First, I have had to do a couple of exchanges, and Naadam handled everything smoothly. I have two regular cashmere sweater/sweatshirts and five "superfine" cashmere shirts. The superfine cashmere shir... Mehr ansehen

Order was placed on 12/1/25, and Naadam represents that with standard shipping the order would arrive in 3-10 days. Well, here we are nearly 3 weeks later, and the items have not even shipped yet. C... Mehr ansehen

I emailed a minute after placing the order since I ended up showing my friend what I am getting her for Christmas and she wanted bigger size and different color. Nadaam emailed me three days later that I cannot change the size or color. I can't cancel the order and there is no gift wrapping. With non existent service, why would you order Nadaam? Also the cashmeres pill badly. I went into the shop and even the new ones with tags pill.
wow, did not think that I would write a bad review for this company . you are all right...customer service is not accommodating at all, NO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY service. too bad...I will try to return to store.
overhyped, nowadays everything is called "cashmere".
I contacted the company multiple times to start a return and was having trouble with their returns website. They have never gotten back to me, and now the return window has expired. I will never shop with them again if this is how they make their money.
They were happy to take my $$ for my 1k+ order but its been over 15 days and they have still not shipped this order despite multiple times i've reached out. The customer service numbers I called are all out of order and the store in NYC stated they have no way of contacting online orders customer service as well. is this a real company? spend your $$ elsewhere.
What a waste of time and money. I placed an order on October 10, got an email a week later that "it's so unlike them to be this late!" but my order would ship within a few days (already 11 days after my order was placed even though it said "ships in 3-5 business days"). It is now three full weeks after placing my order, customer service can't get an answer from their warehouse in less than 48 hours, I've asked them to cancel the order and they can't even seem to do that even though the order has STILL not shipped. All the while, they've continued to email me and text me about various promotions...how are you still pushing me to place MORE orders when you haven't even fulfilled the one?
What kind of brand runs their operations like this?
Horrible customer service. Received an online cashmere sweater order that was terribly wrinkled with a black marker pen marking on the collar. In the sunlight, I also noticed stains all over the front of the sweater. Since their small was too large for me, I was unable to give it to a friend because the sweater was grossly damaged. I was told NOT to return it to the return address on the receipt & package and sent 3-emails but no one knew the proper return address and it took 4-days for service staff to locate it. I got so disgusted with the process, I located a NAADAM store in San Francisco and brought it there. The store said they couldn’t provide a receipt; it would be emailed to me. In the meantime, I purchased another NAADAM sweater at the store in size Large, which fit me properly. Came home and the receipt for my purchase was emailed but not for my return. Something is terribly wrong with this Company; although I like their products-how can someone continue purchasing their product when their sizing is irregular and you can’t depend on the product they send?
They were great at taking my money, terrible at communicating, and I never got my product
The WORST!!!!
Don’t buy from them
I never write reviews however this company doesn’t help the customer and if you’re dissatisfied never reaches back to you .
I purchased a sweater for a gift and next morning it went on sale . I asked for an adjustment and was told manager will get back to me and I’m still waiting and have reached out multiple times , I will also add it was a gift and shipped 2 weeks late !!
Awful and unhappy !!!!
This company is terrible. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a sweater and they only responded to my first request for an update (which I sent after waiting 7 days to receive a tracking number) saying they would check on it and then they never responded again after I wrote at 10 days, 14 days etc. Truly a miserable experience. I wonder if I’ll ever receive the package.
Don’t waste your time.
10/25/22 I just wanted to update that I still don't have this item a month later.
My experience with NAADAM has been great but irrelevant. I have read so many negative reviews for NAADAM, and I’m sorry, but I’m just going to say it: Read the Shipping & Returns Policy BEFORE you shop at any online retailer. I always read them before I order - that way I know what to expect. It clearly mentions the restocking fee, and the no returns on sale items, etc.
Cashmere pills. There is no way around this - especially 100% Cashmere. It is extremely delicate. You have to take really good care of Cashmere, like fine silks - wearing gently. It is not like some other wools that are much heartier, or blended Cashmere with synthetics that make it stronger.
For Pilling, I suggest investing in a good fabric pilling remover. Don’t mess with the manual ones. Buy an electric one that has more than one setting, so you can use it on low for delicate fabrics like Cashmere. Don’t press down hard when using the pilling remover - just gently move it across the garment.
ALWAYS hand wash Cashmere (or in some cases you can dry clean). Always use a delicate wool wash, like (my favorite) Outback Gold Wool Wash, The Laundress Wool Wash or Woolite. Soak garment in Luke warm soapy water for 10-15 min, gently wash (don’t rub) and rinse 2-3 times. Never wring the garment out, just gently press to get water out, then lay the garment flat on a big towel and fold the towel over the garment. Then roll the towel up like a log and gently press it to get the remaining water out. Get a new dry towel and lay the garment flat on top arranging/fluffing the garment so that it keeps its shape.
