Everything from reaching these guys till sorting a computer was spot on, constant communication with Sir Nadeem helped me know the dates times etc, great guy! The engineer Imran was amazing really calm dude answers all questions you have, it seems love to focus of what he do, I did liked that a lot, overall amazing experience! Don't hesitate & call these guys!

Great experience from start to finish. Quick, almost immiediate to respond at evey turn when i had a query. The engineer, was extremely knowledgeable and took more time than they had to, to answer questions, give tips etc. 10/10 for service and experience.

Nadeem and Imnran, top boys, turned my rotten experience around, can't say enough, thanks dudes.

Had a couple of problems with my pc. Nadeem was really helpful pleasant to talk with and helped fix my machine. I would recommend MendIT to anyone. Nice1. Phill.

My son’s gaming PC developed a problem that I couldn’t solve. From the outset I had rapid contact from Nadeem who then used software to diagnose the problem. As soon as the part was in stock, Imran came to fix it at a time that suited us. If only everything was this easy!

Had a MendIt guarantee on a PC bought at the start of the year. Had no issues but then the WiFi driver dropped out and would not pick up any signals. Raised a ticket with them and got a call, email and arranged phone call with Nadeem to look into the problem. Having checked a few issues myself, then going through them again, the issue was resolved after reinstalling the correct drivers.
Great advice given, very pleasant and had a mutual subject conversation of new born and expectant partners. Nadeem even ran well over the allotted time to try everything he could to help. Top service.

Mendit warranty with new computer purchase. I had a display issue. Raised ticket with Mendit. Mutually agreed callback appointment made. Remote checks and updates first with Nadeem. Replicated display issue, which diagnosed problem as cable or monitor not output from computer. Nadeem pleasant and accommodating. Efficient on call. I changed the display cable from hdmi to displayport and problem solved. Then got callback a week later to check issue resolved fully. Reassurance also given that if issue resurfaced I am still covered under warranty.

Writing this as I have in fact lost money to these people and did not even make it to the stage of having anything repaired. I consider that grounds to warn other consumers about the experience.

19 March 2023:

Contacted Chillblast regarding a failed desktop of theirs in order to attempt to arrange a collection, diagnostic, urgent repair (as this was my work machine) and return as per the last interaction I had with Chillblast at a cost of £90, which was superb. Was informed that Chillblast have now handed their repair function off to this lot 'mendit', which led to that instantaneous sinking feeling you get when you know that things are not going to work out the way you had hoped. Chillblast operator explained that he would pass the job on to this new third party and i would hear from them in due course.

20 March 2023:

Email from mendit regarding absolving them of any responsibility for data loss. I indicated that there would be no data drive supplied and as such there would be no issue around data loss.

22 March 2023:

Called this mendit company as i had heard nothing back and was hoping for the same timeliness exhibited by their partner, Chillblast. Was told they had received no email regarding data loss at which point I resent the email while the agent remained on the line to confirm that they had in fact received it and confirmed next steps. I then enquired as to whether I could get a rough idea of possible costs for the repair based on specific hardware components within the machine, which mendit had been given access to by their partner Chillblast. Operator at mendit confirmed by email that I would receive a 'prequote'.

10 April 2023:

After waiting for three whole weeks to hear anything at all from this bunch I replied to the email confirming the non-existent 'prequote' that i never received enquiring as to whether or not they had had any intention of sending this to me at all.

12 April 2023:

After two days further wait, i received a reply to the above email claiming the following:

'Hi Billsinvoicing (not my name, which they have on file)

Unfortunately we can only quote the repair and carriage charge at this time, we will need to inspect the unit before we can advise on parts needed.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to have this repaired however this part of the repair is chargeable.

Please note that the cost will differ if outside the UK, please inform us so that we can advise the exchange rate. Please note if the payment is international then the customer is liable for the bank charges. If you wish to proceed, please provide full payment of £66inc VAT via bank transfer. Please reference your Repair ID: 87388.

