Ive left multiple messages. Pretty sure they've gone out of business, but still took our money! DO NOT ORDER

Shower valve never showed up when I chased them they said they’ve gone out of business

Item not received and unable to make any contact, presumably they have gone out of business.

Waited weeks for the wrong item, and now they won't respond regarding a return. So, I’ve basically lost my money.
I’ll be in the area at some point, so I’ll pay them a visit.
It’s a shame it has to come to this.

Extremely bad service avoid at all costs. I paid for a few items and got an email of processing, now the site is not working and you cant track anything. Left 15 voice mails and numerous emails but no reply at all. Landline is disconnected as well. This is now a scan site , takes your money and runs, i have reported then to trading standards .

Absolutely terrible.
I had to wait weeks for my order and for a response from customer service (who are actually very friendly, though that doesn't help me much).
Now that I’ve finally received it, the item doesn't match the description on the website. I tried to initiate a return seven days ago, but I haven't received any response, and I’ve been denied access to my account on the website.
I hope this gets resolved eventually without having to go there in person.

I found a hard-to-find product here. Initially, I received a very friendly response right away and thought, wow, this is perfect.
But now, 2 weeks later, not a single update or response, and I still have no idea if I will ever receive anything. Too good to be true? Very disappointing.

Update: received a response after all, hopefully everything will be fine now. Then I will be happy to provide a better rating.

The customer service for a difficult plumbing issue was faultless and the refund quickly sorted. Sizing for the made up fitting was a bit confusing to me as a layman. I would certainly use this company again.

Max and team were great. Unfortunately Fed Ex couriers weren’t. Damaging for a small family run business who work hard.
Max went to great lengths to help resolve and received package 3 days late

well done with my order, had a bigger list of items that were not available in other places - was prepared to wait more then a month and here got my order within 10days. Btw thanks for few tips on how to save some money as Max(if remember correclty) adviced few items that are great and cost less
Surely will come back again as not first time ordering here and allways served sooner then any other seller

Ordered a frame and V&B pan, which were delivered promptly. The seat was damaged upon delivery, but a replacement has been shipped rapidly.

Still haven't received the item going to be more than 10 days no update

Prompt, helpful, trustworthy

Product was as described downside 10 to 15 days delivery for something the size of an envelope is beyond me .3to5 day delivery or even one week will be more acceptable

I had a great experience ordering my item. The team were really friendly and helpful. It arrived quickly and just as described.

Ordered Toilet basin and frame .
Seller was available always via phone and chased down the missing packages
Please stop using Fedex complete waste of time , seems many other customers also have same challenge
Fedex message saying pack will arrive and it doesn't
Tracking showed no movement
Customer support from fedex was none existent and closed the case
Even when given a slot again after week's
They did deliver then random turned up

Slow to respond to order and Failed to deliver

Great price for what I needed but had to be shipped from Germany. The first parcel should have been delivered by FedEx but was untrackable. Spoke to mybathstore who immediately shipped another item to me without delay.
Great support which other companies should follow

Mybathstore were one of the only sites on the web that had the item I required in stock and dealt with the order promptly after I’d initially been given a 6 month wait on the item from Amazon. I had to enquire about the status of the order and they got back to me to reassure me that the order was in process and gave an ETA for when the order would ship (which proved to be spot on). The item shipped with tracking and whist FedEx had an issue delivering to their pickup location it eventually arrived. I would definitely order again from Mybathstore in the future.

Just wanted to say how helpful, knowledgeable and friendly was the lady on the phone while I was buying my shower. Definitely recommend and will buy from them in the future if in need. Thank you 5 stars!!!
