I did not like the fact that free shipping was clearly and repeatedly offered if my purchase was $175 or more. However when I moved from the cart to final check out an additional fee of nearly $5 was added for safe shipping. There was no way to eliminate this fee. From my perspective this is false advertising and when I have that experience it angers me. I did contact customer service and was put in touch with a human who removed that charge and was very pleasant and helpful to work with. I filled out a survey regarding his service and gave him 5 stars.

I liked the price (I got at 50% sale), and warmth. This was for their highest-end cashmere hoodie. However the seams under the arm started opening up after 3 months of use -- and my use was only while sitting at my desk working at home. So this was disappointing. I would have been even more and REALLY upset if I had paid full price.

Wish I had read reviews first. I was a new customer and had a gift card to use and bought an item on final sale. When it arrived I tried it on and the fit/cut was horrible. I cannot figure out if the collar is supposed to be off the shoulder or boat neck. If boat neck the back stands straight up so awkwardly. The sleeves are way too long for an XS and cannot be altered due to embroidery on the hem. I kindly asked the company for an exchange because this item is NOT WEARABLE and they refused. What a waste of over $150 to not even be able to wear a piece. Will never send them my business, cashmere or otherwise, again. Companies that don't care for the customers lose in the long run because they have no idea how much future profit they just kissed goodbye.

UPDATE: Naadam did ultimately allow the exchange and sweaters arrived in CO last week. Of course it’s mid March, so prob not much winter left to wear them. I’m just glad we got through it at this point.
Loved the first sweater i bought for myself in November 2024. Bought one for each of my three kids for Christmas - two were too small. Despite late delivery by Naadam (ordered on 12/12, delivered AFTER Christmas on 12/28) which meant i had to deliver to my kids in CO (I'm in MT), NAADAM REFUSES TO EXCHANGE THE TWO SWEATERS FOR NEXT SIZE UP AND REFUSES TO CONNECT ME WITH MANAGEMENT. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I used to love Naadam but the prices went up and quality went down. I bought a $500-plus fisherman knit cable two years ago and when the neck began to separate from the body, I contacted the company and noted it was an expensive sweater and would they stand behind it by replacing the one that's unraveling. They said no. I'll order from Quince for cashmere in the future. Disappointed.

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. My husband purchased a sweater, that looked like a baggy fit on the model wearing her size, for a xmas present for me. He sized up to the next size at my request, as I like my sweaters baggy. It was SKIN tight when I opened it on xmas. We were outside of their ridiculous 14 day return window. YOU CANT EVEN EXCHANGE for a larger size. Something is obviously wrong with the size that was sent. Save the hassle, just go to Nordstrom. The quality is "OK" but not any kind of screaming deal for the price.

Beware of ordering from Nadaam. Their return/exchange window of 2 weeks is ridiculous. So much for early shopping for Christmas! Plus, their prices are twice as high as those of equal quality and far friendlier (and eco-conscious) Quince.

Do not purchase from this company. Their return policy is absurd. Anything on sale is apparently "final sale" but they do not clearly state this except for in the fine print. The cashmere is low quality and the sizing is incredibly inconsistent. The pricing is apparently too good to be true.

I was really excited to order from them after eyeing their cashmere for months. I tried to make an exchange - their return portal doesn't obviously lay out how to do so. I contacted customer service and got a prompt response and thought "Great, this will be easy."
That was 3 weeks ago. The Return/Exchange Portal is confusing. Their customer support only answers 1 out of 5 questions I ask to get clarity on how exactly I'm supposed to make the exchange.
To be clear: you need to return the item, let them process it, then you'll get a credit and then you can purchase your new item. That's fine, totally fair – but their Return Portal is confusing. It says "you have credit" and tries to encourage you to make a purchase prior to the return but pay again. Given how taciturn their support team is, I was hesitant to risk paying again for something that I could be stuck with.
I tried a hail mary and reached out to the social media team by leaving a comment. Of course, they replied right away and assured me someone would follow up.
It's been several days now and we're clocking 3 weeks for something that really shouldn't be difficult. Clarity in responses from customer service is all you need. Not ignoring or hand selecting one question.

Ordered a "new" sweatshirt and pants combo. The pants I received were clearly a return and had a hole in them near the waist. I was told they have a "NO returns" policy so I got a used pair of pants with a hole in them.

Don’t expect your order anytime soon. When ordering they say it will be shipped in 3-5 days. It’s been 3 weeks and still nothing. If you order from these people your expectations should be very low.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a sweater during the Cyber sale and was unaware there would be no refund or exchange possible. I paid $100+ and now have a sweater that is way too small for me. I reached out to customer service and they would not let me exchange this sweater.