As an additional to this nasty surprise it turns out that this lot have set up their 'contact number' as a premium rate telephone line. This means that upon checking my mobile bill for the month of March to try and identify the cause of an extra £16 worth calls not included on the plan it became clear that this charge was made by mendit.com on two calls when i attempted to contact them in order to find out what exactly was going on.

Not sure how this group have received this many three or four star reviews. Perhaps they pick and choose those jobs they decide to take an interest in based on financial gain - which would make sense considering the fact of the extortionate contact number rate noted above - and simply decided that they were not interested in my business. Regardless of which, we took the faulty chillblast desktop machine to another UK custom builder who did a fantastic job of repair and return.

Mendit have now removed the premium rate 0844 2449 999 number from their website before responding to this review.

I had some issues with my CPU overheating, turns out it was the water pump.
The guys from MendIT we're fast to respond to my complain, easy and even out of hours communication throughout the entire procces of assessing the problem, ordering new part and arranging for an Engineer to come ASAP.

Mr Nadeem was top man, hands down. Always there when you needed him and easy to communicate with. And Mr Bob the Engineer, was a great guy, arrived on time, did more then he was supose to on the computer, which is more then I could of asked. Top blokes.
Hopefully nothing else breaks in the future, but if it does, they would be my first choice.

The technician arrived on time. He was polite, happy to explain what needed to be done and really knew his stuff. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He took time to make sure that the repair was successful before leaving.

I am forced to write a second review as mendit don't respond to my emails or phone calls! Only time they respond when I write a review here! So here I go again.

My PC was taken second time as the issues weren't fixed first time. I received the pc last Friday after a month and guess what none of the issues were fixed!!! except that it has got a new case now because it was damaged the first time. I listed the issues before I sent it for repair but yet they didn't fix them. I don't know what kind of specialists they use, they didn't even put the side case correctly for which you don't need to be specialist. I am now fed up with their services, it's been a few months I have been left without my PC which is causing me a great deal of trouble. They have got something like 2.7 ratings in Google reviews which reflect their true rating, don't understand how they have good reviews in trust pilot. I emailed them straight away on Friday and someone called me and put me through an engineer, he tried to resolve the issues remotely but was unable and promised me that he will call me shortly on the same day to arrange a time and date for an engineer to come down to mine to resolve the problems but he didn't call me and since then they don't reply to my emails or phone calls! Terrible services.

My 3080ti which came with my custom PC from box.co.uk suddenly exploded one day, so i got onto mendit who my warrenty was with and i got put through to Imran who rang me so we could run diagnostics, it was quickly apparent that the GPU was the only thing that had gone wonky, Now there was a slight delay because i had missed an email, i had trouble taking the old gpu out, which was my fault and the original replacement GPU went out of stock, but within 2 weeks another gpu had been delivered and i fitted it and boom everything is great.

Just to add, the communication with Imran was fast, quick and professional the guy rang when he said he was going to and emailed constantly throughout, credit to the company he is.

Also Abdul who was my original point of contact was professional and had great communication too.

Also a special shout out (it felt weird typing that) to Brad Lea who i also contacted and got me an answer to my query within minutes.

Great experience. My GPU malfunctioned 2 years after use and I was lucky to have mendit warranty which came as a apck from buying at box.co.uk. I sent a message and Imran dealt with my complaint quickly. A replacement GPU was sent in relatively short time. He was proffessional and reassuring when appropriate.

I'm really happy with the help I've gotten from Mendit over a short time to fix a problem I've been dealing with for over 6 months.

I had an employee try different methods to fix the issue until it was fixed it was quick and easy.

They made sure to email and call me to work on the issue so it wasn't left behind and was dealt with quickly.

The guy who helped was polite and the advise given was on point. Got my pc fixed in a day with blue screen errors and failed windows downloads. Honestly probably wouldn’t have fixed it if not for Nadeem. Thanks.

Replacement sent quickly after checking that i was comfortable doing it myself. This meant i could get up and running with no down time.

Had an issue with my PC so it got picked up my DPD, taken to be fixed, and returned to me exactly a month later. I suppose it could have been a bit quicker but the PC was returned to me like it was brand new, I'm so glad to have it back in working condition. Would definitely use Mendit again (although I hope I don't have to! 😂)
