The experience has been poor from the…

The experience has been poor from the start. I was sent the wrong items and then it has taken many emails over 4 weeks, I had to send the items back myself and pay for the return even though the items were incorrect, I did get this refunded however I still have not received my refund for the returned items and they were sent to them over 3 weeks ago. I would be cautious, not because they are a scam company but they don't have the infrastructure to offer good customer service and clearly mistakes are made with orders.

So I return a item back over two weeks I chased them up about it sending multiple emails sending all the info they needed and still had no reply in regards to my refund but they was quick to reply on my last review on here absolutely shocking I paid over 85 pound for a dress I sent back and not be able to get refund for surely they can not do that how do I take this further I loosing out it’s totally not fair I sent everything they asked really not fair

Bought a pre-order two piece

Bought a pre-order two piece, got delivered well before the time frame. Absolutely gorgeous outfit. The only downside of the outfit is the fastening of the top, it's impossible to fasten on your own and it's so delicate, definitely handle with care. Glad I ordered the XS as it fits just perfectly.

After sales are not great still waiting…

After sales are not great still waiting for my refund have emailed them twice already as yet nothing it could take over 14 days and I still may need to contact them again

I can see that you emailed us on 28th June stating that you ordered an item on next day delivery and it wasn’t sent.

Our email response time is 1-2 working days. We responded to you on 30th June explaining that for next day orders, you must order by 2pm. As you had placed your order after 2pm, this was sent on the next working day.

I can see that you sent another email on 2nd July to one of our colleagues in Gypsabella, but not the enquiries inbox. This has now also been responded to within our 1-2 working day response time. I can see that you’re stating DPD have delivered your parcel to an incorrect address.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this. We have responded to your email and we will be looking into this with DPD.

Customer service is effectively nonexistent. I have reached out three times over the past 11 days and haven’t received a single reply. Ignoring customers like this is completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

(And yes, I used the email address listed on your website, and I have also replied to the order confirmation email. My order number is #122709.)

Returned items

Returned items, order #120009 unused, unworn and in original packaging on, Saturday 6th June 2026 (over 3 weeks ago) via recorded delivery… numerous emails sent to ask when I will be fully refunded.. no response at all!!
The lack of curtesy this company has for customers is disappointing and frustrating on an epic level. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service and like others have reported….I feel scammed too!!!
If you live on a budget, save to treat yourself from time to time.. try to support and buy from independent local businesses like Gypsabella …. I suggest you shop elsewhere - this is a horrible stressful experience trying to get a refund… it shouldn’t be like this… 🤢

I have checked our emails and it looks like you have sent us an email on Saturday 27th June. Our email response time is 1-2 working days. I can see that this has now been responded to, within the timeframe.

Our return policy states that all returns are processed within 14 working days from the date we receive this item back at our warehouse. This does not include bank holidays or weekends. I am really sorry that there has been a delay with this. If instances like this occur, we welcome customers to send us an email so we can look in to this and we will respond within the 1-2 working day timeframe.

I am so incredibly disappointed with…

I am so incredibly disappointed with the level of service from this company. I have bought from this company numerous times but I honestly feel that there is a deliberate effort for them to have made me order twice and have no intention of refunding me. I simply asked the team to change the size of one of the pre orders and I received a strange email with no explanation saying they couldn’t change the size (even though it isn’t due to be sent for a month and available online!!) and that I needed to place another order. So I wouldn’t miss out as they didn’t respond into the weekend, I placed another order and have sent numerous emails, DMs and Instagram posts to cancel and refund the original order and now I am certain they have no intention in refunding me! This means I will be stuck with 2 orders. I have told them to cancel the order as I will be travelling and obviously don’t want my hotel to receive the order twice but it feels there is a deliberate effort to ignore my emails. Really poor service. Something seems strange with the lack of communication and no response and the advice of placing another order. It feels like I have been genuinely scammed.. the order number I’m trying to cancel is 123712..

You emailed us twice on two separate threads meaning that your email has been picked up by two separate members of staff.

We are usually unable to change sizes on orders when they’re pre order as when we change your size it comes from the next pre-order batch. When we received your first request a member of staff said that we would be unable to make the changes as it’s a pre-order item so asked if you would like to cancel your order so that you can re-order the correct size.

Your second email was picked up today and a member of the staff managed to change the size for you on your original order so you didn’t have to cancel and re-order.

You responded to your original email requesting a credit note so you could re-order right away. Our email response time is 1-2 working days, so we had not yet reached that email.

We would never cancel an order without the customer confirming that it is okay to do so.

I can assure you we are not intentionally making you order twice. The reason your original order had not yet been cancelled was because we had not yet reached your response, not because we didn’t want to cancel your order.

I can confirm that your original order has now been cancelled.

Still waiting for a refund

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from this company.

I am owed a refund, yet despite sending multiple emails over a prolonged period, I have been completely ignored. There has been no acknowledgement, no update, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

It’s incredibly frustrating to have to chase a company for money that is rightfully owed to me, only to be met with silence. Good customer service isn’t just about making a sale—it’s about taking responsibility when things go wrong.

Until this matter is resolved and my refund is processed, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re considering purchasing from them, be aware that if you encounter a problem, you may struggle to get any response at all

All returns are processed within 14 working days of us receiving your parcel back at our warehouse as stated on our return policy online. This does not include bank holidays or weekends.

Your refund was due to be processed by 22nd June, however as you have rasied a chargeback we have been unable to refund your order as the money is now with the bank. This information was provided to you via email.

Awful avoid

Awful avoid! Customer service is basically non existent. I ordered an outfit that cost £130 it came up very small so sent it back a few days later. Zero updates on them recieving it had to pay for it to be sent back. Emailed to ask if there'd an update they said they have it on the 13th working day I'll have my refund which was yesterday it's now a day later with no response to emails no refund. This isn't 30 odd quid it's £130 why are you gatekeeping my money and not responding. It's making me want to send back my other items for the lack of communication. When I tried on the beaded co ord all I done was try it some beads and that fell off so easily so wasn't high quality just high price I ordered it on pre order and I've spent over 300 on items this is shocking customer service. No response and no refund.

Hi brilliant experience I have order items of her before amazing but this is the first time preorder two jackets one for me and my daughter panicked a bit but that’s just me 🙈they got back to me really quick and assured me the two items were on there way
