Fantastic selection of Japanese goods! My wind chimes came quickly and the price was great - I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with an interest in high quality Japanese craftsmanship! I had searched high and low for a wind chime with 16 rods - the Japanese number that brings the most luck and wealth into a household. I also wanted it to be in copper (for our 22cnd wedding anniversary). I thought I would never find one until I discovered this gem of a shop with all kinds of wonderful Japanese goods!

Got a tatami. Turns out that the are selling cheap mattress toppers instead of the real thing. Looked into returning it and it won't fit in original packaging as the thing was so vacuum packed it's impossible to do. Packaging is the size of a large pillow.

Waited a month for something you can get from your local Tesco for £20

Haven't used it yet as it is for a gift somebody wanted and they will not be given it to July. But they look to be good quality and was delivered very swiftly.

Ordered a couple of chairs nearly 6 weeks ago, still have not received. Tracking link from customer service shows movement through the system—shipped from CHINA, when the company is in London and I assumed would be shipped from there!—but not enough detail for me to know exactly where it is, just generic updates like "plane has landed" and "airline departure" but actual location not given. I am so disappointed in this experience, had I known the items would take so long to arrive I never would have ordered from this company. As it is, I still have not received my order and despite the customer service agent's reassurances, I don't know if I ever will.

EDIT: I finally received the chairs a couple days ago. They are OK, but not really worth the time and hassle. The seat cushions were covered in plastic that was hard to remove (I think it is intended to stay on the cushion but would be unpleasant to sit on) and I don't like the color or cheap fabric of the cushions. All in all, I'm not thrilled with my purchase but no way am I going to try to return them for a refund, given how long it took to receive them. Won't be buying from this shop again.

Delivery was fast, teapot was securely packaged and undamaged, not to mention beautiful!

Good quality parasol for decorative use. Wooden handles would be welcome. Will purchase other colours.