I wish I'd thought to read reviews first! They were on GMA and I've had good experiences with GMA. This is the first *very bad* one.
I asked if I could return the sweater, they said yes. The email said 3-5 days once they receive the sweater. What isn't clear at first is it's not a full refund -- they charge you again for shipping and handling which they tell you once there's a tracking number, and what's also not said up front is the refund just doesn't show up. They've had the sweater for 2 1/2 weeks now.
I think I did get a truthful email from someone, maybe by accident, saying the sweater will sit in the warehouse for 15 days and after that it might take 10 days for them to initiate a refund and after that it takes up to 7 days for the refund to go through.
None of this makes sense, tho. I mean, do they have soooo many returns they can't handle them? what is going on?
After that, I kept getting stock replies of 'we're reaching out' (where?) 'check your spam email' (what? the money gets sent to a bank.) 'it takes up to 7 days to see a refund' (well, we're past that.) it's a runaround, which is sad, because it seemed like this was an ethical company.

i would give zero stars if i could, I bought a sweater on nadam, that did not work out. The total cost was $136 they charged me $22 or 15% of the total for shipping and handling to return it. Total ripoff, never again will I shop with a company that shamelessly hustles people out of their money.

I placed a big order for their Christmas Grinch sweaters in November. I thought they would make excellent Christmas gifts. The company states that orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. They even hit you with a "shipping insurance fee," which is useless if your order never ships. It is now 16 days later, my order hasn't shipped, and judging from other reviews, I will not get these sweaters by Christmas, if ever! Their "customer service" does not exist. You will never hear from them. I can't believe I got scammed! BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The customer service is non-existent, there is no way to contact anyone by phone or email. I placed an order a week ago that hasn't shipped, no idea when it will ship and cannot get in touch with anyone to find out. Placed a second order and have the same issue with shipping and arrival times. They certainly know how to send emails since they spam me about 10 times a day, but they don't want anyone getting in touch with them. Dead end trying to get any service.

I would give this company a ZERO if possible. I wish I had read this site and Naadam return policy prior to purchase, I have learned a valuable lesson in on-line shopping, that I hope you may be alerted to as well.
On 10/25 a sale banner stated OFF-Duty on sale at 30% off for 2 days only. I clicked on the banner and it took me to the off-duty collection merchandise. No indication of the sale dates or exclusions. I snapped a picture of the sale banner as I ordered the off duty hoodie, just in case I received the online shopping hassle. Sure enough, I was charged full price. There were no flags on any of the off duty collection of sales or exclusions or during the checkout process. They also charged a >than $9 “optional” shipping protection, which was added by default.
The return portal did not recognize my order number (?) so I immediately emailed customer service
Customer service informed me the sale ended the previous day and the hoodie was excluded. I was educated this information was located in the FAQ section. Really ??? I then went to the FAQ section and found the sale dates of 10/23/24-10/24/24 with the code, and exclusions apply. No listing of what the exclusions were and no flag at checkout. After a long series of many emails regarding the legalities of continuing to post an expired sale and no indication of what was excluded, I was refunded the 30% off.
Unfortunately the next day they posted a sale on their crew neck for $75 and I placed two more orders.
The site advertised the off -duty hoodie ran large, to size down. On arrival of the M Plum off-duty hoodie it was too small, I received a return/exchange label and returned immediately for an exchange to L plum. Within less than 24 hrs, I received an email stating the L plum was sold out. I had a choice of in store credit or $ back. I requested they send me a L navy. Their response was they cannot do that. After a series of many many emails on November 11th I sent yet another email stating my intent to return all 3 orders if they could not handle my return/exchange issue. My concern was passed on to another team. The woman agreed to send me a L navy in exchange rather than have me follow through with a return of all orders. At this point I was SO DONE with NAADAM that I chose to return everything. I packed up everything and delivered to shipping, receiving an almost immediate return of my money…so all good? NO! There was no return for the off duty hoodie price, which initially started this entire debacle. The customer service representative told me to go to the return portal for updated information on my refund however, the return portal told me to go to customer service! Back to more emails with customer service, finally name dropping the team member who finally offered assistance/refund. The team member stepped into the conversation and refunded the balance for the hoodie, which was well over $100.
In short, the BBB gives a rating of “F” to companies who do not respond to complaints. Check it out, in addition to the other reviews on Trust Pilot.
