Speaking from experience I can hand on heart say that their customer care is up with the best of them and the quality of every item I bought had been fantastic.
I first found Charlie and her Runway team (not to be confused with other copycat stalls!) at North Weald market in the Summer. I bought a couple of tee shirts .. they wash and wash with no loss of colour. More recently I bought a sprayed hoodie on the website .. I saw when I placed the order that time was critical as I needed it for Christmas.. it arrived this week and was well worth the wait!
I can guarantee this is NOT a SCAM ..I’m guessing it’s just a small successful business trying to earn a living.

I have brought from miss runway for ages. I love their clothes and they are all round amazing. But I ordered a t-shirt from their website a few weeks ago when they brought out their new stuff. It was a black t-shirt with sliver Sprayed hearts. When I received I followed their washing instructions like I always do but the colour faded in the first wash. I contacted them about it and sent pictures and asked if I could have a replacement sent out to me. They said yes and did a test run on one for me before sending it out. It was two weeks after I chased them after they said they sent it out. They never responded and I never actually received my replacement. So after paying over £20 for something that was not good quality it turns out they never actually sent me a replacement and decided to ignore my emails. Do not waste your money on them. Such poor customer service.!

I ordered a hoodie and joggers. They arrived and the bottoms big on my daughter. I messaged the company back in 17th July. They agreed to send back a smaller pair. I was really pleased as they confirmed they wouldn’t normally do that. I returned the bottoms on the 18th. Then no updates so on the 9th of August I emailed. I got no response. I emailed again on the 15th no response. I saw a post on Facebook on 18th August and asked where the order was, as it was over a month now. I was met with a rude and dismissive message saying, they didn’t understand why I have bothered to messaged them on their post, when they explained to me on tiktok it had been sent. I then explained my daughter messaged them on a live and it wasn’t me (my daughters message was really vague). I explained she had said it has been returned, but I had no clue why it hadn’t arrived or even when it was returned. I was told there was a post office issue and then I can only assume the company blocked me, as I couldn’t find the company or comments the next day. After this still nothing arrived, so I sent a further email on the 23rd. No response. I messaged on Instagram privately 24th confirming I will be contacted trading standards (this was at 12:39). I waited all day got nothing back so spoke to trading standards. I then sent a further complaint email with a refund request and confirmation I had spoken to trading standards on the 24th. No response. I then messaged publicly on insta. They responded. They sent me a picture of the delivered bottoms, followed with a rude message back, I have copied and pasted below. I assume they blocked me again. The tracking number (which they provided on the message after my public message on 28th) showed the item was despatched 18:21 on 24th August as Royal Mail 24 Tracked (the day I confirmed I was contacting trading standards). It was then delivered on 25th. 1 day in total to be delivered. I have had no apology. I was only responded to when I took to a public platform. All requests for information via email and private message, were completely ignored/Not responded to. I didn’t know when the bottoms were posted, that there was an issue with the delivery and if they would arrive any time soon. I started to worry that I wouldn’t get the item. Plus my daughter was excited to get them and was asking where they were as, she loves her hoodie and the product is good quality!! I only got a snippet of information from my daughter re: her interaction and I advised them of this.
This company did not care that I had a bad experience and had to constantly chase and raise a case to trading standards. Please see their insta message to me as an example…(I was away on holiday, privately messaged on 24th got no response), so even if I was home, I wouldn’t have thought to keep checking my bin for a parcel that took a month and a half to be delivered. I didn’t have a tracking number and had 0 updates.

Your parcel was delivered 3 days ago you haven't bothered to check before sending us more rude messages you've been replied to on Facebook and TikTok but that's not good enough for you. We didn't feel we needed to repeat the exact same conversation we had with you on TikTok and Facebook via email or did you want a response from us on All 3 platforms unfortunately we are far to busy pleasing our other customers to respond the same thing 3 times not sure how much clearer we needed to be.
I think the issue is your teenage daughter has been saying she's you when having conversations with us on social media so how would we know that's not in fact you. I think you should maybe communicate with your daughter rather than laying the blame on our customer service.
It's a shame you didn't check your delivery that was in fact delivered 3 days ago before taking to social media for another rant. Anyway as we said we would we sent a replacement pair and they have been
I explained my 12 year old daughter contacted them, the feedback from her wasn’t clear. I told her to not do that again (which she didn’t). But as Miss Runway confirm ‘they’re not sure how much clearer they need to be’. I should have understood the parcel had been posted early August and the tracking number (which I received on 28th August) shows it was despatched by sender 24th. This was quite clear what had happened? This company decided to take no accountability but blamed my 12 year old daughter and my communication with her. Some smaller businesses know how to treat customers, respect and appreciate them. It’s a shame as their clothing is great and a hit with my daughter she loves them and loves watching their live feed. But they have been awful and seem to not understand how to deal with an unhappy customer. This lets them down. Maybe a course in conflict resolution might help them treat their customers with the respect they deserve.
