Couldn’t believe when I purchased a few
Items using the mobile app code offering a 15 percent discount on one item that I was unable to create a return .
When I mentioned that the policy was unfair did they give me a credit for 1 item .
I decided a few minutes thereafter that the second sweater was quite large that I wanted to send that back as well and initiated a second separate return label .
I placed BOTH sweaters in the same bag with the second return label included in the bag and did NOT receive a refund for that purchase .
NAADAM will not be worn by me or any family remembers .

Women's size XS was a men's medium.
Otherwise, a nice hoodie that I will keep for myself while I will certainly avoid buying China sourced products in the future.
US regulatory oversight of domestic products is pretty manufacturer friendly but China doesn't mind the consumer getting shafted.

Good sweaters, but poor and misleading/unethical service/bait and switch tactics. Company advertised a sweater for $75, but I went to the site and there was no $75 sweater. I called the company and they acknowledged there was no $75 sweater and that there was still advertising promoting one. Also, company offers a 15% promotion for a first purchase, but only when I was able to see fine print in the coupon I received does it explain it isn't valid for many purchases. And, delivery is really slow. I ordered a sweater two weeks ago and am still waiting for delivery, which I'm told will be next week. But, on the positive side, the sweaters are nice.

Honestly, my experience wasn't awful but was far from seamless. I really wanted a cashmere sweater and my friend had one from this company and I liked hers so I bought one (The Original). I live in Canada and the shipping to Canada is astronomical. I have a small business and ship to the US all the time, I charge a flat rate of $25 regardless of weight, etc. Personally. I agree with other reviewers that I think they can do better with shipping costs. I only ended up ordering because my husband was going to the US on a work trip and so I had it delivered to him there, however, I paid for priority shipping and after a few days with no tracking information, I had to reach out to the company to remind them to ship my sweater. It shipped after I sent an email and though it did make it in time, it should have been sent sooner as I paid extra to have it shipped priority. I wrote an email explaining this and also wrote about it in a review when the email from the company didn't explain why it took longer to ship. All of this happened in August 2024, it's now October 2024 and I've just received a refund for the priority shipping. So all in all, not a seamless experience but not too bad either. I really do like my sweater and though it did begin to pill after a few wears, it wasn't anything my fabric shaver couldn't take care of.

