Possibly the worst freeholder, we’ve had mutiple fire safety installations, all failed, workmen illegally entering flats, fire doors adapted so they no longer close, two different letters on one day, one telling us to evacuate and one to stay put in an emergency, our front gate and block doors not working for 5 months, multiple thefts of our post and packages in this period. MTVH need to seriously look at all of its processes. We are not safe and do not feel safe.

Amazing team, had my leak repaired within a week. Just had my bathroom re floored and new ceiling, it looks amazing. Im so happy, thanks to Paul for coming out late evening. Thanks to Andy, who's team did an amazing job on my bathroom. Can't thank you all enough, much love to MTVH.

I rang in today to report a repair I needed done urgently. It was so lovely to have a man called Ishan answer the call as he was polite, understanding, spoke calmly and took his time to understand my personal need and request. Handled my request promptly. Extremely professional. Thank you Ishan.

Paul was extremely helpful despite the system being down, he was unable to complete while I was on the call due to the system failure but called me back to give me an update and reference number for the job,

I have been without a working toilet for over a month and MTVH are very dismissive at this fact. The average time between each visit has been weeks as their team takes a significant amount of time to approve the works suggested by their drainage contractor.
We know the issue and what the suggested next steps are, but MTVH are taking significant time to approve. Until then, they are conscious I have no working toilet and offer no attempt to help despite me paying service charge every month for such basic support.

I had about 5 repairs issues to report. For a start a tried the call back system and the call back came 8 minutes as it said it would. Then I stumbled on very helpful receptionist who took his time and raised all the job and references to quote should I call MHTV.

I would like to use this plateform to acknowledge MTVH for their good customer service. Since I joined MTVH in 2005, I have enjoyed good customer care. I would like to congratulate Ms Jacqueline Edomwonyi for her good listening skills and the effort made to put in order my monthly payments that were a bit exaggerated and caused me a bit of stress. Very difficult to track a requested repair. When it’s reported you receive a repair ref. Then when an engineer/ tradesperson is called out it’s changed to a different ref number and the original one is cancelled? So unless you keep very prudent records it’s virtually impossible to track :(

I have mixed experience with mhtv, but today I had exceptional customer service from from a lady called Alison white. She went above and beyond to take my complaint and I was so impressed and grateful for her help that I wanted to submit a review. She is definitely an asset to MHTV
