An order was placed on 11/24/2025. At the time the order was placed I was not told that one of the items was back ordered. I was then told the back ordered product was to be receved and the entire order was to be shipped on 12/10/2025. That date came and went. No I am told the three item order is to ship on 12/15/2025. The Company should let you know the item is back ordered when you place an order and partial ship orders, especially during the holiday season.

I had a few very bad experiences in 2023 but decided to try Naadam again in 2025. Shipping times are even worse than 2023. It takes about 10 days until “pre transit” which means exactly nothing. It hasn’t shipped. It’s just sitting somewhere. Then it ships but doesn’t track. Then it gets a USPS tracking number and sits there a few days. Eventually it ends up somewhere and waits for another company to pick it up and deliver. 2-3 weeks. So 3-10 days delivery is absolute BS.
If you want to exchange anything by the time it gets to you, it’s probably gone in your size (and someone else has been waiting three weeks for it)
I bought a sweater that looked nothing like the display except for the color.
I won’t be making the same mistake shopping with them a third time.

I made a purchase for $400 for my birthday & was charged $160 for shipping to Canada. Request them to cancel but still awaiting processing after 72 hours within which they have debited my account

I purchased 3 items on November 19th and all were in stock at the time. I noticed nearly 2 weeks later it hadn’t shipped so I reached out because I’m moving. One item is no longer in stock, so they have to wait a month to ship all items. In the meantime, I am moving and won’t be able to get my $400 worth of items when it arrives. Customer service has so far been worthless. Christmas presents will be missed. All I asked them was to cancel the now out of stock item and send what was possible now to ensure I get what I need, but somehow my order is being processed so that’s not possible. So NAADAM can’t send it, yet is ok if I never receive it and still have to pay for it. My husband and I have bought tons from them, but they’ll now lose a customer.

My sweater is lost in USPS and Naadam doesn't have a person available to handle it. I'd gladly spend more and have an actual sweater to weat

I would give this company zero stars for customer service items that are listed as in stock on their website have huge shipping delays because they claim the item is not available after it’s purchased. You cannot call customer service at all. All communication is due through AI chat. they don’t give you any updates on shipping or delays and shipping. You have to do all the legwork to just receive a pre-written response. Beware do not order from this company unless you never want to receive your item but they will deduct your money from your account as soon as you hit that button. Buy from somebody who has better customer service. I wish I could review the actual item but I never received it.

This was my first time ordering from Naadam, and while it took nearly two weeks to receive my items, I was very impressed with the quality of the sweaters. I had to return one and exchange another for a different size, and Barbie from customer service was incredibly helpful, even making an exception to their return policy, which I truly appreciated.
The overall experience was positive, and now that I know my size (similar to Quince), I’d definitely order from Naadam again. However, I do have some concerns about their return policy—specifically the restocking fee, shipping costs (to and from without min order) and delivery times which could be a bit of a deterrent for future orders.
Overall, I’d recommend Naadam for the quality, but be mindful of the return terms and shipping costs which competitors don’t have.

Besides that the product is superb, my customer care experience was exceptional! I first ordered the wrong size, reached out to cancel before the product shipped and successfully worked with NAADAM to cancel before shipment. It was a smooth process and most satisfying. I was able to order the correct size with a timely arrival. And I love the product!

My third experience over 5 years and my last one: ordered various products in September. Was promised delivery in October. Now, in November, not only were my products not shipped as promised but: 1. One product just got cancelled no explanation. 2. The product that was promised as compensation got taken off the order too. Worst customer experience. Never again

Great quality and service! I love my Naadam sweater purchase and am please with the quality. Fit, color and construction is exceeding my expectations.
I needed service for another item and Rodrigo took care of it with such speed and pleasant interaction that I was blown away. The quick repose and follow up was so great, I wish all online orders would be this quick to resolve.

Customer support went above and beyond. I had some questions on fit and rather than just copy paste form the website they took time to give me more detailed response. I LOVE the sweater and dress I ended up ordering 🥰 and will be wearing them a ton.

I wore the sweater about a half dozen times then noticed several small holes. I contacted customer service but they didn’t help. All I wanted was a replacement. The sweater was comfortable. But I never even had it dry cleaned and it started to disintegrate.
The quality of their product is next level! Best cashmere sweater I have ever owned (and I own many). Additionally, their customer care is a 10 out of 10. Evelyn is exceptional.
