I love my new tennis bracelet..it is so pretty

The ordering was simple, delivery was fast and the products ive purchased are amazing.

I already own & Love the Miami bracelet & earrings & now I also own the Miami necklace! It is absolutely stunning! I ordered necklace late & Sasha & staff went out of their way to make sure I received it!

I lost my very expensive tennis bracelet and felt naked without it. I bought the Miami just to have something to wear. I absolutely love it! So sparkly and after a month of everyday wear, not dull looking at all. I’m not worried about losing another expensive bracelet again. It’s so pretty, I just ordered the matching necklace. As a side note, so reviews say there were issues with the clasp, I’ve had zero issues, it’s extremely secure

When I first purchased, it broke within a few days at the class I contacted the company and they immediately responded and replaced it so this probably should be a five star rating

I ordered a few tennis bracelets for my daughter and Daughter in law and they r gorgeous. They sparkle brightly all day long. We all get tons of compliments. I will definitely be purchasing again soon

Took a little while to arrive, wished it was in a box, incase it was a gift. I absolutely love the bracelet! It looks like real diamonds and is so flexible and comfortable to wear! Will be purchasing one for my daughter as well, will have to get a gift box for it, dont want to give it to her in a zip lock bag. Would definitley recomment your product.

After buying a suite of items I have tried to get customer service to help me return or exchange the items. While they are very sparkly, the stones are too big to appear real, the tennis necklace is far too long. Going back and forth with customer service is a frustrating & long experience to get a response and ultimately a result. It's still ongoing however they are not responding to the problem. I am extremely disappointed and very underwhelmed about how this company handles problems, issues, customer service and customer satisfaction.

•••website did not list sizes in description.company replied and said for the millionth time that They’d only be willing to exchange the bracelet for a larger size, I requested a refund not an exchange.The 7.5”will not work for me nor will the 8”I have never been harassed by any company to keep merchandise I clearly can’t use

However, since your original concern was regarding the sizing, we'd be happy to offer an exchange for a larger size. We currently have
7.5-inch and 8-inch options available.
