Ordered 2 spray paint tracksuits over 3 weeks ago. They made their postage times clear 14-21 working days I thought that was fine as it would arrive before Xmas but how wrong was I. It’s been over 3 weeks still not had as much as an email to say dispatched. Have emailed them and messaged on Insta I just get replies with their timeframes but they aren’t replying when I state it’s passed the time frames. Have now had to claim money back through bank to try source another tracksuit from somewhere else as I cannot wait any longer to try get my daughters Xmas present and the only thing they have really asked for. So disappointing. I’m not saying this is a scam company but do not use if you’re buying anything for a present because you will get let down.

Amazing small business that goes above and beyond to make sure every one of their spray paint items is made to perfection! I recently purchased some of the spray paint hoodies and t-shirts from miss runway and now I basically live in them everyday, the quality is amazing! Honestly the amount of time and effort the staff spend to make each individual sprayed item is definitely under appreciated (you all deserve a nice well earned break after Christmas for all the hard work you put in day in, day out). I will definitely be recommending miss runway to my friends and family and be making more purchases in the future 😊 Thank you for my lovely items 🤍

Also the people on here writing bad reviews and saying it’s a scam I can assure you it is not. People need to remember they are only a small business working tirelessly everyday to get every customers orders out. They have stated it is not a quick and easy process and that you will have to be patient for your orders as it is currently one of the busiest times of the year for them and they only have a handful of staff working for this company. Please if you do order just be patient and respectful as they are in everyday of the week packing and preparing orders for everyone and they really don’t need the negativity (like on some of these reviews I’ve been reading) around this time of the year. However, to the staff keep on doing a brilliant job and ignore all the haters ❤️

I found Miss Runway at North Weald market a couple of years ago, I have been buying their tracksuits ever since. I have had no issues with them or their products. My orders have always come on time and look the absolute best!!! This is my 10th sprayed tracksuit now, and all I can really say is that they really are amazing, you can see how much effort they make when spraying them up. They really are above the others!!! Can’t wait to have the whole collection soon🤣

Have ordered quite a few tracksuits for my daughter and the quality and service is always amazing. The spray paint tracksuits are stunning. All items have always arrived within the stated timeframe and messages are always responded to quickly. Amazing boutique and will definitely be buying more items in the future

Still not received my order after waiting over two weeks was ordered for daughters Birthday
Item says dispatched with a tracking code but when check with evri it’s not been received by them !
Miss Runway don’t answer emails either

Miss Runway is not a SCAM company!!! I've been using Miss Runway for sometime. I've bought clothes for myself and my daughters as they sell such a variety. I have always had a lovely rapport with the owners. I'm writing this review because I believe people are quick to complain and write bad reviews when things don't go their way. I believe more people need to leave good reviews when they receive good customer service, it helps small businesses massively. I ordered some spray-tracksuits for my daughters before their Christmas cut-off deadline. I have been assured I will receive the items and have no reason to believe otherwise. Don't be put off ordering from Miss Runway by the salty comments left by some of their clearly rude and distasteful customers. I'm sure they won't be missed!

Bought quite a few things from here, needed to change size of a track suit emailed Customer Services and within a couple of days it had arrived, no problem
Quality of products is excellent, will certainly putchase from them again
