I placed an order for a spray tracksuit in December which arrived this morning within the delivery time stated and what a great choice as my daughter loved the it, great quality and very well packaged, so thank you MISSRUNWAY one extremely happy daughter 😀

Hi, I haven’t actually ordered anything (my daughter has and is stressing about when it will come, as 12yr old girl does, it’s still within timeframe so we’ve told her to calm herself and be patient, came on to the reviews to see what people were saying… My 5 star review is for the replies given by miss runway, I’ve always despised the kind of people that use the potential power of a bad review to get action, and 100% of the time the company getting slated replies with some sucky kiss a*s message grovelling to whoever, totally understanding why they’re upset, taking the blame for everything and not usually pointing out what a moron the customer has been, how many t&c’s they’ve not read, and why their problem is actually with themselves… so refreshing to see some honesty and balls with miss runway replies, entertaining if nothing else!

I ordered a set for my daughter for christmas. Everything seemed fine until she put her new outfit on for Christmas Day and within an hour the leggings started falling apart, as the seam stitching came apart!
I emailed and asked for a refund and was asked to return the leggings for the seamstress to look at.
NEVER HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. Not one response since sending the leggings back and no refund either!!! Please note I have sent several emails chasing this complain and I get nothing back!!

I ordered the personalised spray painted hoodie and leggings set for my daughter for Xmas. Arrived within the timeframe they were meant to which was great. Xmas day my daughter wanted to wear them so put them on only to find the stitching on the inside leg of the leggings was frayed. Looked more like the locking machine had not caught properly. Sent miss runway a message on Xmas day, they did reply within the 2 days asking for photos of the damaged leggings. I have since sent the photos on and 2 more chase up emails to see if they have received the photos. Still awaiting any confirmation and reply.
I really think customer service needs work, states on website you will have a reply with 48 hours but it has been nearly 4 weeks now. Order no 7458
Don’t bother!
Still waiting for a tracksuit ordered 18th December for my daughter. I’ve sent numerous emails to be told I would be contacted by the 16th January to confirm dispatch. This has not happened, I’ve heard nothing and the given dispatch date has now passed.
The minimum email replies I have received are defensive and rude. Terribly poor customer communication and service all round. I cannot comment on the quality of the clothing as I’ve not received it. I will now have to reclaim my £45 through my bank whilst explaining to my disappointed daughter that she is t receiving the item. Awful experience all round. Steer clear! And this is NOT a fake review- as I expect this company to claim. Order number 9006!

The clothing is cheap trash. I ordered a spray painted set for my daughter for Christmas. When it finally arrived I wasn't very impressed with the quality but wrapped it for my daughter anyway as she really wanted the item. When she tried it on Christmas morning the first thing I noticed was that the leggings were very thin and completely see through. Furthermore, they had a big pull on the seam inside the leg. Since then she has worn the set 3 times and there is a big hole in the thigh of the thin leggings. This is not acceptable for an item that costs £45. It's cheap market quality clothes with a bit of spray paint on it. Don't waste your money.

Tomorrow is last postage day before Christmas and I still havnt received the order. Ordered on 21st of nov so well within Xmas delivery time frame.I have ordered from here before and outfits are gorgeous so I’m disappointed to say the least. I have emailed with no response. Really not very happy. If it doesn’t come tomorrow I will have to request a charge back from my bank
I don’t usually write reviews but felt inclined to do so for this company.
Delivery did take a while but after emailing them, they got straight back to me and explained all spray painted jumpers are hand made so take a while to make, dry and deliver.
Since then, I have received the item, it’s lovely my daughter will really like it and it got here just in time for Christmas. Thank you

Order was placed early Nov with the expectation of high demand.
As the indicated timescale for dispatch got closer sent email(s) to check order status- got a confident reply that order would be fulfilled before Christmas.
Couple weeks later am getting more anxious but resting in their precious assurance & true to their word - order was received 18th Dec (a day earlier than tracking indicated).
A beautiful piece - daughter will be overjoyed with her present.

I don’t normally leave a review as totally forget, but I wanted to say Thankyou so much for both my daughter’s tracksuits that have arrived today for Christmas! They are STUNNING!! Hope you all have a well deserved Christmas and will 10000% order again from yourselves!
**UPDATE**
Parcel arrived day after review was written. Tracksuit hadn’t been posted when they originally said. Posted day of review and sent next day delivery. At least it arrived before Christmas.
I ordered a cropped tracksuit (not sprayed) for my daughter and then two days later I ordered another of the same for my niece. The second one I ordered has arrived but still no sign of the first one. My online account shows order as unfulfilled. I sent 4 messages to them asking for information, I got a response after the 4th message saying they take 72 hours to respond to messages even though they have stated in some responses on here that the time is 48 hours. Clearly changing it to suit their needs. The first message I sent was well over the 72 hour threshold anyway. They told me they had sent the item and they would chase Royal Mail!! Not sure how they would do this as they couldn’t provide and tracking number. I don’t believe it has been sent and I don’t believe I will get it before Christmas. It’s a shame as my daughter and niece love the look of their products and I was planning on ordering another 3 tracksuits in the new year (the sprayed ones as I was too late before Christmas) but I don’t think I’ll bother. I understand they are a small company but they have been going for long enough now to understand how Christmas works and to prepare for it. If they are running behind then let the customer know. They are bordering on rude in their responses and attitude.
I ordered a sprayed tracksuit on the 22nd November and was worrying about it coming on time for Christmas. Having emailed the business I had a quick respond that was reassuring and professional. It came on the 19th December and is good quality and I know my daughter will love it. The company is definitely not a scam, all their items are handmade and take a little longer to be dispatched. Thankyou, I will be ordering again :)
I am desperately awaiting 2 tracksuits that I ordered back on the 8th November. They still haven’t been dispatched and I am not getting any response from the emails I have sent. No phone number to call. I have tried emailing before now to get things sorted but getting desperate now :(
Very disappointed about the lack of communication regarding an order I placed on the 20th of November. I have emailed and tried to make contact a number of times but have had no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter who will be expecting it. It is not a spray painted item which I understand take up to 6 weeks so I can’t understand the delay?!
Ordered sprayed hooded tracksuit on 18th Nov as a Christmas present for my niece. I took note of the timeframe clearly detailed on the website for spray painted items so knew it would be a good few weeks before it arrived. My email order confirmation stated I would receive an email when item was on its way which was the case and Royal Mail have delivered today. The tracksuit is lovely and worth the wait. Am sure my niece is going to love it!
I am still desperately hoping to receive the hoodie I have ordered for my daughter for Xmas in time but I ordered in November and still havent received a dispatch confirmation so no way of tracking through royal mail. I have tried contacting Miss Runway a few times now but have still not had a response so came on here to check if this happens a lot. I am hoping Miss Runway will contact me to confirm dispatch ASAP?

Absolutely incredible quality and amazing value for money! So unique I've had untold compliments on my jacket! Someone even asked me if it was designer! Can't wait to get more items and so looking forward to the new stock! Couldn't recommend any higher! Thank you so much!
