Hard to know the size if u have not a tape beside u,.. perhaps showing it beside an average hand size would be useful. It was my mistake, I actually ordered from estimation... 😆 Wouldn't advise it!... Mehr ansehen

Great pan, shame about the wait

My Tempura pan is great, combining style and functionality most effectively. The only downside with the whole experience was the length of the delivery time. Had I known that it was coming from Japan I’d still have bought it, but wouldn’t have been a bit worried that it was never going to arrive. Heartily recommend.

All Good only thing they never delivered the box advertised in 😞. I don't use them to travel but still think would of made all the difference.

The bell itself was lovely

The bell itself was lovely. Box it was shipped in was quite a disaster when it arrived, and as it was a gift so that did reduce the initial visual impact of the gift, but beyond that, the person who received it is happy.

Ultimately the curtains were fine

Ultimately the curtains were fine, a little pricey… the big issue is where do they come from? I’m thinking China… which is fine but it’s quite distance for a couple of curtains. And supposedly Japanese ones at that.

Ordered a tatami from them on July 14th…

Ordered a tatami from them on July 14th which eventually turned up on August 12th, I ordered the 8cm version but have been sent the 4cm thick one. I’ve emailed the company every day since Tuesday to get a resolution to this but so far haven’t heard anything back. The product itself is nothing like on the photo, more like a cheap mattress topper, certainly not worth £300!

We sent a free return label for the package and you returned the package and received a full refund of your purchase.

After your case we have decided to remove this product from our store so as not to have any problems with future customers.

You even asked us to make a new shipment and we finally made the full refund because we have removed this product.

We regret your bad shopping experience and we assure that something like this will not happen again, however, you received a full refund of your purchase.

Everything is made in China

Everything is made in China. If you bought it it will be shipped from China and the quality is very poor as you have bought from wish store. I think wish's product will have more quality than this website. Also very expensive for what you receive.

First of all, could you be a little more honest in your review and comment on your shopping experience in a sincere and constructive manner.

You have only purchased one product from our store out of the 2600 products we have and you say that everything is made in China. This is not true.

We have thousands of customers who are very happy with the quality of our products and if you have purchased a product that you did not like (this can happen in any online store) be more honest and say that you contacted us and we sent you a free return label and refunded your purchase.

Your defamatory opinion about our products is not necessary.

We wish you the best of luck with your purchases on Wish and other similar platforms, because if you do not like a product, your purchase will surely not be as safe as on MJH.
