never buy from these POS company

First time ordering from Naadam. I received a coupon code for 10 percent so I used it on a full priced item. Less than 10 days later the item goes on sale for more than half off. Contact customer service for price adjustment for refund or store credit. Apparently you can’t price match a full priced item if you use their 10 percent first time buyer code. That is ridiculous. I have never ran into any stores that does this. I’m going back to shopping at Everlane. Their Luxe sweater is also subpar. It isn’t as soft and it is itchy. I don’t even want to return in due to the amount of reviews that people have made about it being a nightmare. I don’t want it to all of a sudden be “lost”. If you absolutely must shop here then wait for the sale. Do not purchase anything full price.
BE aware of their return policy!!! They charge a "restocking" fee, which I have NEVER run into for clothing. And it was about 16% of the cost of the sweater....
This company has unbelievably bad customer service and a total lack of transparency and integrity. As others have noted, they make it next to impossible to reach anyone by phone to actually talk to a human, and have incredibly rigid return (or even exchange) policies. So there's no recourse should something not fit (particularly problematic when buying merchandise for gifts where it falls outside the 30-day window). It's really a shame because a couple of their items seem nice, but I would urge anyone to stay far away from them.
For one of the reviewers who is stuck with something they want to return and can't reach anyone, I'd suggest you call someone at one of their local stores (even regarding an online order) rather than waste your time in the futile email quagmire...I had more success there, despite the fact that it appears the stores are also given the runaround by the powers that be in this company to help customers.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a cashmere turtleneck, extra large, as indicated on the e-commerce invoice that they sent to me with the sweaters, but they included a size small sweater. I tried to return it and got endless resistance. It is not worth my time to go back-and-forth with these clowns to get $100 back, so I am giving the sweater away… To a person that is much smaller than May.
The people at this company should take a course in customer service or perhaps spend a week or two at a good company, like Nordstrom’s to see how to treat a customer.
They never sent the $200 item I bought as a birthday gift over a month ago. There is no way to contact them. I don't know about the quality as it was never received. I'm trying to get my money back but don't know how.
