I cannot rate the quality low enough.
Naadam has completely changed the wool quality, sizing and they have ruined their product. The ‘Original’ is nothing like the original sweater of 2 years ago.
Dont waste your money.
I purchased 6 sweaters which took more than 10 days to be shipped. By the time I received them and looked at the quality the 14 days has passed.
What company would penalize shoppers at Christmas and not allow additional time to return or exchange.
I've been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for one sweater but the worst part is you can not reach a human being. There is no telephone number and the emails are responded to by chat bots. Same exact response every single time! Non-existent customer service and ridiculous wait time. I will never buy anything from them again. Ever!

Like many other customers I ordered sweater on Nov 25 for Christmas. Customer service has no phone number & even after 5-6 emails they still haven't shipped order. Asked for refund no reply.
I was trying to get a christmas present before Christmas. I bought three sweaters. The website advertised I would recieve them before Christmas and I paid an expedite fee to make sure I would get them on time. The tracking later said I would not recieve them on time. I contacted customer service, who basically told me they wouldn't do anything for me, and they didn't do it politely. They did anyway. The shipping was changed and I got the sweaters just on time. I was really unhappy with this company temporarily, but they fixed my problem and the sweaters are nice too.
Where can i write a review on their website??? The men's sweaters run EXTREMELY small. My son is 6'5' and 166lbs, so very thin and tall, yet the XL sweaters are too much short for him in the arms and torso as well, and there is no extra room in them elsewhere. Haven't ordered the XXL because the size is continuously sold out, yet it seems that even that size would be too small from the looks of the XL sweaters. Beware if you are a taller/larger man, these sweaters are not meant for you unless you like your sweaters skin tight.

Customer service is an absolute joke -- most likely some underpaid overseas agent who has no clue what is going on and parrots what she is reading from a script. And now customer service has completely gone dark. Save yourself the headache & heartache and shop elsewhere. Many others are in my position wondering what is going on with their holiday orders. Abysmal company.
I ordered 3 sweaters on 11/25. When their status hadn't changed by 12/8, I contacted the company and was told they were just backed up but they would be shipped by the 10th. When their status hadn't changed by the 12th, I contacted them again. This time I got an apology from customer support and some individual also apologizing and saying the should be caught up by Wednesday (12/17) and offered me 20% off on my next order (less off than what was offered in the endless ads they've been sending since I ordered from them). The status hadn't changed by Thursday (12/18). When I went to send them a message again, I noticed that the latest email was an "Urgent" type of ad indicating it was the last day to order for standard shipping to get something by Christmas. I sent another message asking why they thought I would order anything more from them since it didn't look like I was going to get my current order by Christmas. Today (12/19) I got a message where they wrote "Our baaad" under the name of their company that starts the body of their emails. They said one of my items was backordered so they were going to take that off my order and give me a refund for it. Oh and they made up a custom code to use on a future order to get a big whopping $25 off. But right under this email was my PayPal notification that I had just received a refund that was actually the entire amount - they didn't adjust crud, they just cancelled my entire order less than a week before Christmas.
Ordered before Thanksgiving and my order won’t arrive until after Christmas. Unacceptable! This is my first Christmas bringing my fiancée to celebrate with my family, and I now have no gift for her. Wish I had read some of these reviews first.
Ordered a jumper on 1st December, and have been told since that it has got ‘lost in processing’.
This was bought as a Christmas present so I asked them to send out a new one.
Not only do they take a very long time to reply to any email, but I am constantly told that the matter is ‘being escalated’ and just get passed on to someone new. I have been offered a refund but I don’t want a refund, I want the item I paid for!!

Besides the inconsistency in sizing I’m also very disappointed I keep being lied to about when my order will be shipped. They keep lying and pushing the date out. I ordered a coat on dec 1st and was told it would be shipped by the 16th, now it’s not shipping until next week? But it’s Christmas. I see others noting customer service starts ignoring when refunds are requested - talk to your bank! That’s what I’m doing if they continue to lie to me and don’t ship this. Very low quality for such cheap items from china anyway…
Very frustrated - I have been waiting for an order for a month and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’m so disappointed in this process, I have now been told 4 guaranteed ship dates and none have come to fruition. This is the main gift for my wife for Christmas and now I have only 4 shipping days left to try and find something. I sent your CS team a note praising you and letting them know how I had wanted to do this for my wife for so long and now it’s a few days before Christmas and I don’t know what I’m going to do.

I ordered a coat from this brand 20 days ago, well in advance of several holiday events. Their standard shipping timeline should have gotten it to me on time. But it never shipped, and no one informed me that it was backordered. There was no mention of backorders on their website at all.
When I reached out to ask why I hadn’t received it, only then did they tell me it was backordered. I asked if they could send it expedited to make up for the inconvenience, and they agreed. Unfortunately, they ended up shipping it ground anyway, and here we are 20 days later with no coat in hand.
Just sharing so others can be aware of this experience. Customer service and transparency matter!
I placed an online order for several cashmere sweaters on November 10. After weeks passed with no shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service on November 25. I was told the order would ship “that week,” but it did not.
Over the following weeks, I received multiple, conflicting ship dates from different customer service representatives. Each time I followed up, the timeline changed.
By December 11—more than a month after placing the order—I requested multiple times in writing that the order be canceled and refunded. I was told this request could be escalated. Despite that, the company fulfilled and shipped the order anyway, then informed me it was “too late” to cancel and that I would need to return the items after delivery.
While I eventually received an apology email from the founder, it was oddly signed “Love, Matt,” which felt unprofessional given the circumstances. The only compensation offered was a discount code for a future purchase, which did nothing to resolve the situation or restore trust.
The core issue wasn’t just the delay—it was the poor communication, shifting information, and failure to honor a clear cancellation request. Based on this experience, I would not order again and would caution others, especially if timing matters.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will not be able to return your purchase for a refund even if you paid full price. This happened to me. I purchased a cashmere sweater. Expensive purchase. It took 3 weeks to arrive and it did not fit correctly. There was no way to call customer service and no option to get a refund. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company. Since the only way possible to contact Naadam is through an email, I sent an email but got no response.
The sweater was low quality, rough and itchy. It cost $12.75 to return it and the return window is 14 days - which is also how long it took to come. There are so many better places to shop.
This company has terrible customer service. And delivery times

Received email on 11/12 that order was a delayed. Offered a discount on another sweater. However, I needed this sweater. I originally ordered as a present for the holidays. Customer support could not tell me when delivery would happen. Then, heard nothing for over a month until I contacted them. They told me that they would send it out 12/15/25; however, that was going to be too late, and I asked for a refund. I have not received any response to my request for a refund.
I would like to give this company a zero, because i have still not received my order. and every time i reach out for a status update, they "move the goal posts" and the shipping date. No wonder 67% of reviewers give this company ONE STAR.
