Genuinely unsure who is giving this company more than a 2 star rating. HORRIBLE customer service, had to email three times to sort of get the answer I wanted (and even then my questions were only half-answered). Took days to hear back each time, and the first few emails from them just seemed like an auto copy-paste answer - very clearly had not actually READ my email. After reading these other reviews, I was glad my experience with their customer service team had been as bad as it was - it put me right off purchasing anything. I hate to think how much more time I might’ve wasted and grief I would’ve had to deal with if I’d actually made a purchase.
Super fast customer service and solved the issue with no issues. Definitely made me want to be a returning customer.

Small hole developed in my sweater after washing. The NAADAM team was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Additionally, they sent me a new sweater to my house within 3 days!!!

Naadam has a beautiful, well priced range of products. Their basic cashmere is excellent. I made an error on a recent order and emailed customer service. Quick response time and they cancelled the order. Always a good experience.

Very disappointed in the original crew neck sweaters. They used to be seized properly but now the cut is very skimpy with super short sleeves. The cashmere is also extremely thin and not a lux item at all - very Ross.
I need to exchange an item because it is too small. I have emailed their customer service address numerous times to no avail. There is no phone number anywhere I could find. So, I seem to have no remedy.
It's too small!!! I have a smaller head than most other adults to begin with, but I can't use it. It's not cheap to be wasted.
Avoid! Purchased a sweater that went on sale the next day--the reduction was substantial. Emailed customer service to see if a price adjustment was possible--was politely complimented on the fact that I reached out but price adjustment was refused. Guess they don't want happy return customers? I returned the sweater and was dinged for return shipping and some other ridiculous fee! Shop at Quince--better in every possible way!!

Madam was dreadfully late fulfilling an order for Xmas that I placed in mid November. I couldn't get my xmas gifts out in time. I got an unsolicited, heartfelt, earnest, long apology letter that apparently sent to everyone affected by the delay. The owner of the company signed it "Love, Matt." He could not have sounded more remorseful about the delay.
I could do without this kind of love.
The coupon didn't apply to what I decided to buy.
I followed up with customer serve who confirmed the coupon didn't apply. I responded that this sounded nothing like a sincere gesture of apology. It sounded like Matt was using the pretense of being sorry for having made a mistake to his advantage - so he could move slow-moving merchandise. I have not heard from the promised "team member that can further assist” me with this in over 2 weeks.
This company initially appealed to me because it WAS so caring and conscientious, both to its customers and suppliers. To judge by my experience and the multiple negative customer service reviews I just discovered, that appears to be no longer.
Follow up two hours after posting this review: I got a note fro the company that they would honor the coupon. I don't know if my review spurred them to action. Or maybe the timing was a coincidence.? I'm raising my review from one star to two on the basis of them having taken this action.
Cannot get a response after 3 attempts to exchange product. No phone support.
Customer service sucks. Do not respond to emails and have no phone number.
Stuck with $300 voucher instead of refund even though item was returned as per their policy.

Arrived much later than promised and did not at all meet my expectations of customer service. AI used liberally, expressing understanding of my “frustration”.
I will never buy anything from them again. Product itself was average and used unflattering cuts.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 sweaters on Black Friday. Got an "apology" email that they were overwhelmed with orders and my order was delayed. Emailed them on December 22nd trying to locate the Christmas gifts I ordered. They responded that the items "will be shipped December 17th"- I guess they have the ability to go back to the future. I sent a reply that the 17th had passed but no response. AFTER Christmas I got a notification that I was getting a refund for a canceled item. Then I got an email that my other item shipped. Received that sweater on December 29th and then had to pay $11.25 in postage to mail it to my daughter who had already returned home after the holidays. Ridiculous and will never shop here again. Stick with Quince!
The customer service at Naadam is non-existent. I ordered 3 sweaters which never got delivered even though I got charged for them. I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week now for a refund with absolutely no response or acknowledgement from them. There is no way to reach an actual person at this company. I would never shop here or recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOT order from them. Placed an order 12/8 for Christmas , delivery 3-10 business days , we are now 12/29 and status is still “being prepared”. Read other reviews after the fact , all the same complaint.
Ordered $1,500 of items to ship to the UK on 6th December, supposedly shipped on 16th - nothing - contacted customer service who then did the worst thing customer service can do, went dark - these were most of my Christmas presents..international shipping is not always predictable but to go dark and not respond is unacceptable - sad for a company who have historically been brilliant. My Order no 1155592 - if there is anyone in management reading - If you are - you have a great product/compay and so I have to believe you can be better than this!
I ordered a sweater on 12/13 paying for upgraded two-day shipping. It never arrived and I was never notified of a delay. NAADAM is trying to blame fedex, but NAADAM didn’t give the package info to fedex until 12/22. It was picked up on 12/23. So NAADAM took ten days to deliver the sweater to FedEx. What is really egregious is that NAADAM never notified me of the delay and that the gift would not arrive in time. I could have cancelled and made other arrangements.
I reached out to customer service and their response was an anemic “sorry” with no help whatsoever. Be careful if you deal with this company. They have zero customer service and do not appear to be reputable. Also, if you make a single purchase with them, you will receive mountains of spam every day. Buyer beware.
