Exceptional service and friendly staff
My experience was extremely easy and straightforward. From my initial phone call with the gentleman who was very helpful and friendly, then the recovery driver, who was efficient and pleasant.

I needed to renew my breakdown cover so after lookin̈g around I got the cover I needed at a fair price and so easy to join.

Simply the best
Decided to end my AA cover after many years,in effort to keep costs down after unexpectedly having to get 'new" car.Aware that MSE said M A was best deal on market and research proved it was over a third cheaper than AA for same cover and more (home start) Not of course tested it yet,but encouraged by all reviews that if I do break down M A is excellent in what it does.Applied online but due to my error,payment was messed up ! However was phoned back and agent finished things off properly and applied further discount ! which took cost to a quarter of previous (monthly) cost.Very happy !!

Excellent Service
This is the first time I have had to call this company for assurance. The service I received when I needed help was beyond my expectations. The Agent to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. He quickly contacted the garage to ensure tyre was in stock and arranged emergency pick up. The recovery vehicle arrived very promptly having advised me of anticipated arrival time and provided tracking information of their progress. Very impressive service

Thank you for your review.
We’ve located your policy and can see that assistance was requested two hours after it was purchased. Our agent was advised by yourself that the cover was taken out due to your vehicle having already broken down.
As made clear during the sign up process, we’re unable to provide cover for vehicles that were already broken down or experiencing a fault prior to the policy being taken out.
Due to the attempt to misuse our services, the cover was suspended and private assistance was instead offered.
To discuss this further with an accounts team member, please call 0330 113 2433 (option 4) Monday to Friday 8-6pm.