When not wearing your Cashmere during the hotter months, store it in a cotton or linen bag. Don’t hang sweaters on hangers - just fold them up and put them away in a cool dark location.
If this all sounds like way too much work for you, I really wouldn’t buy expensive Cashmere.
Atrocious customer service support.
I fell hook line and sinker for their marketing. Their youtube ads make you think it's this wonderful company that cares so much about producers and consumers...not in the least!!!
I figured since they save so much money producing their goods in Mongolia they have low overhead and would excel at simple things like exchanges/returns... not NAADAM.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Sizes vary wildly - some run big, some small. Oh and if a product is on sale, they won't let you exchange it for a different size. WHAT???? Don't order from them. They suck.
You expect any online service to be great at exchanges/returns... well, not NAADAM.
Terrible customer service experience. Sizes are very inconsistent by product - some will run too big, some too small. Beware if a product is on sale, the would not let you exchange it for a different size. Terrible practice. Stop ordering from them. Not worth the pain.
I love Naadam - you just have to know how to order from them and when.
Most of the negative reviews are shipping and size ordering and I understand buyers being frustrated waiting for Christmas presents, and the company probably had staffing and logistics problems due to Covid (everyone did - USPS lost an item I ordered in September last year and their tracking had the package going from one end of the US to the other several times and they could care less and it came at the end of January).
And as for sizing, the website has a full description of the size the model is wearing as well as a size chart and what’s available and what’s out of stock.
That being said, I’ve bought joggers, sweaters, shawls and all are good quality, wash beautifully and do not pill. I live in their recycled cashmere joggers in the winter - they are stylish and luxurious enough to wear out as well as lounge around the apartment in.
The company emails order acknowledgments promptly. gives updates on order status and tracking info and the goods usually arrive within a week currently.
So now watch, just because I said all that the next time I order will be jinxed for sure.
Very unhelpful ‘customer service’. I am in Australia and ordered a sweater as a gift then realised due to some computer window changes the default (wrong) XXS size was on the order instead of the wanted XL.
I sent a reply to the original ‘we have your order’ email within 4 minutes, and followed up immediately after with an email to ‘customer support’ explaining the problem and asking them to change the size. This is something that most online companies manage to do without issue.
Not NAADAM! I got an immensely wordy reply a day later saying it was ‘difficult’ once the order had been placed. OK, difficult. Surely that is why one has customer service? You know, to solve problems and make customers happy! . A lengthy explanation of the return process (wait for arrival, request return, send it back… etc). Why? Seems stupid to send a parcel from the US to Australia and back when it could be avoided.
And at the very very end, she said alternatively you could request to cancel and I could try to do that, provided it hasn’t already shipped. Aargh.
Yes, cancel it please I replied. Thinking, I bet by the time the response comes, with all the delays, you’ll have shipped it.
No response.
And this morning, sure enough, I get a Your order Has Shipped notification. NO further response from the CSO.
If she had an ounce of initiative, she would have cancelled it (since changing size was ‘difficult’).
I’ve had better customer service from almost any other online company I can think of, and remain very cross with this one. Won’t buy from them again.
If there’s a problem, you are obviously on your own.
Wish I had read the many other negative reviews before buying from them. Caveat emptor.
Not impressed. The sweater 100% cashmere is same or worse quality than my Uniqlo, which is much cheaper. Don’t be fooled by this super good marketing brand.
I bought a sweater and in less than one week it had snags all over it. I wrote to ask them how to avoid this from happening and the first thing they said was since you bought it from Nordstrom we can’t replace it. I was not even asking for a replacement. They had no suggestions to avoid this from happening.
I bought their cashmere gloves a little over a year ago: the right middle finger now has a large hole, and other fingers are getting to be see-through and would soon wear through completely if I were to continue wearing them. I have worn them like you wear gloves, and only in cold weather … no hard labor, no sanding … so maybe a total of occasional use over 6 months, and these are not the only gloves I own, just the “dressiest." I asked for a refund because it's unacceptable that they should have worn out after such light use, but NAADAM has a rigid 30-day return policy. If they'd worn out in 30 days, NAADAM would really have a problem. I have some of their sweaters too, and they are thin, so buyer beware. I won't be buying from this company again.
I tried to return a sweater that was just inside the deadline (30 days) and was told (virtually) that it was not eligible. Tried to get in touch with customer support and their "drop us a line" email won't accept a google server. Needless to say there is no phone number.
I ordered a sweater for my wife for the first time on their website. It was indicated that it would arrive before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until January 6th. I purchased the sweater on sale and when it arrived we discovered it was too small. I tried to initiate a return on line and i reach out to the customer service via this line314--301--8168 on the date 5/02/2022 they help me out
