This experience was terrible, not helpful at all they have applied direct to UC for my rent and there was no reason to at all and then wanting me to pay 2 months ahead to reverse this action when I only get paid a month at a time and u currently owe this months rent as I have always paid it in arrears.

I made the appointment on the phone but then had to cancel to take my elderly dad to hospital, so then the customer service lady said once everything is better ring back for another appointment to get the repairs done, I did ring back but it was very busy so I done the online repair & received my appointment within 4 days as it was the weekend, it's 4 weeks till my appointment for repairs but it's not an emergency so I'm happy with the appointment, keep up the good work MTVH

I used the service to find out why an enquiry I raised had been closed without informing me. I received a response to my new enquiry that I wasn't clear about, so I emailed a reply. Only to receive an automated reply saying the enquiry had been closed. This level of customer service is appalling!

I had to call today as I had the wrong service sent to me this morning regarding my pipes under my sink. Katrina was extremely helpful. She resolved the issue, getting me a new appointment for this week. She was a pleasure to talk too. I actually said to my son after the call that they should have more staff like her answering the phones.

MTVH IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AS A HOUSING ASSOCIATION but today I have given a 5 star for ONE REASON and that is the gentleman I spoke to named Crisean, he was very professional and understanding he allowed me to explain which most of the customer service team don't do they like to speak over you and never truly listen to what's wrong. This gentleman should be commended for his customer service skills. If all the team members had such good manners and excellent customer care skills MTVH would be a better company.

The person I spoke with was really good at his job. Customer service is really important now a days, as not many services actually give you that proper customer care experience. Crisean was very reassuring, very empathetic; mainly he listened to my problems without any hesitation or stopping me. Which I honestly really appreciated.

I spoke to Shane re tree uprooting the walk way and causing people to stumble in the dark and also affecting the floors in my flat. I asked for the tree to be cut down. This has been ongoing for years. He trialled the new video system and he was able to see the problem. The same as the bin house. He raised repairs for both and gave me the refs numbers.
He was super efficient, professional and so lovely to speak to. I was very impressed with the whole thing.

Don't take accountability when their Contractors Sure Serve failed in every way leaving me with no Heating or Hot water in Winter. Left me with incredibly Complex
issues to deal with whilst my world has been turned upside down by the impact their negligence has caused. They need to hire their own Contractors and to reconfigure all of their reporting systems which are awful.

I am very disappointed with Thames Valley Housing Association (TVHA). They do not seem to care about the people living in the building or about basic services being provided.
Our building has not been cleaned since 11 February 2026. I reported this issue, and the response I received was simply that they had informed the cleaning contractor. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and the building is still not being cleaned.
Residents should not have to keep chasing for something as basic as regular cleaning. It feels like neither TVHA nor the cleaning contractor are taking responsibility for maintaining the building.
I hope TVHA starts taking these issues seriously and ensures contractors actually do the work they are paid to do.

Good morning, Lee. Thank you for your reply. I was not in contact with MTHW. It's not nice looking that each lift user knows the lift has a problem with its door opening and closing. Each user knows but not subcontractors. Check MTHW records, then you will know how many times the local manager in 2025 informed about these issues. Probably no one from MTHW control subcontractors, just pay without verification, wasting the taxpayer's money. Regards. User
