Excellent service and great prices, certainly would use again in the near future.. Only prob is that it still comes up with a previous car with my reg - changed 2 years ago but this has happend on acouple of other sites

Excellent prices, I needed a new brake vacuum pump and spoke on their website chat to be sure it was in stock before ordering which it was so ordered 13th and arrived on 17th.

A very disappointing experience and I will definitely not buy from online car parts or autodoc again, when I ordered it clearly said parts in stock delivery 1.2 days.l, does not provide information about delivery, Tracking no, a correct delivery estimate. I ordered 5 days ago and only today they gave dispatch and it still takes at least a week for the order to reach me in the meantime I am sitting with the car in the garage and spending money. They did not give me any email to confirm my delivery, that they gave dispatch. I gave them an email to ask what is happening to which they tell me they are sorry but today they gave dispatch and that it takes about 6 more days max delivery. I paid extra for delivery. So avoid them they are unserious and careless with their customers. I'm back with a response to what online carparts wrote to me. The payment was made on 09.04.25 Around 12 o'clock and the confirmation that the payment was made came immediately. So if the payment was confirmed I should have received an email with dispatch and dispatch. And to receive the Tracking number and the rest of the information,, or maybe the 2nd day but nothing. 4 days have passed and I haven't received any message, email, I checked, I had to write myself and wait for a response, another wasted time. If the delivery time is not 1.2 days as it said when I placed the order but is 3.4 days, put the correct information on the website, updated. I paid £ 8.45 for delivery and that means that this order must arrive on time, it is a fairly large amount especially when the goods do not arrive on time. What I'm saying is that you don't update the website, you don't communicate with customers after they place an order, you don't provide real and true information. Everything I say I can prove, I show. It's been 4 days since you sent the dispatch, I say that's a lot. With a simple sorry I don't change my mind and you don't help me, I'm sitting with the car in the garage and waiting for the parts from you for at least another week. Who pays for your mistake? I understand when mistakes occur but there must be communication and that's how they can be solved. I hope we can solve something and you can correct these mistakes. Have a nice day

Easy to order prompt delivery and all for a reasonable price

I put my reg number in the website to ensure I got the correct car part however when it arrived it didn’t fit. I have to pay for the delivery costs to return the items as well as paying for the cost of delivering the item in the first place. The delivery costs in total are around £20 and the item costs £20. You can’t get in touch with anyone easily so the customer service is terrible.

Absolutely shocking service. Ts and Cs state in stock parts dispat hed within 2 working days, mine wasnt dispatched until over a week later.
Contacted customer service and asked for update, was told my details were wrong (they werent) and ignored. 9 days later my parts havent arrived still. Dont bother, they cant communicate and dont hold stock in the UK.

Part was just what I needed and was a good price. Delivery was pretty quick considering it was ordered just before a bank holiday. Paid extra to cover a returns policy but not needed.

Simple, easy to use, perfect product

Ordered from them as it was a co.UK site assuming that I would it would be a UK company. At checkout I opted to pay the extra for a courier delivery as the part was urgently needed. The part was dispatched the next day but 2 days later it still hasnt been receieved by the courier. I eventually got hold of an agent only to be told its in international shippihg as they are not a UK company dispite being a co.uk site and that they dont do fast shipping despite the extra postage option at checkout. Very very annoyed as this is an urgently needed part, I specifically did not want a non uk company and then I am told the extra postage was a con!
