I LOVE MY BAG!!!!
I only wish that REBAG would allow fedex to leave it with a signed slip. I had to cut my trip short to get home to be there all day to sign for this package. Or it they offered a choice to pick up at fedex location.
Overall I did love the process, the fast shipping and my bag!!!!

The earrings I purchased are in great shape, however the backs do not stay on. They slide right off and one of the earrings fell off twice within a couple hours. Luckily i noticed so didn't lose either piece but it's real frustrating as they were listed as in great shape, but no mention the backs don't stay on. They were final sale so can't even return. Such a bummer 😞

I just wish the turnaround time for trade purchases was faster.

I got my bag during the 15% off sale for Memorial Day weekend. The delivery was fast. I ordered on Monday and got my bag by Friday. I signed for the package and my babe was just like the picture.

I requested my bag to be returned. There was concerns regarding your description of my bag. I ask to show me pictures of the wear you described. You refused. In an email you stated that you would send me back my bag with all the original accessories. You did not. You kept my original box, and tags. I am very disappointed with your company.

I ordered a wristlet from Rebag and when it arrived I discovered it was much larger than what I needed. I emailed customer service and they took care of everthing. They responded in less than 24 hours and I had a return tag to send it back with no questions asked. Latoya followed up to the initial email response with additional details and was very helpful.