A COMPANY THAT PROMOTES THE DEVIL, HONESTLY, WHO IN THE "HELL" DOES THAT? IT EVEN HAS CLAWS "PETTING" A CAT IN HIS LAP. DISGUSTING. THE WOOL TURTLENECK I BOUGHT FROM THEM IS DISINTEGRATING AND NOT HOLDING UP. I highly recommend using your money elsewhere.
Buying from Naadam as an international buyer is like playing Russian roulette. The customer service at Naadam is fully system-generated, also known as "Rodrigo," and cannot help with any problems you may face with international shipping. Naadam will not assist with returns from countries outside the United States, so be warned: what you buy, you won't be able to return, or you will return with a loss of 50-70% of the purchase price. In my experience, after the first system-generated response, you won't receive follow-up communication if you have more specific questions. In conclusion, Naadam is suitable for the United States only—don't risk buying from different countries. The quality of the products is fine, but not worth the hassle.
Will not honor sale prices in exchanges, this place needs to be shut down, how is that even a thing? On a 600+ dollar rain coat.
I bought a sweater from them, first of all it took over 1 month to arrive while the website said between 3-7 business days. while I was waiting for the sweater, I contacted the customer service and asked to cancel the order as it won't arrive in time as a birthday present. my request was totally ignored. when it finally arrived, the quality was very disappointing, but I later found out I won't be able to return it and get a full refund, the customer service said that item was for exchange only. after we went back and forth, I realized this was not a battle I can win. I tried to exchange it online, then I realized the submit button won't work (greyed out) so I cannot even exchange it. I connect the customer service, waited for 3 days still no response.
I ordered two sweaters that were to be shipped within 3-7 days. They finally shipped four weeks later. I tried to cancel but that wasn’t possible. I finally received them and have waited a week for a response from customer service to process my refund as the website doesn’t allow for refunds, just exchanges despite operating within the refund window. I cannot speak to the quality of their products but their customer service is horrible. Proceed with caution.
Placed an order and the sweaters were itchy and did not fit. The return policy looks okay, they subtract a restocking fee, but I was willing to risk having to pay that in order to try on the clothing. I sent my sweaters back a few weeks ago and still no refund. I ordered from Quince (soft, but thinner cashmere), but the best thing is they are so easy to work with as far as returns, and exchanges. It is scary waiting so long for your refund - cashmere is expensive.
This company is a catastrophe. They messed up my order 3 times, then ran out of stock in the item I was trying to order.
They made me subscribe to in-stock alerts, which forces you to receive daily email ads, and the items literally never came back in stock, anyway. I literally think they must be on the verge of bankruptcy based on how bad their operation is.
Bought one of the original cashmere sweaters based on New York Times Wirecutter review. Love the sweater! Great weight, great fit, great feel, great price. Went back and ordered two more. Their customer service was also great--went above and beyond on the second order. I'm only sorry they were sold out of so many colors by the time I got around to my second order.
I don't wear a lot of cashmere but their cashmere hoodies are soft, stylish, and more laid back than wearing a fancy cashmere hoodie.
Ordered the $98 sweater (womens). The quality is poor. It pills really bad! I purchased dept store brands for the same amount that have held up over the years. Do not recommend.
You can often tell how little companies care about customers outside the US by the extortionist shipping prices they charge.
More than NZ$80 to ship a sweater that probably weighs around 200 grams is just gouging.
To put it into perspective, Everlane charges NZ$14 for shipping to New Zealand. They do have a fast option, but it's still not $80.
By not offering lower freight options, they're really not doing everything they can to extract money from customers worldwide, but as I said above, they probably don't care. We can just buy elsewhere.
One star is too many, but its the lowest option available. I'd love to review their merchandise, however their incredibly inept customer service didn't get what I paid for to my front door. I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift more than a week before Christmas day, with 1-4 day shipping. I figured if it takes 1-2 days for them to ship it I'm in great shape right? WRONG! I didn't receive shipping confirmation for 4 days. Even more frustrating is that for several days after I placed my order they emailed and texted me daily guaranteeing delivery before Christmas for orders placed after mine. I guess I ordered too early?? Maybe if I waited a couple days they would have prioritized my order. Fast forward to several days after Christmas, still no delivery almost 2 weeks after the order was placed so I emailed their customer service. Come to find out the order never left their shipping department. They asked if I wanted a refund or the product, and I asked for the product. A customer-centric company would have offered priority shipping, or a steep discount but not this outfit. Didn't matter anyway, because after I advised I still wanted the product I was then said they were out of stock, and did I prefer a refund or site credit. Refund please, I don't trust you can fulfill a customer order Naadam. Next issue I'm sure I'm going to have is actually getting said credit, let's hope they can actually do anything they say they will.
i ordered a zip up hoodie in a large for my son who is always a large. the sleeves were so short they only came a couple of inches below the elbows and the back of the hoodie was shorter than the front. I have written multiple times and told that item was a no return. I can accept that however, not because the item was defective. They need to refund me. to date no response.
Ok. Quality is terrible. I have been following this fraud of company since they came on the US scene. They are based in China and do everything legally and humanly possible to hide that. Fact. By opening Retail stores in NYC and La they think it legitimizes their operation. Every US consumer be warned. They are selling 25$ crap cashmere for 200$ plus fooling people into thinking they have a decent product. Their quality is horrific. Do not under any circumstance buy from them. Yes 100% Chinese. More importantly why do they hide that or lie about it? Look at their FAQ. Not a word.
I was promised a certain price for items based on a mistake on the company's part. I placed my order based on the assurance they would price adjust. Then, they took back their promise to price adjust. Stay away from this company if you are looking for honest business practices.
