I am so happy with my tennis bracelet. I received three of them. 2 larger stones and 1 with smaller stones. I am waiting to hear back from the company about exchanging the smaller stone one for a bigger one like the other two. I have sent them an email but they are busy so I still wait. Beautiful and sparkly bracelet. Looks real!

Really pretty bracelets. Came quickly and I was kept informed of shipping updates. Adds some oomph when I wear it with a Cartier watch.

The bracelet is very beautiful and I’ve yet to try it in water but I feel confident it will keep its luster. I was a little disappointed in the presentation/shipping packaging. Very unappealing but perhaps that’s the way costs are kept down. I will order again😎

The bracelet is gorgeous! I wear it everyday! I haven’t showered in it because I don’t want soap to dull the stones, but I am sure it wouldn’t be an issue if I did.

They followed up on what they stated. My bracelet arrived with a broken clasp and they are sending me a new one. Very impressed!

Communication was good. I feel the necklace is a little long for me as it doesn't lay flat so the stones are facing out so they can be seen easily. They sometimes are on their side with the stones facing down.
I don't know if a shorter necklace would help my issue.

You guys nailed it for the bracelet itself. It’s beautiful. The only thing I have against it is the clasp. It’s too difficult to do it by myself. I need my husband to put it on and take it off.

My first bracelet I couldn't get the clasp to open. I emailed you explaining the situation & you sent me another one. It works great. I just put it on & wear it all the time. Tried again to get the first one to work but still no luck.

I love the necklace. A little hard for me to keep on the right side but once I get it on it does not turn. I really love it and want to buy other pieces.

There was a little confusion at first with shipping and then out of inventory but I reached out and the customer service kept me TOTALLY in the loop of when inventory would be back in stock. I know I bothered them A LOT but they kept their cool and were so helpful. You could not ask for any better service than what I received. In my opinion it is the best I have EVER received and I highly recommend purchasing jewelry items from this company. Not only is it a good value but BEAUTIFUL jewelry.
