Ordering was quick & easy from their website, I paid extra for next day delivery, speaker arrived promptly.

A part I purchased and fitted developed a fault within the warranty period. After carrying out extensive diagnostics to identify the issue, I contacted myMotorWorld and provided them with the details of the fault and my findings.

They dealt with the warranty claim without any hassle and quickly arranged for a replacement part to be sent out. The turnaround was excellent, and after fitting the replacement, the issue was completely resolved.

Really impressed with the customer service and how straightforward they made the whole process. It's reassuring to buy from a company that stands behind the products they sell. Highly recommended.

Easy to order did the job , but having a job connected my phone camera to the dash cam try everything possible to with have to phone road angel dash cams my be a setting on the phone that does it hopefully , but gone through everything then said guidance etc

Update, MyMotorWorld have now resolved my issue and are kindly collecting the incorrect items from me and refunding accordingly. Perfect customer service and approach. A+++++++ They have retained a customer

After entering all my vehicle details correctly via my registration the incorrect part was still sent. For info the vehicle is a 2022 Ford Puma ST 1.5 200ps. These details were clearly shown in the parts search and the parts selected were confirmed as a fit on their website. When they arrived to be fitted by Ford the engineers explained that the discs sent by MMW were 278mm and on the ST they should be 325mm!! MMW accepted my request at a refund but be warned they don't collect the items, that is down to you to pay for shipping/return!! They have a 'GET OUT' disclaimer telling you that there are multiple fitments possible and you need to confirm fitment!! That will be my last order with them.... Be warned.....
