Emailed the company prior to placing my first order to check international couriers and import fees etc, and they didn't even bother to reply. So I won't be bothering to place my order.

Purchased the Fjallraven Kanken Hip Pack in the colour Ultramarine. After first use walking to and from work (less than a 3min walk) bag is marked contacted customer service and they told me this was normal for such a light colour to show marks this easily! And to wash it following guidelines on their website! Bizarre that a £51 would mark so easily if I had of known this I would have bought a £15 from Primark as I would have expected it to be crap no offence to Primark! Moral of the story you don't get better quality from paying more money wouldn't recommend!

⚠️ WARNING – My Fox Bag / Shop App
More than ONE MONTH after ordering, my Fjallraven Lada Sweater Dark Navy has still not arrived in Quito, Ecuador.
They shipped it and now refuse any responsibility. Zero updates, zero solutions.
I totally reject the way My Fox Bag and Shop App operate — they take your money for international shipping and then wash their hands saying “at your own risk.”
Unacceptable service.

First time ordering from ‘My Fox Bag’, finding the choice amazing! I chose the Lavender Fjallraven Kanken 15” laptop backpack. I had a query which to my delight and relief, was answered by a human being over the phone! Good honest customer service as it should be! My bag arrived quickly by Royal Mail in perfect condition! I will most definitely order again and recommend to others!

Delivered quickly without any hassle :) I accidentally ordered my stuff in two separate orders and they consolidated it for me.

Paid extra for next day delivery it did not arrive for a week. I was on holiday when it arrived returned item to my fox bag. They have given me store credit instead of refund which I requested I have sent three email’s and not had a single reply. Looks like I’m going to get my credit card company to contact them !

Price changed at checkout from the price advertised on the site. Didn’t notice until I was emailed the order breakdown. I emailed them to complain and was asked to provide a screenshot to prove my issue which I duly emailed back. Long story short, they are sticking to what they charged me so here I am. If you do have to order from this lot then I strongly advise that you double check the cost at checkout and avoid any “innocent” mistakes.
