First, I have had to do a couple of exchanges, and Naadam handled everything smoothly. I have two regular cashmere sweater/sweatshirts and five "superfine" cashmere shirts. The superfine cashmere shirts are extremely comfortable. I have three "superfine" tee shirts that I wear a lot, and two polo shirts. The less expensive regular cashmere sweatshirts are soft but just a tad itchy to me, but the superfine cashmere shirts are a treat to wear. I do wish they had better color options for the tees and polos. The sea teal looks more gray than teal. The blue peacock sweatshirt is a very nice color.

This is was my first time I had placed an order with Naadam. I ordered the Embroidered Mama Cashmere Sweater in white. When I received my sweater-it was a Light Canary Yellow. The color option was not offered online.
I dreaded placing a return as there was $12.75 fee. I reached out through email and it bounced back twice. I sent a message through Instagram and a rep kindly responded that there is no “m” in the email.
I felt silly that I overlooked it. I emailed. The response was immediate and I received the correct color before Mother’s Day. I was relieved it was not a hassle. Customer service was helpful and communication was prompt. The cashmere is extremely soft. I look forward to placing more orders in the future.

I would give them a zero if possible.
I ordered two v neck sweaters from them, neither on sale. Because I did not meet the minimum cost for free shipping, I had to pay the $9.95 shipping. When I received the sweaters, the color of one was way off the color depicted online. I decided to return it. It cost me another $9.95 to return the sweater. After paying $20 for a sweater I didn’t want, they had the audacity to charge me another $12.75 for a restocking fee. So, for the great privilege of trying on an $88 sweater, I paid $32.65. Unbelievable as every other company I have purchased from has free shipping and returns and I have never had anyone charge me a restocking fee to put a sweater back on the shelf. The sweater I kept was a mistake. It is paper thin and so see through even wearing a tank underneath looked ridiculous. Additionally it had a snag under the arm which I did not see that quickly became a hole after wearing it for an afternoon. It is now a very expensive rag. Shame on you Naadam. You have lost a customer in me and anyone I talk to who is looking to buy cashmere.

I have been shopping with Naadam for approx 8 years and have watched this company grow to become more and more consumer friendly. I also know, personally, that contacting the customer service for issues yields very satisfying resolutions. Their products, especially the cashmere clothing are beautiful and of the finest quality and much more affordable than many others. They also have incredible sales. I am a repeat customer, over and over and find the company has great integrity.

My wife wanted to buy few items from Naadam, after she picked her selections, I decided to read the customers reviews before placing the order. I was really discouraged and hesitant to place the order because of all the negative feedback that customers never received the items, shipping took too long, no one answers customers emails and no tracking etc etc etc. . My wife has been looking for those items for a year now and was afraid to place the order. I decided to take the chance and place the order. Guess what!! I received a tracking number less than 24 hours after I placed the order, and surprisingly, I received the order in less than a week. when my wife opened the package she found that we placed the wrong color dress and one of the dresses she ordered did not look good on her and wanted to return it. I emailed customer service with our concerns that we want to return the one item and exchange the other with the right color and we keep the rest of the order. Within less than 12 hours I received a reply from a customer service team, his name is Rodrigo, He was very straight to the point sent me all the information needed to do the exchange and the return. I had some difficulties doing the exchange and returns, I emailed Rodrigo back, Again within 12 hours he replied and walked me through the steps with his email. I printed the shipping label, Packed the dresses and dropped the package of to USPS at 11:00 AM and surprisingly again, I received an email after 4 hours from my credit card company that I got the refund from Naadam, Wow, the package did not even leave the post office yet and I got my refund. I emailed Rodrigo and thanked him for his great customer service and gave him and Naadam 5 *S*T*A*R*S* . I know this is a long feedback but it is worth reading so customers should never worry buying from Naadam. again, Thank you Rodrigo and Naadam. All the best , Cheers
Above was me feedback at first, Needed to add to it the following: The package was sent with 2 items one for exchange with a different color and was a return, The return was accepted as above with a credit immediately to my CC the exchange amazingly was shipped before they even received the returned item, Happy to say I received the exchanged dress before Naadam received the original order. My wife is very happy and will allways shop her Cashmere outfits from Naadam. Again, sorry for the lengthy feedback but I felt it is fair and important to let buyers/shoppers know what THE NOW NAADAM IS ALL ABOUT and why they deserve the 5 *S*T*A*R*S* in my opinion. I thought my package was lost. I intended it to be a gift, so it was time sensitive. I reached out to support at Naadam and they were very responsive. I sent an email and in less than 30 minutes Evelyn responded with the status, and we conversed a few more times that day. The next day Rodrigo followed up and my package began moving and arrived in time. They were a joy to work with.

My package was lost by USPS, they essentially didn't care or couldn't do anything to help. I reached out to Naadam and they instantly re-shipped the order and it arrived a few days later.

Used to order sweaters from naadam all the time. Ordered 3 more and they clearly have gone down hill. One shrunk after hand washing in cold water. I am very careful to follow labels as I have ruined my sweaters over the years. However this sweater obviously should have been dry clean only (which I won’t buy) bc it shrunk tremendously. They used to be good but now should be avoided.

As a very happy customer and collector of cashmere pieces I was dismayed when a cashmere sweater purchased last year had a "severe case of pilling". I emailed Nadam and the agent Barbie who, with efficiency, patience and friendliness arranged for a credit note for. With it bought an exquisite Pink Ballet crew neck.
