I received a reply
I answered reply but message bounced back and didn’t send
I then emailed with the email address given to complain
This also bounced back as unable to send
I wish to cancel my payment membership
I would also add that my bank have informed me that the monthly payment is set as a card payment which I was unaware of
And can therefore only be cancelled by motoring assistance
