Had a problem with PC kept freezing and crashing spoke to CCL who got MendIT to call and book me in for a home call,arrived on time was so polite and friendly and respected my home (took his shoes off)did a few tests and was confident he found the issue 7 days later still ok so really happy with aftercare CCL/MendIT) provide top service from all concerned special mention for repair guy top lad credit to MendIT would highly recommend 5* service well done.

Excellent Support For Problem With New Computer
A new desktop computer from CCL experienced problems with random restarts. It came with a one-year warranty with Mendit, and the support I received from them was excellent. The computer was returned to Mendit several times before a resolution was found, and through it all the support I received from consultant, Zayn, was excellent. He was always polite, friendly and extremely helpful, offering advice and arranging the returns process quickly and efficiently. He made what could have been a stressful and frustrating time more bearable.

13th of Feb had a problem with my GPU never had MendIT warranty was thinking how bad is this going to be to get sorted but have been absolutely blown away with the speed communication and help diagnosing the problem then just 1 week later having my GPU Replaced with a call out visit I cant speak highly enough of this company
5* service im even willing to pay abit of a premium for products in the future that are covered by MendIT

Had a home repair booked in. The person came out and fixed the concern in less than 10 seconds. All due to the builder not turning on an option in the BIOS. He didn't mind, was in good spirits, and off he went again. No problem whatsoever.
Good experience with Zayn
I ordered a PC from Chillblast for Christmas that was damaged in transit, I was incredibly let down by Chillblast's initial commnication but once I was passed onto Zayn from MendIT he was quick to help me by sending out a replacement part next day and offering to schedule a video call with an engineer to help me with the repair, as well as organising another windows code after what they'd pre-loaded failed to activate. I was so frustrated by the early customer I'd wanted to return the PC but Zayn turned it around, good experience 👍
Pc took 4 weeks to repair
Pc took 4 weeks to repair. When it was returned it had a different problem with cooling fans. To be fair they sent someone to the house the next day! Had to take 4 days off work in total between shipping error and receiving and waiting in for them to visit. Also had to call in very regularly to chase the pc through the system.
Avoid Chill Blast & Mend IT. Try Pc Specialist instead.
I paid for additional warranty when we purchased our family PC with chillblast.
Nvidia’s GPU end up being faulty and needed replacing.
Chillblast pass me onto MendIT and MendIT have failed at every step of the process not able to do the very basics then you are expected to fix all their errors.
1. After me repeatedly chasing them for a n engineer, having been promised a call back twice no one came back to me after almost 3 weeks of chasing.
2. I finally speak to a senior engineer who says they’ll sort it.
3. I need packaging sending out but three times they repeatedly book a collection before they’ve sent us any packaging. I had to repeatedly chase them to correct this and actually send out packaging first.
4. On the fourth attempt, the packaging finally arrives and it is just a box filled to the top with styrofoam packing peanuts and a few slices of bubble wrap. I understand PCs are bespoke and cannot cater for absolutely every PC but they know the case size so can be a bit more bespoke with their packaging like when they delivered it to provide SOME protection. It felt half baked and slapped together last minute. Not willing to risk a 2.5k pc on just that I grabbed additional packaging to ensure protection.
4. They arrange collection and put a typo in the collection address which meant fortunately I checked and had to correct on the day else that would’ve been missed.
5. The DPD driver decided it was too heavy to take and no one told him he’d need a trolley, despite me asking Mend IT to leave a note with the driver that he’d need a trolley. DPD driver just left me with it because he didn’t have time to deal with it.
6. I raise a formal complaint about this customer experience being poor and their only response to the entire complaint was to be asked “can’t you just get a family member to do it for you” or “have your place of work be the collection”. I declined stating no that is not possible.
7. Exacerbated but feeling like I do not have a choice I email again to arrange collection for the following monday 08th dec. no response to email so I call, despite calling at 4pm their phone system says they’re closed because their opening hours at 09:00amto5:00pm. It’s 4:15pm as i write this!!
The tl;dr is:
Mend IT can’t seem to do any step in this process for themselves. Be prepared to have to fix all of the problems they created for yourself, I had to be the solution provider for every step of this process. My advice, go to a different provider.

Rang back day as promised after initial…
Rang back day as promised after initial call to Chillblast. Fixed my new PC by finding correct BIOS and replacing. Ran diagnostics to see if anything else needed to be fixed. Very helpful.
If only CCL/Mendit were to consider…
If only CCL/Mendit were to consider their Clients to be a little more than just numbers that have money to spare maybe they could enhance their reputation?
I ordered a workhorse pc in late June 2025 with one extra being a quad TV card - something different that wouldn't work?. With both: visits (personal & online) and the pc box having to be returned to Mendit I began to think I'd bought a pig-in-a-poke.
My total thanks to Abid who stuck with me throughout this worrying time I finally have the product I'd hoped for from the start. It's now October. If only CCL had produced the product I'd ordered initially ?

From start of logging my repair to the engineer coming to fix the pc i was very impressed. Fast and effective service. I was sent instruction emails of how I could try to fix the problem when that did nit work the phone consultation. Ongoing info of what's happening to the engineer who fixed the problem straight away. Highly recommend and so grateful especially as this computer means so much to my son. MendIT and ChillBlast are as incompetent as each other
So far ChillBlast have been completely incompetent with even getting MendIT involved. Emails from CB such as “can I ask you a question “. Now that MendIT are finally involved after 4 weeks of waiting. They have taken 3 weeks to find the parts and have said that they will visit but have given no confirmation or sign that they will.

Incredible Engineer!
Absolutely amazing service. The Engineer that was sent out was a true professional. He listened to everything I had to say, was thorough in his tests and diagnosis, communicated everything he was doing clearly to me, and fixed the issue with my PC.
The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of how long I had to wait to get someone round (not the fault of the engineers at all), and a bit of a lack of communication from the company. After my initial request I wasn’t given a clear (or even vague) date of when someone would come out, and weeks later I still did not receive any communication confirming that I was still on the waiting list and that they would get to me. On the occasions I did have emails and phone calls with the company I have to say that they were very polite and professional. When I did receive confirmation that someone was coming round via phone call I didn’t get a confirmation email so I had proof, which would have been nice.
Other than that I really can’t fault the service and would highly recommend as long as your need isn’t too urgent as it can be a long waiting time.

Difficult issue solved after two weeks. The engineer wasn't able to fix on site but computer was taken away to be fixed. Only issue was length of time for the fix to be completed but the pc was completely stripped down and rebuilt looking for the issue

Top tier customer service. Zayn, nick and many others were beyond helpful and responsive. My PC also came back better than ever.
Terrible
Terrible, completely terrible service. They keep my laptop from 13/05/25 (today is 25/07/25) and I don't know when or if even i will get it back! Only getting excuses that they waiting for parts, or wrong parts arrived. They even write me a message twice that I will get replacement laptop and without any notification they decided "no will will try to fix it again ". Only webcam didn't work in my laptop and they can't fix it for over 2 months!
