We really are sorry this happened. We had a major issue with our stock system that was beyond our control; this has now been fixed and we're really very sorry your order was affected. If we can help with anything please let us know; we have also had a lot of restocks recently so this may well be back in stock.
Bad service, don’t recommend it
I ordered a backpack from their website and they said it would take 5-12 business days and after 14 days they asked me for my address even though I attached it to the website then I gave them my address and on the 16 day they canceled my order. and there excuse was that the item is out of stock. If it is out of stock, why did you accept my order in the first place? Why did you let me wait 16 days for nothing? When I entered the site, I found that the backpack I ordered was available!!!, and after they canceled my order, I tried to contact them, but they did not respond. I started school for three weeks now and I’m using my old dusty backpack because of them. I do not recommend them, the service is bad. I won’t be satisfied until they compensate me with a new backpack. still waiting for an answer

In addition to this, we have had an issue with our stock system beyond our control which is now fixed. We really are sorry this took so long to sort out for you and have now got measures in place with the address issue to ensure this will not happen again. The stock system is now fixed and this would not happen again. If we can be of any help, please let us know.
