Information was comprehensive and easy to understand

Been a customer for a few years called them out one time 3 years ago. Car broke down this morning and they told me it was a call out fee of £150 as they did not have my current car covered. I changed the car over a year ago and they haven’t updated the details on their system. Disgusting cancelled immediately. Don’t recommend

The company keeps your card details and there is not a box for you to deny it. Had to call and ask them not to keep my details. This is atrocious and in future will consider dealing with a more trustworthy company

Just set up account. Was refreshing to actually speak to customer service. The young man was polite, helpfull and
understanding to the needs of older generation who struggle with online technology .

Having swapped over due to the shocking service we have recieved with the rac, today restored my faith in recovery services. The driver (Daniel) from Jamie Moore recovery, turned up early - despite the eta only being an hour and a half from when I phoned - so that was a wonderful, unexpected start! And he was so professional and cheerful that it made a bad day turn into a pretty good one, with far less stress than breaking down an hour and a half away from home and needing recovery back would normally bring.
Thanks to all who were involved, from the call handler at the start, right through to the end.

Arrive in a reasonable time, very polite and sorted the issue even though it could not be repaired at the roadside, I was able to drive to a garage for complete repairs
