Quick response and engineer Nadeem rapidly provided a fix to my PC issue thanks! Nice to get a follow up call from him a few days later to make sure everything was still working OK

Amazing customer service! Starting off with Nicholas advising straight away what the problem was so I understood what went wrong. Then Nadeem, who has helped me before and got my repair order processed really fast and Imran who came out to fix the PC itself. Lovely guys all round, easy to talk to, straight to the point, couldn’t recommend a better company to anyone!

Had an issue with a computer we bought from CCL online, it would run extremely slow and crash frequently. Nadeem from MendIT was brilliant at getting it sorted which to be honest took quite a bit of effort on his part, not helped by me not getting back to him as quickly or frequently as I needed to. He was always the one chasing me to see if the issue was resolved and if I was happy with it. Absolutely first rate experience and Nadeem was a star, would highly recommend.

Can say 2nd time they have come out and fixed an issue. Such a professional bunch of guys from helpdesk to repairs. Very impressed. Thanks guys.

The service from CCL could not be faulted.

From online/telephone diagnostics through to a necessary onsite visit to replace a motherboard with a failing onboard wi-fi interface I was kept appraised and informed the whole time. The site visit was concluded professionally and again service was great.

Happy to have had the foresight to purchase the onsite service from CCL when buying my new kit.

Very surprised to see negative reviews of this company. I've utilised an extended warranty package twice so far, and both times, email and phone support has been excellent and fast. First time it was only a PSU so I elected to have them send it to me and I fitted this myself. Second time it required a deeper repair. We contacted them on the Monday, and it was repaired on the Wednesday which included a near 400 mile trip for the engineer who was again a credit to the company. Top service.

Bob was amazing fixing my problems I had and explaining everything he was doing he was just so amazing so glad he came over to help fix my pc.

Had an issue with my brand new graphics card!
Mendit came along diagnosed the problem then ordered and replaced the graphics it, set up the software and done!
Brilliant service, communication, reliability,
Extremely polite and efficient.
What more can I say
I would totally recommend them!

on site engineer nadeem showed excellent customer service, arrived on time fixed issues quickly. shows great knowledge and very reliable. fully stressed the PC to make sure its all working to full potential. would recommend 10/10.

edit:my pc messed up because i was being fidgety with it, i asked nadeem if he could help and he went out of his way from his own personal life to help me get it fixed, it is now fully working and has no problems, great selfless person and great engineer, highly recommended

Perfect service provided by Imran. Great communication and very knowledgeable.

It took a very long time to sort out the replacement RAM ( over 10 weeks ) but the issue has now been resolved and Imran was very helpful and friendly.

The one-year-old PC began overheating and cutting out as a result. It thankfully came with a MendiT warranty. The initial analysis to identify the problem was carried out by a very patient Nadeem, who was able to prevent it cutting out but identified a problem with the cooler. A new replacement cooler was fitted by Imran today. He rang me with an estimated arrival time; his manner was friendly and professional and this continued during the visit. The cooler was replaced and Imran tested, then demonstrated the now normal cpu temperature. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt, professional and friendly service.

Great experience with MendIT. Nadeem was a great help over the phone and through connecting to my device and Bob who came out to fit the new parts was really thorough and answered all questions and help talk through what had happened and how it was being fixed. 10/10 support from these guys.

Only had my pc for a few months from CCL, All of a sudden it was faulty. I went through Mendit which they were very good and quick getting back to me. As of today 18th May 2023 Imran came out and looked at my pc. He was amazing very polite and so helpful. He fixed it and got it all back up and running honestly I can't thank Imran for everything he did today as it was not a simple job he had to do but he made sure it was all fixed and back up running again, I would recommend Imran to anyone specially as he knows what he is doing. A* for his professional polite nice gentleman

Avoid using MendIT if you can.
I purchased a computer through CUBE. When a fault was found (the CPU cooler didn’t work), it initially took me over a week to get in touch with anyone at MendIT after I discovered they were carrying out the warranty repair.

Getting to the point where I could have the repair diagnosed took from the 3/3/2023 to the 3/4/2023 (literally a month) of back and forth emails.

An engineer finally got in contact at the start of April, after requesting me to send some pictures and videos of the computer (which I sent on the same day) he didn’t respond for 10 days until I asked for an update, at which point he told me he hasn’t received the videos. I recent the videos on the 13th and yet again I heard nothing until I prompted for a reply 5 days later to which he replied “I have received the email but there are no attachments”. I don’t know what issues they have on their email server to not load attachment but I took new videos and saved in a different format and sent them again.

Finally progress? No

We discuss options and agree that a new cooler should be ordered in the 19th of April. I accept the disclaimers about fitting it for myself and provide an updated address. They said they will order the part and it will be with me soon. I hear nothing until I yet again reach out on the 2nd of May for any update.

At this point I get an email back and it says that they have only just ordered the part. I’ve been patiently waiting for 2 weeks for it to arrive and it wasn’t even on order?

Well at least it’s on order now. NOPE! I got an email the next day 03/05/2023 saying the part they ordered is now actually out of stock… I wonder if they ordered it when they should have this wouldn’t have been an issue?

It takes another few emails and an equivalent part is ordered thank god.

I get the tracking information fairly quickly only to realise they have sent the order to my old address! I attempted to contact MendIT about this but heard nothing until a few days later. In the mean time luckily DPD isn’t as bad as these guys and I managed to get it redirected to a COOP that I could collect from.

Finally though I got the part a whole 2 months after I contacted MendIT and managed to fit it myself (at this point I did not trust sending my £3000 computer to a company so far proving themselves to be woefully incompetent).

The funny thing is throughout all of this they always had feedback link in the emails… none of them worked!

In conclusion:
Slow and incompetent service. Do not use. The cost of taking this issues to a professional would have been worth voiding the warranty and having to pay for the part.

This is the second time Nadeem Mohammed has helped resolve a PC problem by identifying correctly which part had died, sending out a new part to me, and guiding me through replacing the part (first a cooling fan /pump, then a power supply unit. Very responsive via WhatsApp even out of hours. An unusually excellent level of service! Helped me get my PC back up and running really quickly without having to send it back.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and patient. Big shout out to Nadeem dealing with the old lady without a clue!!

Very professional company, easy to get through on their main number. Imran sorted out the issue with my laptop without me having to send it off and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Excellent service once again. Imran our Engineer was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and just a great guy. Sorted out our problems so we are very happy, especially my son ! Fab.

I had MendIT for my warranty through box.co.uk, after my PC stopped working i contacted MendIT and they arranged for DPD to pick up my computer for me, they made the process very easy, once they had my computer and found the fault they were able to fix it and send it back to me within a week, they did plenty of testing to make sure that there were no extra faults, then packaged it up very carefully. I'm very happy with how they've handled everything
