I canceled 3 separate orders I made from Turkey on 20 and 21 December 2024, 1 day after the order was received. However, My Fox Bag shipped via DHL cargo. The return fee is deducted on a product-by-product basis for each order. They deducted almost as much refund money as a purse money. Even though I returned the products before they were shipped, I want a refund of the money deducted from me and the money I paid for the products I returned.

Ordered my bag on 09/01/2024, yes almost a year ago, had communication twice but no results from those despite promises!
I have tried email, FB, Instagram, Instant message and still no results! If these reviews are real then some people seem pleased with service!!!

I can’t really review the product as I didn’t receive it , however I will review how the company dealt with it , I reported to Royal Mail and they said I needed report to seller , I did this and to be fair they did respond immediately but by the time they got round to offering a replacement it was too late for the date I needed the item so they did refund me took around ten days for that to happen but they had to investigate so I think that’s reasonable, so as I can’t score it I will say they responded swiftly and efficiently to my missing item

I'm really happy with the Fjallraven Women's Karla Hydratic Jacket I bought. It fits well and is very close to what I wanted in terms of color, material, and fit! After using it, it meets my requirements for windproof, breathable, and waterproof. The details are exactly as described, and I'm so pleased.

Shopping online requires being careful about size, material, and details, so it's important to take the time to thoroughly check all the content and photos.

The package arrived within the specified date, and I try to avoid ordering too close to big shopping seasons.

I made a purchase and realised I’d ordered the wrong size so sent them an email and was informed by Sue she would cancel the order no problem.
Days went by and communication ignored so I called them yesterday and later received a cancellation notification.
Been 24 hrs since receiving the notification and no refund in my bank as yet.
Better to buy fjallraven off Amazon.

The service was fine. I kinda panicked regarding using card but did not asked for a security code. I think it’s important to be able to secure customer’s privacy and accounts.

Lovely lovely team. Helped me in every way they could with a delivery issue that meant I wouldn't have my bag for my holiday. Got me another out same day (I bought it, but I but Skye personally made sure it hit goods out on time for next day) AND resolved the original issue so I coukd return the other bag. There are no offline Fjällräven shops in our country, so I found this one online, verified its authenticity through various sources, and made my first order. Then the second, and the third… totaling six! 😜

MFB shipped my orders within a day or two after payment, and I received my bags here in Kazakhstan in 8 to 10 days! That was really fast!

An overall amazing experience. Ordered the Kanken no.2 laptop 15", and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The bag condition is perfect, very well packaged and the delivery (international via express delivery) is very prompt as well (3 business days). Would definitely be ordering again in the future. Fast delivery

I ordered and received a bag that was/is lovely but I had some queries about bag size/measurements and after messaging about this I got a prompt response and shared several exchanges with member of staff Sue. I also heard from Phoebe and Lucy.
Sue was helpful and thoughtful and took the trouble to look into my question and offer some ideas and suggestions;
Prompt, polite, considerate and the real life touch although we actually never spoke.
I will use this company again and on my experience would recommend them.
